Dem kolloidalen Schwefel kommt dabei die Aufgabe zu, im Ziehvorgang, also im wesentlichen im Bereich des Ziehwerkzeugs, einen die Kaltformgebung erleichternden Sulfidfilm zu erzeugen. Die Bildung dieses Sulfidfilms wird durch die bei der Formgebung auftretende Erwärmung des Ziehgutes und des Ziehwerkzeugs erheblich beschleunigt.Process for the cold forming of metals.
