A-19/94li Haarfärbemitte1
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein neues Haarfärbemittel auf Basis von Oxidationsfarbstoff-Vorprodukten in einer üblichen
Grundlage, das gegenüber herkömmlichen Haarfärbemitteln eine intensivere, länger anhaltende Färbung des Haares bewirkt.
Konventionelle Haarfärbemittel enthalten in der Regel mindestens ein mit Sauerstoff zu einem Farbstoff oxidierbares
Farbstoff Vorprodukt, d.h. mindestens eine Entwickler- und auch eine Kupplersubstanz, und enthalten gegebenenfalls noch direktziehende
Farbstoffe als Nuanceure. Vor ihrer Anwendung auf menschliches Haar werden sie mit verdünnter wäßriger Wasserstoffperoxid-Lösung
vermischt. Es ist naturgemäß Ziel einer solchen Anfärbung, eine möglichst vollständige/ intensive und
lang anhaltende Haarfärbung zu erzielen.
Die gegenwärtig auf dem Markt befindlichen Haarfärbemittel auf
Basis von Oxidationsfarbstoff-Vorprodukten sind jedoch in dieser
Beziehung noch verbesserungsfähig.
Die vorliegende Erfindung geht daher von der Aufgabenstellung aus, konventionelle Oxidationshaarfärbemittel dahingehend zu
verbessern, daß sie eine verbesserte Farbintensität und -Stabilität auf dem Haar aufweisen.

Diese Aufgabe wird nun dadurch gelöst, daß einem Haarfärbemittel,
das mindestens ein Oxidationsfarbstoff-Vorprodukt, vorzugsweise mindestens eine Entwickler- und mindestens eine
Kupplersubstanz, in einer üblichen Grundlage enthält, eine Kombination aus
a) 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens einer quaternären Ammoniumverbindung
mit einer oder zwei C8-C22"~Alkylgruppen, und
b) 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens einer oberflächenaktiven
N-Cg-Cis-Acylaminocarbonsäure bzw. deren wasserlöslichen
Salzen,
jeweils berechnet auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung, zugesetzt wird.
Durch die Verwendung dieser Kombination in den erfindungsgemäßen Haarfärbemitteln wird nicht nur eine intensivere Färbung,
sondern auch ein verbesserter Pflegeeffekt auf den Haaren erzielt.
Als Entwicklersubstanzen können in den erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen
die für diese Zwecke bekannten und üblichen Oxidationsfarbstoff-Vorprodukte eingesetzt werden.
Als solche seien insbesondere 1,4-Diaminobenzol, 2,5-Diaminotoluol,
4-Aminophenol, 2,5-Diaminobenzylalkohol, l-Amino-4-[bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-amino]benzol,
3-Methyl-4-aminophenol, Tetraaminopyrimidin, Triaminohydroxypyrimidine, insbesondere

