Claims (6)
- Patentkrav (1-6): 1. Reguleringsventil til brug i væskebårne anlæg med et eventuelt bygget ventilhus med en tilgangs- og en afgangsside, hvor ventilhuset er monteret med: - et trykholdearrangement til opretholdelse af et konstant differenstryk mellem tilgangs- og afgangssiden uafhængigt af den gennemstrømmende væskemængde, idet et indeholdt drøvlelegeme indstiller sig i balance under påvirkning af: tilgangstrykket på den ene side, og afgangstrykket samt en fjederkraft på den anden side, - et opstrøms for trykholdearrangementet placeret mængdereguleringsarrangement indbefattende en blænde stilbar til en grundindstilling givende en åbning for maksimalt flow, og yderligere indbefattende et via en ydre aktuator aktiverbart yderligere flowåbningsreducerende arrangement, hvor mængdereguleringsarrangementets grundindstilling tilvejebringes ved indbyrdes drejning af blændens to samvirkende koaksiale cylinderskalflader begge med materiale fjernet fra ellers overlappende områder, hvorved er tilvejebragt et udækket område i reguleringsventilens strømningsvej, og hvor reduktion af det således som grundindstilling realiserede udækkede område i strømningsvejen, ved aktuatorpåvirkning sker ved aksial flytning af et emne indbefattende den samvirkende nedstrøms cylinderskalflade, hvilket emne bærer et tætningsområde for samvirkning med ventilhuset til nedstrøms afspærring i en af aktuatoren aksialt mest indtrykket stilling kendetegnet ved, - at reduktion af det som grundindstilling realiserede udækkede område i strømningsvejen, ved aktuatorpåvirkning sker ved aksial flytning også af det emne, som indbefatter den samvirkende opstrøms cylinderskalflade, og - at tætningsområdet for samvirkning med ventilhuset til nedstrøms afspærring bæres i større afstand fra cylinderskalfladernes akse end radius for den samvirkende nedstrøms cylinderskalflade.
- 2. Reguleringsventil ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at ventilhuset (1) er i ét stykke.
- 3. Reguleringsventil ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at trykholdearrangementet og mængdereguleringsarrangementet er monteret i samme åbning i ventilhuset (1).
- 4. Reguleringsventil ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3 kendetegnet ved, at de samvirkende koaksiale cylinderskalflader samtidigt gives samme aksiale flytning.
- 5. Reguleringsventil ifølge krav 1, 2, 3 eller 4, kendetegnet ved, at emnet indbefattende den samvirkende nedstrøms cylinderskalflade helt eller delvis er omsluttet af drøvlelegemet (6).
- 6. Reguleringsventil ifølge et af de foranstående krav kendetegnet ved, at et drej egreb (13) er udrejeligt forbundet til et emne indbefattende en drejelig, samvirkende koaksial cylinderskalflade.
