Claims (15)

1. Distribuerende transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnet-styresystem, omfattende: et transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnet omfattende en flerhed af fordelte energiressourcer hvor et undersæt af flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer er styrbare; en styremaskine (325) ; en simulationsmaskine (320) operabel til at producere en model af operationel- og styreresponskarakteristikker af transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnettet omfattende flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer og undersættet af flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer er styrbare; et styreinterface (1380) kommunikativt koblet mellem styremaskinen og simuleringsmaskinen og flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer, styreinterfacet er konfigureret til at modtage en anmodning om specificeret ydeevne af en del af transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnettet, idet systemet er konfigureret til at virke, før udstedelse af kommandoer til valgte af flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer for at skaffe den anmodede specificerede ydeevne til at lede simuleringsmaskinen (1330) til at bestemme hvorvidt opfyldelse afen sådan anmodning er mulig og hvis den er, hvilken kommando der skal udstedes til flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer til at producere sådan anmodet specificeret præstation; og ved bestemmelse af at opfyldelse af anmodningen er muligt, er systemet konfigureret til at anvende validerede kommandoer for at lede produktion af den anmodede specificerede ydeevne og hvor under anvendelsen implementeres kommandoerne og energiforsyningssystem-karakteristika overvåges for at validere både simulationen og de udviklede kommandoer og at bevirke at modifikationer gøres til både kommandoerne og simulationen som krævet.
2. Systemet ifølge krav 1, hvor den fordelte energiressource omfatter en netværkstopologi afen flerhed af transmissions- og distributionskomponenter og en flerhed af energigenerering, lagring, konditionerings- og efterspørgselskomponenter koblet til transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnettet og hvor modellen produceret af simuleringsmaskinen er operabel til at repræsentere kombinerede interaktioner af de fordelte energiressourcer for at bestemme responskarakteristika af netværkstopologien til forskellige kommandoer.
3. Systemet ifølge krav 2, hvor styreinterfacet er operabelt til at omdanne resultaterne af modellen af operationel- og styreresponskarakteristika til et standardiseret sæt af kommunikationsparametre til udbredelse til andre styreinterfaces.
4. Systemet ifølge krav 3 hvor hvert styreinterface er operabelt til at modtage operationel- og styreresponsinformation angående andre fordelte energiressourcer og forespørgsler angående evnen af de fordelte energiressourcer til at opfylde de operationelle- og styreresponsparametre.
5. Systemet ifølge krav 4, hvor som reaktion på at styremaskinen modtageren anmodning for en specificeret præstationsparameter fra et andet styreinterface som den fordelte energiressource er i stand til opfylde, bestemmer styremaskinen en implementeringsstrategi under anvendelse af ét eller flere styreloops for at opnå den specificerede præstationsparameter.
6. Systemet ifølge krav 1, hvor hvert styreinterface virker som et mellemled til at moderere anmodninger og/eller kommandoer fra andre styreinterfaces og til at rapportere resultater og muligheder af den forbundne styremaskine til andre styremaskiner uden præsentation af et organ ved hvilken resultaterne blev opnået.
7. Systemet ifølge krav 1, hvor styremaskinen, simuleringsmaskinen og styreinterfacet er omfattet i hver af en flerhed af styremoduler og hver simuleringsmaskine arbejder uafhængigt af hver anden simulationsmaskine.
8. Systemet ifølge krav 1, hvor den fordelte energiressource er en virtuel fordelt energiressource.
9. Systemet ifølge krav 2, hvor som reaktion på validering af resultaterne af modellen af operationelle- og styreresponskarakteristika af den fordelte energiressource, anvendes kommandoer udviklet af styremaskinen til at styre transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnettet uden modifikation.
10. Systemet ifølge krav 1, hvor som reaktion på at operationelle- og styreresponskarakteristika ikke opfylder forventningerne, er systemet operativt til at modificere modellen og/eller ét eller flere styreloops for at opfylde forventningerne og videregive modifikationen til styremaskinen for effektuering.
11. Fremgangsmåde til modellering og styring i et transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnet, hvor transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnettet omfatter en flerhed af fordelte energiressourcer og hvor et undersæt af flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer er styrbare af styreinput, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: danne en model af transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnettet herunder undersættet af fordelte energiressourcer der er styrbare hvor den fordelte energiressource omfatter en netværkstopologi af en flerhed af transmissions- og distributionsnetkomponenter og en flerhed af energigenerering, lagring, konditionerings- og efterspørgselskomponenter; modtage en anmodning om yderligere energi fra en del af transmissions-og distributionsforsyningsnettet udvikle et sæt af fordelte energiressourcestyrekommandoer for at modificere drift af undersættet af flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer der er styrbare til at opfylde anmodningen om specificeret ydeevne af delen af transmissions- og distributionsforsyningsnettet; anvende det udviklede sæt af distribueret energiressourcestyreinput til den del af modellen af transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnettet svarende til undersættet af flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer der er styrbare med henblik på at validere at det udviklede sæt af kommandoer vil opfylde anmodningen for specificeret præstation; og som reaktion på validering af at delen af transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnettet i modellen opfylder anmodningen om specificeret ydeevne baseret på det anvendte sæt af fordelte energiressourcekommandoer, anvendelse af sættet af fordelte energiressourcestyreinput til undersættet af flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer der er styrbare til at styre transmissions- og distributionsforsyningsnettet.
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 11 yderligere omfattende iterativ overvågning af ydeevne af transmissions- og distributionsforsyningsnettet, og som reaktion på at for ydeevne af transmissions- og distributionselforsyningsnettet ikke opfylder anmodning om specificeret præstation, udvikling af et nyt sæt styreinput for at modificere drift af undersættet af flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer der er styrbare med henblik på at opfylde anmodningen om specificeret ydeevne af transmissions- og distributionsforsyningsnettet.
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 11 yderligere omfattende identificering af én eller flere styreparametre for hvert af undersættet af flerheden af fordelte energiressourcer der er styrbare.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 11 yderligere omfattende overvågning af operationel styrerespons af undersæt af flerheden af de fordelte energiressourcer der er styrbare, og hvor som reaktion på at for operationel styrerespons af transmissions- og distribueret net ikke opfylder anmodningen om specificeret præstation, modificere det udviklede sæt af fordelte energiressourcestyreinput.
15. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 14, hvor som reaktion på at operationelle styreresponser af undersættet af de fordelte energiressourcer der er styrbare ikke opfylder operationel styreresponsforventninger, gentage i modellen undersættet af de fordelte energiressourcer der er styrbare og sættet af fordelte energiressourcestyreinput til at evaluere én eller flere modifikationer til sættet af fordelte energiressource-styreinput mens operationel styring af de fordelte energiressourcer er upåvirket.
