Claims (11)
1. Værktøj, såsom et sprøjtestøbeværktøj eller et præge-/presseværktøj, omfattende en opvarmningsindretning, der omfatter et stabel lag til opvarmning af en aktiv værktøjsoverflade, hvilken stabel omfatter: et spolebærelag (21) omfattende mindst en viklet spole til generering af et oscillerende magnetfelt, et elektrisk ledende toplag (25) tilstødende den aktive værktøjsoverflade, og et baglag (27), som er placeret under spolebærelaget, set fra toplaget, hvor baglaget er elektrisk forbundet med toplaget ved kanterne, hvor spolens vindinger vender, og har en lavere specifik modstand end toplaget, kendetegnet ved et elektrisk ledende mellemlag (23) placeret mellem spolebærelaget og toplaget, hvori mellemlaget har en lavere specifik modstand end toplaget, og hvori et termisk modstandslag (29) er placeret mellem mellemlaget og toplaget.
2. Værktøj ifølge krav 1, hvori mellemlaget har kølekanaler (53) til at lede et kølemedium.
3. Værktøj ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvori toplaget har en specifik modstand i området 1*10"7 - 1*10"6 Ωγπ, og mellemlaget har en specifik modstand i området 1 * 10"8- 3* 10 8 Ωιη.
4. Produktionsfremgangsmåde under anvendelse af et værktøj, såsom et sprøjtestøbeværktøj eller et præge-/presseværktøj, omfattende et opvarmningsindretning, der omfatter et stabel lag til opvarmning af en aktiv værktøjsoverflade, hvilken stabel omfatter: et spolebærelag omfattende mindst en viklet spole til at generere et oscillerende magnetfelt, et elektrisk ledende toplag tilstødende den aktive værktøjsoverflade, og et baglag, som er placeret under spolebærelaget, set fra toplaget, hvor baglaget er elektrisk forbundet med toplaget ved kanterne, hvor spolens vindinger vender, og har en lavere specifik modstand end toplaget, kendetegnet ved ledning af energi fra spolen til toplaget under anvendelse af et elektrisk ledende mellemlag placeret mellem spolebærelaget og toplaget, hvori mellemlaget har en lavere specifik modstand end toplaget, og at et termisk modstandslag er placeret mellem mellemlaget og toplaget.
5. Værktøj til prægning/presning af et råemne ved en aktiv overflade, hvilket værktøj har et elektrisk ledende toplag (25), som opvarmes med strøm induceret med en spole, som er placeret under toplaget set fra den aktive overflade, et baglag (27) placeret under spolen set fra den aktive overflade, hvilket baglag har en mindre specifik modstand end toplaget og er forbundet med toplaget i det mindste ved de modstående kanter, hvor spolens vindinger vender, kendetegnet ved en ledende ramme (63), der har lavere specifik modstand end toplaget og omgiver den aktive overflade, sådan at toplaget, i det mindste i nærheden af nogle af dets kanter, hviler på den ledende ramme.
6. Værktøj ifølge krav 5, hvori toplaget flyder på den ledende ramme.
7. Værktøj ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvori toplaget ved en kant, hvor vindingerne vender, hviler på den ledende ramme i en afstand fra toplagets kant, sådan at denne kant af toplaget opvarmes i mindre grad end de indre dele af toplaget, når en strøm ledes fra baglaget og ind i toplaget.
8. Værktøj ifølge ethvert af krav 5 til 7, hvori en spænderamme (77) er placeret under den ledende ramme set fra den aktive overflade, hvor spænderammen kan bevæges i forhold til det lag, på hvilket det hviler, sådan at den ledende ramme kan fastspændes mod toplaget under en fase, når en strøm ledes til toplaget fra baglaget.
9. Værktøj ifølge krav 8, hvori mindst en side af spænderammen har to sammentrykte tætningsringe (79, 81), en der omgiver den anden og begge omgivende værktøjets aktive overflade, sådan at der dannes et lukket rum (87) mellem tætningsringene, og midler til at tvinge et fluid ind det lukkede rum for at øge trykket deri, så tætningsringene derved hæves for at opnå spændebevægelsen.
10. Værktøj ifølge ethvert af krav 5 til 9, hvori toplaget er opdelt i et øvre toplag og et nedre toplag, hvor det øvre toplag omfatter et metal med ensartet specifik modstand, som er højere end baglagets specifikke modstand, hvor det nedre toplag har et mønster med varierende specifik modstand, sådan at varmen genereret ved den aktive overflade varierer over den aktive overflade.
11. Produktionsfremgangsmåde under anvendelse af et værktøj til præg-ning/presning af et råemne ved en aktiv overflade, hvilket værktøj har et elektrisk ledende toplag, som opvarmes med strøm induceret med en spole placeret under toplaget, set fra den aktive overflade, et baglag placeret under spolen set fra den aktive overflade, hvilket baglag har en mindre specifik modstand end toplaget og er forbundet med toplaget i det mindste ved de modstående kanter, hvor spolens vindinger vender, kendetegnet ved ledning af en strøm fra baglaget til toplaget under anvendelse af en ledende ramme, der har lavere specifik modstand end toplaget og omgiver den aktive overflade, sådan at toplaget, i det mindste i nærheden af nogle af dets kanter, hviler på den ledende ramme.
