Claims (12)
1. Isoleret polypeptid med cellobiohydrolaseaktivitet, som er valgt fra gruppen beståend af: (a) et polypeptid, som omfatter en aminosyresekvens, der udviser mindst 80‘ identitet med aminosyrerne 17-447 ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2; (b) et polypeptid, som kodes for af et polynukleotid, der omfatter e nukleotidsekvens, som udviser mindst 80% identitet med nukleotiderne 109-1401 ifølge SEQ I NO: 1; og (c) et fragment af et polypeptid ifølge (a) eller (b), som h; cellobiohydrolaseaktivitet, hvilket fragment indeholder mindst 390 aminosyrerester.
2. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1, som omfatter eller består af aminosyrerne 17 til 447 ifølge SE' ID NO: 2; eller et fragment deraf, der indeholder mindst 390 aminosyrerester og h; cellobiohydrolaseaktivitet.
3. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1, hvor fragmentet af et polypeptid ifølge (a) eller (b), som h; cellobiohydrolaseaktivitet, indeholder mindst 430 aminosyrerester.
4. Isoleret polynukleotid, som omfatter en nukleotidsekvens, der koder for polypeptidi ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-: hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) dyrkning af en værtscelle, som omfatter e nukleinsyrekonstruktion, hvilken nukleinsyrekonstruktion omfatter en nukleotidsekvens, der kod< for polypeptidet, under betingelser, som er befordrende for fremstilling af polypeptidet; og (I indvinding af polypeptidet.
6. Fremgangsmåde til nedbrydning eller omdannelse af et celluloseholdigt material· hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: behandling af det celluloseholdige materiale med e enzymsammensætning i nærværelse af polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, som endvidere omfatter indvinding af det nedbrudl celluloseholdige materiale.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåd omfatter: (a) forsukring af et celluloseholdigt materiale med en enzymsammensætning nærværelse af polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3; (b) fermentering af det forsukrede celluloseholdige materiale med en eller fler (adskillige) fermenterende mikroorganismer for at fremstille fermenteringsproduktet; og (c) indvinding af fermenteringsproduktet fra fermenteringen.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fermentering af et celluloseholdigt materiale, hvilke fremgangsmåde omfatter: fermentering af det celluloseholdige materiale med en eller fler (adskillige) fermenterende mikroorganismer, hvor det celluloseholdige materiale erforsukret me en enzymsammensætning i nærværelse af polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 3.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor fermenteringen af det celluloseholdige material frembringer et fermenteringsprodukt.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, som endvidere omfatter indvinding i fermenteringsproduktet fra fermenteringen.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10 eller 11, hvor fermenteringsproduktet er en alkohol, e organisk syre, en keton, en aminosyre eller en gas.
