Claims (7)

1. Suturanordning (10), der omfatter: et første punkturelement (12), der omfatter en skarp distal ende (14) til punktering af væv; et andet punkturelement (16), der omfatter en skarp distal ende (18) til punktering af væv, hvor de distale ender (14, 18) af første og andet punkturelement (12, 16) er placeret med afstand fra hinanden ved en spalte (20); suturtråd (38) er placeret langs en del af det første punkturelement (12), hvor suturtråden (38) er indrettet til at blive grebet ved den distale ende (14) af det første punkturelement (12); og en suturgriber (26), der er placeret ved den distale ende (18) af det andet punkturelement (16), hvilken suturanordning (10) har en funktionsmåde, hvor: a. det første punkturelement (12) punkterer en vævsvæg, således at suturtråden (38) passerer fra en nær side af vævsvæggen til en fjern side af vævsvæggen; b. det andet punkturelement (16) punkterer vævsvæggen fra den nære side til den fjerne side af vævsvæggen; og c. suturgriberen (26) griber suturtråden (38) ved den distale ende (14) af det første punkturelement (12) ved den fjerne side af vævsvæggen, bringer suturtråden (38) hen over spalten (20) og bevæger suturtråden (38) proximalt væk fra den distale ende (18) af det andet punkturelement (16) tilbage igennem til den nære side af vævsvæggen; kendetegnet ved, at suturtråden (38) er placeret på et suturtrådsmodtagende organ (24) af en suturhåndterende anordning (22), hvilket suturtrådshåndterende organ (24) er indrettet til at passere ind i en hul del af de første punkturelementer (12), hvilket suturtrådshåndterende organ (24) omfatter to spidser (34), der er adskilt fra hinanden af en spalte (36).
2. Suturenhed (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor suturtråden (38) passerer gennem en hul del af det første punkturelement (12).

Suturenhed (10) ifølge krav 4, hvor suturgriberen (26) forspændes ved hjælp af en forspændingsanordning (48), således at, når kanylen (44) bevæges distalt ud af det andet punkturelement (16), forspændingsanordningen (48) tvinger suturgriberen (26) til at rage ud fra det andet punkturelement (16).
6. Suturenhed (10) ifølge krav 4, hvor suturgriberen (26) omfatter et elastisk legeme, således at, når den spinkle kanyle (44) bevæges distalt ud af det andet punkturelement (16), det elastiske legemes fj ederenergi tvinger suturgriberen (26) til at rage ud lfa det andet punkturelement (16).
7. Suturenhed (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor suturgriberen (26) omfatter en krog til at gribe suturtråden (38).
