Claims (8)
1. Basisstation (20) omfattende: en sender (24) til at transmittere brugerdata pà en eller fiere downlink-komponentbærere til en brugerterminal (100), basisstationen kendetegnet ved en styreenhed (34) til at planlægge down-link-transmissioner til brugerterminalen (100), hvor downlink-styreenheden er konfigureret til: at planlægge downlink-transmissioner til en brugerterminal (100) pà en eller fiere downlink-komponentbærere (52); hvis brugerterminalen (100) planlægges til at modtage downlink- transmissioner pà en forste enkelt downlink-komponentbærer (54) at modtage HARQ-bekræftelser, der er forbundet med downlink-transmissionerne til brugerterminalen (100), pà et forste sæt radio ressourcer pà en primær uplink-komponentbærer (56), der er forbundet med den forste downlink-komponentbærer, og hvis brugerterminalen (100) er planlagt til at modtage downlink- transmissioner pà en anden enkelt downlink-komponentbærer eller fiere downlink-komponentbærere at modtage HARQ-bekræftelser, der er forbundet med downlink-transmissionerne til brugerterminalen (100), pà et andet sæt radio ressourcer pà den primære uplink-komponentbærer, hvor det andet sæt af ressourcer tildeles til brugerterminalen ved hjælp af styreenheden ved forst at transmittere RRC, Radio Resource Control, -signalering, der reserve-rer halvstatiske uplink-ressourcer til brugerterminaler i cellen, der er konfigureret med en anden enkelt downlink-komponentbærer eller fiere downlink-komponentbærere, og efterfolgende transmittere en eksplicit dynamisk be-kræftelsesressourceindikation pà en downlink-komponentbærer for at vælge det andet sæt radio ressourcer fra de reserverede halvstatiske uplink-ressourcer.

6. Fremgangsmàde ifolge krav 5, endvidere omfattende at transmittere bru-gerdata pà det andet sæt radioressourcer, hvis en enkelt downlink-komponentbærer tildeles til downlink-transmissionen.
