Claims (7)

1. Fremgangsmåde til programmering af et høreapparat, hvor høreapparatbrugeren indledningsvist testes ved at udsætte brugeren for luftbåren lyd og/eller for knogleoverførte vibrationer, og baseret på testresultaterne beregnes en knogleledende høretærskel for et knogleintegreret knogleledende høreapparat, og yderligere vælges og anvendes et knogleledende høreapparat til et hudgennemtrængende underlag, der er fast forankret på en knogleintegreret fikstur i høreapparatbrugerens kranie, og vibratoren i det valgte høreapparat bringes til at vibrere ved forskellige frekvenser og vibrationsniveauer, og tilbagemelding fra høreapparatbrugeren opnås for at opnå viden om en høreapparatbrugers oplevede høretærskel med det fastgjorte høreapparat, og hvor en indvendig programmerbar sinus-generator i det valgte knogleledende høreapparat anvendes til at frembringe området af vibrationsfrekvenser og amplituder, der anvendes i målingerne af niveauer, som er opfattet af brugeren, og endelig anvendes den oplevede høretærskel til at finindstille dette samme høreapparat til fremtidig benyttelse af brugeren.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det ubehagelige niveau for høreapparatbrugeren bestemmes ved at bringe vibratoren til at vibrere ved niveauer op til det ubehagelige niveau for brugeren.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge hvilke som helst af de ovenstående krav, hvor en signalprocessor i høreapparatet omfatter en hukommelsesplads, hvor et audiogram og tilsvarende høre-/UCL- tærskel vil blive gemt til sammenligning med senere opnåede audiogrammer for at observere ændringerne i brugerens høretærskel.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge hvilke som helst af de ovenstående krav, hvor målingen laves delvist automatiseret, ved at høreapparatet forbindes til en computer, der har et måleprogram installeret deri, og hvor indlæsemidler er tilvejebragt, hvilket tillader høreapparatbrugeren at trykke på en første knap, når en lyd høres - eller en anden knap, hvis en lyd er for høj.
5. Knogleforankret knogleledende høreapparatsystem, der omfatter: et høreapparat; en vibrator i høreapparatet; en fikstur, der er forankret i høreapparatbrugerens kranie; hvor vibratoren er forbundet til kraniet ved hjælp af fiksturen; hvor høreapparatet omfatter et elektronisk kredsløb; en trykknap; hvor det elektroniske kredsløb omfatter et indlæsemiddel, der er indrettet til at detektere, hvornår patienten trykker på trykknappen; hvor det elektroniske kredsløb omfatter en elektronisk hukommelse; og hvor det elektroniske kredsløb omfatter en programmerbar sinus-generator og et program, der er indlejret i det elektroniske kredsløb, der er indrettet til at udføre audiometriske målinger ved hjælp af sinus-generatoren og vibratoren, der er forbundet til kraniet, og hvor signalniveauer fra sinus-generatoren og signalerne fra trykknappen kan lagres inden i en elektronisk hukommelse, der er indlejret i det elektroniske kredsløb.
6. Knogleforankret knogleledende høreapparatsystem ifølge krav 5, hvor trykknappen er integreret i høreapparatet.
7. Knogleforankret knogleledende høreapparatsystem ifølge krav 5, hvor signalet fra trykknappen overføres ved hjælp af trådløs kommunikation til høreapparatet eller en konfigurations-computer.