2,5,6 -Triamino-4-hydroxypyrimidin, Diaminodihydroxypyrimidine,
insbesondere 2,4-Dihydroxy-5,6-diaminopyrimidin und 4,6-Dihydroxy-2,5-diaminopyrimidine
und 2-(2'-Hydroxyethylamino)-5-aminotoluol
und die Salze der genannten Entwicklersubstanzen genannt.
Es können selbstverständlich auch andere Entwickler, alleine oder im Gemisch untereinander, eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise
das bekannte 5,6-Dihydroxyindol und dessen Derivate.
Der Anteil an Entwickler liegt bei etwa 0,05 bis etwa 5 Gew.-%,
vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 3, insbesondere 0,25 bis 1,5 Gew.-%, berechnet
auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung des peroxidfreien Mittels und, falls es in Form eines Salzes vorliegt, auf die freie Base
bezogen.
Bevorzugte Kupplersubstanzen, die vorzugsweise in einem molaren
Verhältnis von Entwicklersubstanz zu Kupplersubstanz zwischen etwa 0,5 : 1 und etwa 2,5 : 1 verwendet werden, sind insbesondere
Resorcin, 2-Methylresorcin, 4-Chlorresorcin, 2-Aminophenol,
4-{N-Methyl)aminophenol, 3-Aminophenol, 3-N,N-Dimethylaminophenol,
4-Amino-3-methylphenol, 5-Amino-2-methylphenol, 6-Amino-3-methylphenol,
S-Amino^-methylamino-e-methoxypyridin,
2-Amino-3-hydroxypyridin, 4-Aminodiphenylamin, 4,4'-Diaminodiphenylamin,
2-Dimethylamino-5-aminopyridin, 2,6-Diaminopyridin,
1,3-Diaminobenzol, l-Ethoxy-2,4-diaminobenzol, l-Methoxy-2-amino-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)
aminobenzol, l-Amino-3- (2' -hydroxyethylamino
)benzol, l-Amino-3-[bis-{2·-hydroxyethyl)amino]-benzol,
1,3-Diaminotoluol, a-Naphthol, l/4-Diamino-2-chlorbenzol,
4,6-Dichlorresorcin, 4-Hydroxy-l,2-methylendioxybenzol,
1,5-Dihydroxynaphthalin, 1,7-Dihydroxynaphthalin, 2,7-Dihydroxynaphthalin/
1-Hydroxynaphthalin, 4-Hydroxy-l,2-methylendioxybenzol,
2/4-Diamino-3-chlorphenol/ und/oder 1-Methoxy-2-amino-4-(2
■ hydroxyethylamino) benzol.
Es können selbstverständlich auch, zur Erzielung besonderer Farbtöne, Gemische aus verschiedenen Kupplersubstanzen eingesetzt
werden, insbesondere solche aus Resorcin oder 2-Methylresorcin mit 2-Aminophenol und/oder 3-Aminophenol, aus Resorcin
oder 2-Methylresorcin und l-Methoxy-2-amino-4-(2'-hydroxyethylamino)
benzol, Gemische aus 2-Amino-3-hydroxypyridin mit 5-Amino-2-methylphenol und/oder l-Methoxy-2-amino-4-(2'-hydroxyethylamino)
benzol, oder auch 1,3-Diaminobenzol mit 1,4-Diamino-2-chlorbenzol.
Falls erwünscht, können zur Erzielung bestimmter Farbnuancen auch übliche direktziehende Farbstoffe, beispielsweise die bekannten
Arianor-Farbstoffe oder auch Nitrofarbstoffe wie 2-Amino-4,6-dinitrophenol, 2-Amino-6-chlor-4-nitrophenol,
2-Amino-4-nitrophenol etc., sowie auch bekannte Pflanzenfarbstoffe,
beispielsweise Henna, in geringen Mengen, d.h. zwischen 0,05 und 1 Gew.-% enthalten sein. Ausgeschlossen ist
die Mitverwendung von 2-Nitro-p-phenylendiamin und 4-Nitroo-phenylendiamin
aufgrund ihrer toxikologischen Bedenklichkeit. Die Gesamtmenge des Farbstoffgemisches im Endprodukt beträgt
vorzugsweise etwa 0,2 bis etwa 6,0 Gew.-%, insbesondere etwa 0,5 bis etwa 4 Gew.-% des Haarfärbemittels.
Zur Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Haarfärbemittels werden die Oxidationsfarbstoff-Vorprodukte, d.h., vorzugsweise das Gemisch
aus Entwicklersubstanz und Kupplersubstanz und ggf. anwesenden direktziehenden Farbstoffen sowie N-Acylaminocarbonsäuren
und quaternären Ammoniumverbindungen, in einen geeigneten kosmetischen Träger eingearbeitet. Solche sind insbesondere
Emulsionen, d.h. Cremes, oder Gele.
Solche Zusammensetzungen und die in ihnen enthaltenen weiteren Stoffe, insbesondere oberflächenaktive Substanzen, Stabilisatoren,
Verdickungsmittel, konditionierende Mittel wie natürliche und synthetische Polymere wie nichtionische, kationische,
amphotere (zwitterionische) und/oder auch anionische Polymere, etcv sind einschlägiger Stand der Technik und in verschiedenen
Monographien, beispielsweise bei K.Sehr ader, "Grundlagen und
Rezepturen der Kosmetika", 2. Aufl. (1989, Hüthig Buchverlag),
S. 796 bis 815, beschrieben.
Auf diese und andere Monographien wird daher ausdrücklich Bezug genommen.
Die erfindungsgemäß in Kombination zum Einsatz gelangenden N-Acylaminocarbonsäuren bzw. deren Salze sind ebenso bekannt
wie die langkettigen quaternären Ammoniumverbindungen.
Ihr Anteil beträgt O7I bis 5, vorzugsweise 0,25 bis 2,5, insbesondere
0,5 bis 1,5 Gew.-%, berechnet auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung des Mittels.
Eine besonders bevorzugte N-CiQ-Cie-Acylaminocarbonsäure ^
das N-Lauroylglutamat, insbesondere als Alkali-, vor allem
Natriumsalz. Weitere in diesem Zusamenhang verwendbare Substanzen sind N-Lauroylsarcosinat, N-Myristoylsarcosinat,
N-Oleoylsarcosinat, N-Lauroylmethylalanin, N-Lauroyllysin und
N-Lauroylaminopropylglycin, jeweils vorzugsweise in Form ihrer
Alkali- oder Ammoniumsalze. Es können natürlich auch Gemische aus den verschiedenen N-C3-C13-Acylaminocarbonsäuren und deren
Salzen eingesetzt werden.
Die ein oder zwei langkettige C3-C22~Alkylgruppen enthaltenden
quaternären Ammoniumverbindungen werden in den erfindungsgemäßen Haarfärbemitteln in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 5, vorzugsweise
0,25 bis 3, insbesondere 0,5 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, berechnet auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung des Mittels, eingesetzt.
Geeignete langkettige quaternäre Ammoniumverbindungen, die
allein oder im Gemisch miteinander eingesetzt werden können, sind insbesondere Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid, Dimethyldicetylammoniumchlorid,
Trimethylcetylammoniumbromid, Stearyltrimethylammoniumchlorid,
Dimethylstearylbenzylammoniumchlorid, Benzyltetradecyldimethylammoniuinchlorid, Dimethyldihydriertes-Talgammoniumchlorid,
Laurylpyridiniumchlorid, Lauryldimethylbenzylammoniumchlorid,
Lauryltrimethylaminoniuinchlorid/
Tris (oligooxyethyl) alkylammoniumphosphat, Cetylpyridiniumchlorid/
etc.
Gut geeignet sind auch die in der EP-A 472 107 geoffenbarten guaternären Ammoniumsalze.
Im Prinzip sind alle quaternären Ammoniumverbindungen, wie sie im "CTFA Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary, Fourth Ed. (1991)",
unter dem Trivialnamen "Quaternium" aufgeführt sind, geeignet.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Haarfärbemittel weisen einen im schwach sauren bis im alkalischen Bereich liegenden pH-Wert auf, d.h.,
zwischen etwa 6 und etwa 11, vorzugsweise zwischen 7 und 9,5.
Ein weiterer bevorzugter Bestandteil der erfindungsgemäßen Haarfärbemittel, mit dem die Konditionierwirkung noch erhöht
werden kann, ist 2-Pyrrolidon-5-carbonsäure bzw. ein wasserlösliches
Salz derselben, vorzugsweise das Natriumsalz, in einer
Menge von etwa 0,1 bis 10, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 5, insbesondere
1 bis 3 Gew.-% der Gesamtzusammensetzung.
Die Konditionierwirkung und Färbeintensität der erfindungsgemäßen
Zusammensetzungen kann noch erhöht werden durch den Zusatz von O7I bis 1, insbesondere 0,2 bis 0,7 Gew.-%, bezogen
auf das Gesamtmittel, eines Dimethicone-Copolyols.
Diese Substanzen sind ebenfalls bekannt und auch schon zum Einsatz in Körperpflegemitteln vorgeschlagen worden; geeignete
Produkte sind beispielsweise im "CTFA International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary, Fourth Ed. (1991)", I.e., S.161 bis 163,
sowie auch in der DE-A 42 31 659, auf die ausdrücklich Bezug genommen wird, beschrieben.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen werden unmittelbar vor der Anwendung mit peroxidhaltigen Zusammensetzungen, beispielsweise
mit jeweils gleichen Anteilen 6-prozentiger Wasserstoffperoxid-Lösung, vermischt und auf menschliches Haar aufgebracht,
wo sie nach etwa 20- bis 40-minütiger Einwirkung mit Wasser und einem üblichen Shampoo wieder ausgewaschen werden.
Die an sich bevorzugt verwendeten Wasserstoffperoxid-Zusammensetzungen
können durch andere Peroxid-Zubereitungen ersetzt sein, beispiels Perborate, Harnstoffperoxid, Melaminperoxid,

