Claims (25)
1. Automatisk maskine (10) til indlejring af vævsprøver (210) på hver sit mikro-tomskærbare bæreorgan, omfattende en indgangsindretning (100), som er konfigureret til at fastholde et antal mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer (150a) før en vævsindlejringsoperation, en udgangsindretning (32a - 32d), som er konfigureret til at fastholde et antal mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer (150a) efter vævsindlejringsoperationen, i det mindste en temperaturstyreenhed (80), som omfatter en form (82, 84), som er konfigureret til at fastholde i det mindste et af de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer under en vævsindlejringsoperation, en motoriseret bæresamling (40), som er monteret til bevægelse og konfigureret til at fastholde i det mindste en af de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer og bevæge et bæreorgan fra indgangsindretningen til en af de nævnte temperaturstyreenheder til udgangsindretningen, og en dispenser (212), som er indrettet til at udlevere et indlejringsmateriale (205) til hver sit mikrotomskærbare bæreorgan (150a), og i det mindste en vævsprøve (210), som bæres ved hjælp af hvert af de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer under indlejringsoperationen, kendetegnet ved, at temperaturstyreenheden (80) omfatter i det mindste to forme (82, 84), som hver er koblet termisk til en varme-/køleenhed (236), hvor varme-/køleenhederne (236) er individuelt styrebare til individuelt at opvarme/afkøle et mikrotomskærbart bæreorgan i den respektive form (82, 84).
2. Automatisk maskine ifølge krav 1, hvorved det mikrotomskærbare bæreorgan (150a) er optaget i en ramme (150b) og er bevægeligt imellem en første position i rammen og en anden position, hvori den indlejrede vævsprøve er fremlagt til skæring i en mikrotom, og den automatiske maskine (10) yderligere omfatter et opstillingsapparat (170), som er indrettet til at bevæge bæreorganet fra den første position til den anden position.
3. Automatisk maskine ifølge krav 2, hvorved opstillingsapparatet (170) er monteret til bevægelse imellem opvarmnings-/køleenhederne og omfatter et indstillingshoved, som er indrettet til at bevæge bæreorganet fra den første position til den anden position.
4. Automatisk maskine ifølge enten krav 2 eller krav 3, hvorved opstillingsap-paratet omfatter den nævnte dispenser (212).
5. Automatisk maskine ifølge ethvert af kravene 2 til 4, hvorved opstillingsap-paratet (70) og dispenseren (212) er bevægelig sammen imellem opvarmnings-/køleenhederne.
6. Automatisk maskine ifølge ethvert foregående krav, hvorved hver opvarm-nings-/køleenhed (80) omfatter i det mindste en TEC (thermal electric cooling).
7. Automatisk maskine ifølge krav 6, hvorved hver opvarmnings-/køleenhed endvidere omfatter en bæredel med en køleplade, som drives ved hjælp af en termisk elektrisk styreindretning, idet formen hver for sig kobles til kølepladen.
8. Automatisk maskine ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 5, hvorved i det mindste to forskellige konfigurationer af mi kroto mskærbare bæreorganer kan håndteres og indlejres i maskinen, og maskinformene omfatter en første form (82) og en anden form (84), hvor den første form er konfigureret til at optage et første mikro-tomskærbart bæreorgan, og den anden form er konfigureret til at optage et andet mikrotomskærbart bæreorgan, som har en anden konfiguration end det første mikrotomskærbare bæreorgan, og en sensor (86), som er indrettet til at detektere den respektive konfiguration af det første og andet mikrotomskærbare bæreorgan, hvorved bæresamlingen (40) transporterer et af de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer til enten den første form eller den anden form afhængig af konfigurationen af det mikrotomskærbare bæreorgan, der detekteres af sensoren.
9. Automatisk maskine ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, og som yderligere omfatter en sensor (234), som er indrettet til at detektere en mængde af det indlejrede materiale, som udleveres til det mikrotomskærbare bæreorgan ved hjælp af dispenseren (212).
10. Automatisk maskine ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved indgangsindretningen (100) omfatter en aflang kurv, som er konfigureret til at fastholde og udlevere et antal mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer.
11. Automatisk maskine ifølge krav 10, hvorved den aflange kurv er konfigureret til lodret at fastholde og udlevere en stabel af mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer.
12. Automatisk maskine ifølge krav 10 eller 11, hvorved den aflange kurv omfatter en udleveringsåbning, og maskinen endvidere omfatter et placeringsapparat, som er konfigureret til at presse de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer i retning af udleveringsåbningen.
