Die Neuerung betrifft eine Palette, bestehend aus einer in einem Stück geformten Tragfläche mit bodenseitig angeformten Aufstellfüßen.The innovation concerns a pallet consisting of a support surface formed in one piece with support feet molded onto the base.

Derartige Paletten sind bekannt und in Benutzung, so daß es diesbezüglich keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Nachweises bedarf. Soweit bekannt, werden derartige Paletten, abgesehen von der bislang nach wie vor üblichen Art der Fertigung aus Holz, auch aus Kunststoff gebildet. Bekannt ist auch die Verwertung von Papier-, Kartonagen und/oder Zellulosefaserstoff abfallen, die, um den enormen Anfall solcher Abfallstoffe zu reduzieren und Deponien zu entlasten, unter Ausnutzung des sogenannten Saugformverfahrens bspw. zu Verpackungshilfsmitteln geformt werden. Soweit ferner bekannt, hat man es bislang außer Betracht lassen müssen, solche Abfallstoffe auch für das bezgl. Verpackung artverwandte Gebiet der Palettenherstellung und -verwendung einzusetzen, da, auf der Hand liegend, solche Abfallstoffe, entsprechend ausgeformt, erwartbar die notwendige Festigkeit vermissen lassen und ein hohes Aufnahmevermögen für Feuchtigkeit bzw. Hierbei können nämlich mit einer einfachen Hilfseinrichtung die imprägnierten, bodenseitigen Teilbereiche der Aufstellfüße einfach abgetrennt werden, um den weitaus größeren Restteil der verbrauchten Paletten im Wasserbad wieder aufzulösen und diese Pulpe wiederum erneut als Ausgangsstoff für das Saugverfahren ggf. unter Beifügung frischer Abfälle zu verwenden.In order to keep the consumption of water-repellent agents as low as possible, the basic treatment, i.e. impregnation, of only the bottom-side sections of the support feet is preferred, especially since this has proven to be sufficient in most applications. Einer näheren Erläuterung des Saugformverfahrens zur Herstellung eines Palettenformkorpers 1 gemäß Fig. 1 bedarf es dabei nicht, da dies allgemein bekannt ist. Unter "mindestens einer Saugformlage" ist dabei zu verstehen, daß solche Palettenformkorper 1 auch aus Stabilitätsgründen aus mehreren Saugformlagen zusammengefügt sein können, denn beim genannten Saugformverfahren lassen sich Wandstärken nur mit begrenzter Dicke (etwa 6 mm) erreichen bzw. herstellen.
