Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß zunächst der oder die Schlitze im Holzwerkstoff erstellt werden. Diese Schlitze können verschiedenste Gestalt haben. Sie können gerade, wellig, in Axial richtung gebogen oder gekrümmt sein. Dies ist abhängig von dem Werkstoff und dem Verwendungszweck der Verbindung.This means that the slot(s) are first created in the wood material. These slots can have a wide variety of shapes. Die Flachkörper sind so dimensinoniert, daß sie das natürliche Schwind- und Quellverhalten der Holzwerkstoffe ohne Beeinträchtigung der Kraftübertragung zulassen. Völlig überraschend hat sich herausgestellt, daß die Schlitze im Holz vorgefertigt werden können und erst vor dem Einbau die Verbindung mit dem Flachkörper kostengünstig erstellt wird. Witterungsbedingte Volumenänderungen des Holzwerkstoffes oder solche durch Nässe oder Dampf sind ohne Einfluß auf die Verbindung mit dem Festkörper. Darüberhinaus ist der oder die Anteile der Flachkörper geringer als bei den bekannten Verbindungen. Desweiteren ist der oder die Flachkörper der neuerungsgemäßen Verbindung von Holzwerkstoff ummantelt und bietet somit in Brandfällen eine größere Standsicherheit.The corresponding flat bodies made of steel, plastic or similar are inserted into the slots prepared in this way and glued. Nach der Aushärtung des Klebers wird der so vorbereitete Holzkörper eingesetzt. Hierdurch wird die Serienfertigung einschließlich der Schlitze 1,1',2,2',3 in holzbearbeitenden Betrieben oder dergleichen ermöglicht während das Einbringen der Festkörper 4,5,6 hiervon unabhängig wesentlich später am Einsatzort erfolgen kann, ohne daß Witterungseinflüsse sich nachteilig auf die kraftschlüssige Verbindung auswirken.Figure 1 shows, by way of example, the wood material 7 with prepared different slot shapes 1,1',2,2',3.
