Sonnenkollektor . solar collector .
Die Neuerung betrifft einen Sonnenkollektor gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The innovation relates to a solar collector according to the preamble of claim 1.
A solar collector of the type mentioned is known, for example, from DE 35 23 036 A 1, which, however, is combined with a water tank at the head end and therefore no longer has a flat design.
It is also known to produce absorbers in the form of so-called roll bonds for the purpose of cheap, simple production, i.e., to join two thin, appropriately cut and shaped sheets together, for which aluminum sheets are used in particular. In the case of absorbers designed in this way, which are essentially flat and extremely flat and, as far as is known, are operated exclusively as single-circuit absorbers, it has been shown that they are probably prone to internal corrosion due to the ingress of oxygen, especially since the roll bond production creates a large number of unavoidable gaps or gussets, namely where the two sheets leave their tightly parallel position to form flow channels.
Neben solchen Einkreiskollektoren sind auch sogenannte Zweikreiskollektorensysteme bekannt, wie das auch für denIn addition to such single-circuit collectors, so-called dual-circuit collector systems are also known, as is the case for the
Solar collector according to the aforementioned DE 35 23 036 A 1 applies, in which, however, the absorber and heat exchanger form separate elements, whereby the heat exchanger is connected on the one hand to the absorber by tubes and on the other hand to the water tank by pipes.
The innovation is based on the task of improving a solar collector of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that, on the one hand, the extremely flat design is retained, but on the other hand, without significantly changing the absorber's dimensions and design and without having to use a heat exchanger that is to be installed remotely, the above-mentioned two-circuit system as per DE 35 23 036 A 1 is implemented on this collector, but with the proviso that, by taking advantage of the roll-bond manufacturing capability, the heat exchanger that decouples the operating medium and the heat transfer medium is integrated directly into the absorber without pipe connections.
This object is achieved with a solar collector of the type mentioned at the outset according to the innovation by the combination features stated in the characterizing part of claim 1.
To a certain extent, the use of the roll bonding process, which is more cost-effective in terms of production, is made possible by the detour of a two-circuit system, whereby on the one hand the risk of corrosion is excluded and on the other hand the necessary
The assignment of a heat exchanger represents minimal additional effort, since only the pipe forming the heat exchanger needs to be integrated between the shells.
In this new solution, the heat exchanger, which is otherwise installed separately from the absorber for a two-circuit collector system, is an integral component of the absorber itself, i.e. the shells forming the absorber also simultaneously delimit the space that includes the heat exchanger, which is simply designed as a pass-through pipe, whereby, for the purpose of intensive heat exchange, the pipe and the wall areas of the two shells surrounding it merely form an annular gap.
In a further advantageous embodiment, namely with regard to corrosion resistance and with regard to the heat exchanger optimization of the heat transfer surface, design forms consist of the following:
The heat exchanger or the pipe that forms it is made of corrosion-resistant material, such as copper, stainless steel or similar, and is also provided with enlarged transfer surfaces.
The new solar collector is explained in more detail below using drawings of examples of implementation.

As before, the solar collector consists of a housing (not shown) that is transparent to the radiation side and has a flat absorber that carries the operating fluid and is formed by forming several parallel channels 8 in the form of a so-called roll bond made of sheet metal, preferably aluminum sheet. The details that are otherwise usual for such collectors, such as special housing, absorber surface and thermal insulation designs, do not require any further explanation and can also be used for the solar collector in question.
Für einen solchen Sonnenkollektor ist nun wesentlich, daß der Absorber 1 unter Ausbildung mehrerer paralleler Kanäle 8 und eines erweiterten, das Oberteil 3 bildenden Querkanales in Form eines zweischaligen Rollbonds aus Blech, vorzugsweise Alublech, gebildet ist, wobei im Querkanal der Wärmetauscher 4 in Form mindestens eines mit seinen Enden beidseitig gas- und flüssigkeitsdicht aus dem Absorber 1 herausragenden Rohres 4' ausgebildetFor such a solar collector, it is now essential that the absorber 1 is formed by forming several parallel channels 8 and an extended transverse channel forming the upper part 3 in the form of a two-shell roll bond made of sheet metal, preferably aluminum sheet, with the heat exchanger 4 in the form of at least one tube 4' protruding from the absorber 1 on both sides in a gas- and liquid-tight manner.

The pipe 4' that passes through the transverse channel in the upper part 3 is provided with transfer surface enlargements 9, as shown in Fig. 2, 3. The embodiment according to Fig. 2 is a corrugated pipe and the one according to Fig. 3 is a pipe with a helically twisted wall.
Apart from the pure shell construction, which encompasses both the absorber and the heat exchanger area, it is also important that the absorber interior 2 is not completely filled with liquid operating medium (e.g. ethanol, methanol, acetone or the like), i.e. that there is free space for evaporation. The evaporated AlD absorber operating medium condenses on the pipe 4', through which the heat transfer medium constantly flows, and then, having passed into the liquid phase, simply drips or flows down again. In order to optimize this condensation process, the annular gap 11 delimited by the absorber plates 10 and the pipe 4 1 is dimensioned as narrow as possible, with the exact dimension being based on the parameters to be observed here. The section through the absorber according to Fig. 5 illustrates the cross-section of the channels 8 and clearly shows the gaps in which corrosion phenomena were previously observed in single-circuit collectors.
