Description
At acquaintances Arrangements, these are contact springs with locking devices for the rail or rod to enable a reduction in the number of control springs required. The movable contact springs have a recess which is designed so that the The rail is pushed lengthways into the recess perpendicular to the spring plane and with the Spring can be locked by moving it sideways. In another known embodiment the locking is achieved by turning the lifting rail. The goal of fatigue is to lock the rail so that it cannot move forward or backward, ao This is achieved in that the recess so; is designed that the rod or rail after when assembling them into the recess by a lateral movement and such Rotation has been pushed so that only one edge of the recess engages in a groove on the rail, is locked against the contact spring for all movements, except rotation, what is known in Way is prevented by a recess to control the rail movement, the

The invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings which show an example of one type of application of the invention point to an electromagnetic relay.
Fig. ι ist eine perspektivische Ansicht einer auf einem Relais angebrachten Kontaktfedergruppe; die Fig. 2, 3 und 4 veranschaulichen in perspektivischer Ansicht verschiedene Stufen des Zusammenbaues der Abhebeschiene;Fig. Ι is a perspective view of a a relay attached contact spring group; Figures 2, 3 and 4 illustrate in perspective View of different stages of the assembly of the lift-off rail;
Fig. 5 zeigt die Abhebeschiene; die Fig. 6, 7 und 8 zeigen im einzelnen eine mit einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung versehene bewegliche Kontaktfeder in denselben Zusammenbaustufen der Schiene wie in den Fig. 2, 3 und 4.Fig. 5 shows the lift-off rail; Figures 6, 7 and 8 show in detail one with one Locking device provided movable contact spring in the same assembly stages of Rail as in Figures 2, 3 and 4.
The contact spring group shown in Fig. 1 is on the yoke or bracket 3 of a conventional electromagnetic Telephone relay arranged, the core 1 and armature 2 shown in the drawing are. The group is formed by a number of contact springs, which in a known manner on a Part of their length attached and are electrically isolated from one another within a column 4. the free front spring ends with contacts are, are at a certain distance from each other by means of a support rail or rod 5 made of insulating material, which is provided with teeth and a certain position to the Pillar 4 has. It is a toothed lifting or lifting rail ii, which is also made of insulating material, for transmitting the movement of the armature 2 to the movable contact springs 17, 18 of the group available. The three upper movable contact springs 17 and the lower spring 18 rest on shoulders the lifting rail or rod, while the other contact springs 19 only on support parts of the fixed support rail 5 are mounted. When the anchor 2 is actuated, the four movable contact springs are moved by the lifting rail in the direction of the four fixed springs moves so that the contacts are closed.
ηο In the case of the commonly used relays, such a holding rail is arranged between two additional springs. Such an additional spring 13 is shown in Fig. 1 at the highest point in the group. The other additional feather usually occupies the bottom of the group. According to the invention, the last-mentioned spring is replaced by a locking device for the lifting rail 11 on one of the movable contact springs 18. In the present example, this locking device consists of a recess 12 (FIGS. 6, 7 and 8) which is formed on the front part of the spring 18 in such a way that the lifting rail 11 is locked by means of this recess during assembly. The lifting rail 11 (FIG. 5) is provided with a number of teeth 15. There are grooves 16 between these teeth, one or more of which is or are narrow, depending on which spring in the group is to be used to lock the rail. The rail is locked in one of these narrow grooves, the width of which is slightly larger than the thickness of the contact springs. How the rail is arranged in the group and interlocked with the spring 18 will now be explained more clearly in connection with Figures 2, 3 and 4 which show the front of the contact group, two contact spring groups having been omitted. η ο
After assembling the contact spring group, the lifting rail 11 is on the rear the holes or recesses arranged in the contact springs 17, 18, 19, as in Fig. 2 and with respect to the details of the spring 18 is shown in FIG. The top of the rail will thereby brought to rest on the contact point of the spring and rotated slightly so that it is a Achieved intermediate position, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7 is shown. After another push forward the end position shown in Fig. 4 and 8 is reached. The teeth of the splint get through it under the movable contact springs 17 and iS, while the fixed springs 19 are not attached to the rail are attached. In the end position, the upper part of the rail engages in a rectangular hole 14 in the additional upper spring 13 a. This hole forms the guide for the upper part of the rail during the lifting movement caused by the armature 2 and prevents further rotation of the Rail. Since rotation of the rail is now prevented, it can open the recess 12 of the Do not leave the lower moving contact spring. As a result of the shape of this recess, the Do not move the rail forwards or backwards. In addition, since the groove 16 in Fig. 5, in which the Spring 18 has been used, is only slightly wider than the spring thickness, the location of the The rail is finally fixed. When the anchor pulls, the rail 11 moves up and takes with all movable contact springs that have received a low initial downward tension, to bring the rail 11 back to its starting position, when the anchor drops.
You can of course be locked with any other spring, for example with the spring that is directly opposite another narrow groove 16 on the rail (Fig. 5). The proposed Locking means do not necessarily require them to be like the proposed recess 12 is formed. It can consist of a recess, a different shape or a tab or has tongue on the tongue that moves into a groove on the rail, or out of another suitable device for determining the position of the rail. In such contact spring groups, in which a movable contact spring is at the top of the group, for example with a normally closed contact against a solid spring, can also use the additional spring 13 can be omitted. This upper contact spring is provided with a recess, that of the recess 14 corresponds, and the lift-off rail has an upper tooth which, according to the arrangement of FIG
Rail in the end position forms a shoulder for the movable upper contact spring.
