DEUTSCHES PATENTAMTGERMAN PATENT OFFICE
It deals with the formation of such a floor mainly on reinforced concrete, vaulted and hollow body ceilings with special consideration of its impact and airborne sound insulation as well as at the same time with regard to its actual usage properties and its laying. The structure of the floor according to the invention, which is based on the known measures of using a grate and hardening plastic materials, is based on the following components Ceiling with interposition of sound-absorbing pieces or strips and the spaces between them are filled with a sound-absorbing material; on the supporting timber rests - ^ - expediently also with the interposition of sound-absorbing strips - a grate made of wooden rods, which are optionally connected to one another, for example by wires like a fabric; Between and on the bars of this grate is a sub-floor made of a sound-absorbing, hardening plastic compound, which is covered with a wear or walking layer made of a similar material

härtenden plastischen Stoffen mit rostartigen Ein- oder Unterlagen bekannt, und zwar unter anderem mit ein- und mehrschichtigen Rosten, für deren Stäbe Hohlkörper aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen vorgeschlagen werden und bei denen diese Hohl-hardening plastic materials with rust-like inlay or underlays known, among other things with single and multi-layer grids, for the rods hollow bodies made of different materials are proposed and in which these hollow
Also is available as a floor cover already a rust-like structure of slats made of concrete, plaster and the like. Known. One also has already supported on a solid ceiling U-iron girders on rubber blocks and on the U-iron girders a strong 'load-bearing layer of cast concrete or concrete slabs is applied. Even this concrete layer alone and especially in association with those U-girders transmits vibrations of all kinds in a particularly strong dimension, also thanks to the rock wool provided under the concrete layer is not significantly reduced. The same applies to the aforementioned known trainings, which, moreover, have only low load-bearing capacity and elasticity.
ι und 2 in einem längs bzw. quer geführten lotrechten Schnitt und inFor a more detailed explanation of the invention and the results achieved with it over the prior art progressive effects is their subject in the following on the basis of two exemplary embodiments described in the drawings in Fig. ι and 2 in a longitudinal or transverse perpendicular cut and in
Fig. 3 and 4 partly also in section and partly in an oblique view or on a smaller scale in Top view are shown.
1 and 2 are on a reinforced concrete ceiling 1 in certain equal, spaced support bars 2 made of square wood laid, with the insertion of soaked fabric inserts 3 z.'B. made of bitumen felt, which is extend either as strips under the entire length of the strips 2 or only as pieces are laid at certain intervals; the latter, arrangement is for that achieved with the invention Soundproofing completely sufficient and above all, but by no means only useful if the Strips 2 are nailed to the ceiling 1, the insulation strip sections in the area of the Nails 4 are arranged. It should be emphasized, however, that the nails 4 are omitted in the preferred embodiment of the new ceiling. the Interstices between the support strips 2 are covered with a sound-absorbing material 5 up to the level of the latter filled out; as such come mainly in
Consider, individually or possibly in a mixture: wood flour, wood shavings, cork flour, cellulose - expediently 1 'soaked with protective agents against. Pests such as rot, sponges, insects - or even slate, pumice and leather flour. The material of the insulation layer is expediently compressed during or after application. Again with the insertion of Vöri insulating strips 6, a grate made of wooden bars 7, which can have a rectangular cross-section, but are preferably triangular and arranged in such a way that they rest with one edge (see especially Fig. 2), lies on the strips 2; they are connected to each other at certain intervals by transverse wires 8, to which each rod 7 is fastened with clamps 9, so that a coherent structure is created. The bar grating rests loosely on the strips 2 and is not supported on the layer 5. The spaces between its bars 7 are filled by a sub-floor 10, which is raised above the bar grating and made of the same materials as those mentioned above for the insulation layer 5, but with the addition of an appropriately hardening binder, for which, for example a mixture of chlorine magnesium lye, magnesite and water is suitable. The top layer, the wear layer 11, can have the same composition as the lower layer or the sub-floor 10, but with a coloring additive; it can, for example, be a stone wood floor. In order to achieve a good connection between the wear layer and the subfloor, the former is applied before the setting process is completed in the latter.
As indicated on the left in Fig. 2, the strips 2 can be found on two opposite sides of the Connect the room by a strip strip 12, deiren Upper surface covered by at least the useful layer 11 will; the fastening nails 4 can then be dispensed with.
All parts of the floor traigen as a result Their design and arrangement and the choice of their material help ensure that the step and air ■ scarf can be significantly reduced, as is the case with measurements made on floors according to the Invention have shown to at least 15 phon or 10 db, and that, moreover, a thermal insulation is achieved that far exceeds that of a conventional one Wooden floor lies. For these effects it is important that the bar grating 7 is self-supporting the strips 2 lies without being supported on the insulating layer 5, so that here the vibration transmission is limited to a minimum, with the insulating strips or pieces 3, 6 additionally in the same Senses work; The same applies to the ■ insulation layer S and, in particular, to the overall ■ arrangement and training of the floor, the no also the bar grating 7 and the surrounding area In addition to the required strength, the lower layer 10 also provides considerable resilience, which excludes any risk of cracking.
The embodiment example in Figs. 3 and 4 differs from the one just described in that that here the floor is divided into independent components, namely in ready-to-install panels is that has the advantage of workshop manufacturing and the. simple relocation of the Boidens offer.
Die Tragleisten sind entsprechendThe arrangement and design of the support strips, of the wood rust 7, the lower layer 10 and the Wear layer 11 and the insulation pieces 13, 14 and 6 and skirt 12 is basically the same as in Fig. 1 and 2. The support strips are accordingly

Rißbildungen bei hoher Belastung des Fußbodens schützt.the panel width divided into individual pieces 15, the butt against each other when laying. In areas the butt joint 16 has a strip on each panel 17 or 18, the bar 17 reaching over the joint and on the ends of the strips 15 of the adjoining panel rests, where the strip 18 accordingly far back. To lock the two panels, a spring 19 is used, which is in the grooves Last 17 and 18 engages. The insulation pieces made of bitumen felt under the strips 15 are here Chosen stronger than in Fig. 1 and 2, which incidentally is also possible with the design according to Fig. 1 and 2 is. The same applies to an additional insulating strip 20, which is arranged on the edge of the floor is pulled up on the adjacent wall 21 to below the rubbing strip 22 and the sound transmission on the wall 21 is reduced. On the edge strip 12 below the sub-floor 10 is a fabric, strip 23, which is preferred except for the first grate bars 7 and the layers 10 and 11 against. Cracking protects against heavy loads on the floor.