13. Automatisk maskine ifølge krav 12, hvorved den aflange kurv omfatter udleveringsåbningen ved en nedre ende heraf, og placeringsapparatet omfatter en bevægelig del.
14. Automatisk maskine ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved indlejringsmaterialet omfatter paraffin, og maskinen endvidere omfatter et reservoir, som er koblet i fluidumforbindelse med dispenseren og indrettet til at fastholde og opvarme paraffinen i en flydende form.
15. Automatisk maskine ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved bæreindretningen (40) endvidere omfatter et par fingre, der er konfigureret til at gribe modsatte sider af et af de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer.
16. Automatisk maskine ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, og som yderligere omfatter en kabinetkonstruktion (12), som har et indre, som indeholder den i det mindste ene temperaturstyreenhed, den motoriserede bæreindretning og dispenseren, hvorved indgangsindretningen og udgangsindretningen kan åbnes fra kabinetkonstruktionens udvendige side med henblik på at tillade de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer (150a) til at blive fyldt i indgangsindretningen (100) og efter vævsprøvernes indlejring fjernet fra udgangsindretningen (32a - 32d).
17. Automatisk maskine ifølge krav 16, hvorved indgangsindretningen omfatter en hængslet dør.
18. Automatisk maskine ifølge krav 17, hvorved udgangsindretningen omfatter en hængslet dør.
19. Automatisk maskine ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved indgangsindretningen er perforeret, og den perforerede indgangsindretning endvidere er konstrueret til modtagelse i en vævsbearbejdningsmaskine og i stand til at modstå nedbrydning som følge af procedurer, som anvendes til at fastgøre og bearbejde vævet i vævsbearbejdningsmaskinen.
20. Automatiseret fremgangsmåde til indlejring af vævsprøver (210) i mikro-tomskærbare bæreorganer (150a), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter fyldning af et antal af mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer, som hver har en vævsprøve herpå, ind i et indgangsapparat (100), som i rækkefølge fjerner de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer fra indgangsapparatet ved brug af en motoriseret bæreindretning (40), idet bæreindretningen anvendes til at fylde de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer i hver sin form (82, 84) ud af et antal af forme, indføring af væskeindlejringsmateriale ind i de respektive forme, hærde væskeindlejringsmaterialet i hver form med vævsprøven og det tilhørende mikrotomskærbare bæreorgan indeholdt i det mindste delvis heri og fjernelse af de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer og de indlejrede vævsprøver fra formene, kendetegnet ved, at formene (82, 84) hver for sig er koblet termisk sammen med en opvarmnings-/køleenhed (236), idet fremgangsmåden omfatter individuel styring af opvarmnings-/køleenheder (236) til individuelt at opvarme/køle et mikrotomskærbart bæreorgan i den respektive form.
21. Automatiseret fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 20, og som yderligere omfatter opstilling af de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer i de respektive forme ved at bevæge hvert mikrotomskærbare bæreorgan og vævsprøven, som er indeholdt herpå, igennem rammen, således at vævsprøven blotlægges i det mindste delvis uden for rammen.
22. Automatiseret fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 21, hvorved bæreorganet omfatter kassetter, hvorved hver mi kroto mskærbare kassette og vævsprøven, som er indeholdt heri, bevæges igennem rammen, således at vævsprøven og en del af kassetten blotlægges i det mindste delvis uden for rammen, og hvorved det flydende indlejringsmateriale er flydende paraffin.
23. Automatiseret fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 22, hvorved opstillingen udføres ved brug af et motoriseret opstillingsapparat (170).
24. Automatiseret fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 23, hvorved fjernelsen og fyldningen af de mikrotomskærbare kassetter i rækkefølge udføres ved brug af gribe-fingre på en motoriseret bæreindretning, og hvorved opstillingsapparatet er et motoriseret opstillings/fyldeapparat, som bevæges i umiddelbar nærhed af de respektive forme før opstillingen af de mikrotomskærbare kassetter i de respektive forme med opstillings-/fyldeapparatet.
25. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 20 til 24, hvorved de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer yderligere omfatter første og sekundære mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer, som har forskellige konfigurationer, og formene endvidere omfatter første og sekundære forme, som har konfigurationer, som svarer til de første og sekundære mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer, og fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter detektering af de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganers konfigurationer som i det mindste enten det første eller det sekundære mikrotomskærbare bæreorgan, og de mikrotomskærbare bæreorganer fyldes i den første eller sekundære form afhængig af den detekterede konfiguration.