etc.; jedoch gestaltet sich die Dosierung und Handhabung solcher
Zubereitungen, die bis zur Anwendung wasserfrei gehalten werden müssen/ umständlicher.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen illustriert.

Die Zusairanensetzungen nach den Beispielen 1 bis 4 wurden jeweils
im Verhältnis 1 : 1 mit 6%iger Wasserstoffperoxid-Lösung gemischt und auf menschliches Haar aufgebracht. Nach 25- bis
30-minütiger Einwirkungszeit wurde das Haar gewaschen und getrocknet .
Es wurden ausdrucksstarke Intensivfärbungen erhalten, die auch nach fünf Haarwaschen noch anhielten.
Der Griff des Haares war weichr das Haar war leicht kämmbar.
Die mit den Zusammensetzungen nach den Beispielen 1 bis 4 erzielten
Farbtöne waren:

Claims (5)
1. Haarfärbemittel, enthaltend mindestens ein mit Sauerstoff zu
einem Farbstoff oxidierbares Farbstoffvorprodukt in einer Grundlage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Kombination
aus
a) 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens einer quaternären Ammoniumverbindung
mit einer oder zwei Cg-C22-Alkylgruppen;
und
b) 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens einer oberflächenaktiven
N-Cg-Cig-Acylaminocarbonsäure bzw. deren wasserlöslichen
Salzen,
jeweils berechnet auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung, enthält.

2. Haarfärbemittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
es 0,25 bis 2,5 Gew.-% N-Lauroylglutamat, berechnet auf die
Gesamtzusammensetzung, enthält.
3. Haarfärbemittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es 0,5 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens einer quaternären Ammoniumverbindung, berechnet auf die Gesamt zusammensetzung,
enthält.
4. Haarfärbemittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis
3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-% Pyrrolidoncarbonsäure, berechnet auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung,
enthält.
5. Haarfärbemittel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 0,1 bis 1 Gew.-% mindestens
eines Dimethicone Copolyols, berechnet auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung,
enthält.
