In dem Maße, wie sich elektrostatisch gefährdete Bauelemente und Baugruppen (EGB) verkleinern und verdichten, wächst die Anfälligkeit gegen Schäden durch elektrostatische Auf- und Entladungen sowie durch elektrische und elektromagnetische Felder. Diese Einflüsse liegen weit unterhalb der menschlichen Wahrnehmungsgrenze und sind weder sichtbar, hörbar noch fühlbar. Es ist deshalb unbedingt notwendig, geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen und Handhabungsregeln im Zusammenhang mit elektrostatisch gefährdeten Bauelementen und Baugruppen zu beachten. Schutzmaßnahmen sind hier, u.a. die Schaffung von besonderen Schutzzonen, geerdeten Arbeitsplätzen sowie geeigneten Verpackungen und Transportmitteln. Die Verwendung geeigneter Verpackungen und Transportmittel ist aber nur dann effizient, wenn verhindert wird, daß Unbefugte Zugriff nehmen und die besonders ausgerüsteten Transportmittel vor ihrem Bestimmungsort öffnen und so den Schutz unterbrechen.As electrostatically sensitive components and assemblies (ESAs) become smaller and more compact, the susceptibility to damage from electrostatic charges and discharges as well as from electrical and electromagnetic fields increases. Die EGB-Warnetiketten, für die der Schutz begehrt wird, haben hier eine neue, bisher noch nicht existente Lösung geschaffen. Verwendet wird ein rechteckiges Siegeletikett, das mit einem schwerlösbaren Kleber versehen ist. Dieses Etikett weist in der Mitte eine Querperforation auf, die es dem bestimmungsgemäßen Empfänger ermöglicht, das Siegel zur Öffnung in zwei Teile zu teilen und die Verpackung zu öffnen. Zur Gewährleistung dafür, daß die Verpackung nicht bereits zuvor durch Unbefugte geöffnet wurde, weist das Etikett zudem 4 Sinusperforationslinien auf. Bei dem Versuch das Etikett nach Origänalverschluß von der Verpackung zu entfernen, lösen sich diese Sinusperforationslinien auf, so daß der bestimmungsgemäße Empfänger anhand dieser Perforationen überprüfen kann, ob der Versuch unternommen wurde, die Verpackung vor dem Erreichen an ihren Bestimmungsort zu öffnen. Darüber hinaus ist die Oberfläche mit einem Dispersionslack versehen, der einen Oberflächenwiderstand vonn 10& Ohm/sq enhält. Dies entspricht den Anforderungen der CECC-Norm 00015/1 (EN 100015/1), so daß eine antistatische dissipative Ausrüstung gegeben ist.The EGB warning labels for which protection is sought have created a new, previously non-existent solution.
