Description
Zwei solcher allgemein bekannter Dreiwegventile sind in Fig. i iin Schnitt dargestellt.Fuse arrangement for presses, punching and the like, which are operated by electrovalves controlled according to the servo piston principle. With pneumatic or hydraulic: isch Controlled punching, pressing and the like are used to open or close the lines Electrovalves are used for the pressure medium, which are often called servo piston valves trains; these are valves in which the pressure medium as a result of a controlled Access to a servo piston with this opens or closes the valve passage. Two such well-known three-way valves are shown in section in FIG.
In the valve body 35 are two main valve seats 14 and 16 and one Hilifsven @ tilsitz 36. They separate spaces 37, 38, 39 and 40 from one another in the valve. Space 37 is connected to the pneumatic or hydraulic high pressure side through the connection io in connection, space 38 is through the nozzle 29 with the relaxed drainage line, for example oil sump connected. Space 39 is through the nozzle 42 with the line 2o connected, which act on a piston 22 of a working cylinder 24 to be actuated can. Space 4o is again connected to the high pressure line 47 through the connector 18. Valve seat 36 is through a. Valve cone .43 closed by the current coil 5 can be lifted electromagnetically. A servo piston 12 runs in space 38, which is firmly connected to the valve disks 45 and 46 by the rod 44. Of the Piston 12- has a narrow bypass bore 49, which is also played by a corresponding coll) can be replaced. The mode of operation of the valve is now as follows: As long as the solenoid 5 is de-energized, the auxiliary valve 43, 36 remains closed and thus the access of the high-tension medium from room 37 to room 38 is blocked. The return spring 48 pushes rod 44 and piston 12 upwards, so that the high-pressure space 40 is blocked off from space 39. Room 39 is through the open valve seat. 14 connected to your drain space 38 under your servo piston. If the coil 5 receives current, the auxiliary valve 43 is raised and the piston 12 is raised acted upon by the high pressure side 37 with the high tension medium, so that he going down. Valve seat 14 is closed and valve seat 16 is opened. Space 39 is thereby shut off from the drain and connected to the high pressure space 4o, so that the nozzle 42 'carries highly chipped medium. The inflow through 36 is included greater than the flow through the bypass 49. If the solenoid 5 is switched off, so the auxiliary valve 43 closes the seat 36 and thus the connection between, the [email protected] 31 and the room 37 carrying the high pressure medium. The spring 48 now pushes the valve rod 44 with the plates 45 and 46 and the piston again 12 upwards, the tensioned pressure medium above the piston 12 by the Bypass 49 can run in the drain supports 29. Valve seat 16 is closed again and 14: opened, so that the pressure in the space 39 is lost through the outlet nozzle 29 and the described initial state has been restored.
As long as the pressure medium is only used to control the working piston of the press, an accident can happen if a valve fails. If the pressure medium is used to control mechanically (power shaft) driven presses or punches, the risk of an accident is even greater. For example, the pressure medium should on the one hand effect the mechanical coupling of the press ram with the power shaft and on the other hand its deceleration. If a valve in the control line failed, the tappet would then execute another movement as a result of its inertia, which endangers the safety of the operator. Therefore, for safety reasons, it is desirable that two or more processes are coupled to one another so that they inevitably occur. The Fi.g. 2 schematically shows such an example. The wheel i is driven by the friction wheel 2 coupled to the power shaft. The load 4 is lifted by a crank linkage 3. If it has reached the highest position, the heating coils 5 and 6 of the control valves are switched on by a limit switch (not shown) (possibly with a time delay). As a result, the auxiliary valve 8 or 9 is lifted from its seat and gives the pressure medium in the pressure line 7, to and ii the path to the top of the servo pistons 12 and 13. D. The pistons go down, close the valve seats 14 and 15 and at the same time release the valve seats r6 and 17. The pressure medium from line 7 goes through lines 18 and i9 and through the now open valve openings 16 and 17 in the control lines 20,21 and gets behind the working pistons 22, 23, which it propels against the springs 24, 25 and thereby on the one hand with the help of the linkage 26 presses the brake shoe 27 against the wheel t and thus holds it in place and, on the other hand, via the linkage 28 brings the friction wheel 2 out of engagement with the wheel i. You can now work under the load 4. until the spring feet 24 and 25 push back the pistons 22, 23 by opening the current circuit of the magnet coils 5 and 6; this closes the auxiliary valves 8 and 9. Since the pressure medium no longer presses on the pistons 12 and 13 , these have moved upwards. Thus, the valve seats 16 and 17 are closed, the valve seats 14 and 15 are opened, so that the pressure low can flow off behind the piston 22 and 23 through the lines 20, 21 and 29, 3o.
There is now the risk that wheel t will be released from drive 2 when the crank linkage 3 has reached its maximum position, but that the current will be circulating due to a contact error or something similar. .The solenoid 5 is not closed at the same time. This eliminates the effect of the brake shoe 27 and the load 4 "is released. According to the invention, this risk is eliminated by connecting the pressure chamber above the servo piston to two or more electrovalves via a non-return valve two or more valves guaranteed, and the optional electrical actuation of the valves is still retained.
This is achieved in the arrangement on which the drawing is based in that the spaces 31 and 32 are connected via the servo pistons 12 and 13 through the line 33 in which the Rüokschlagven.til34 is installed i.st. If the Hilifsventi @ l9 is now actuated, then not only the piston 13 is acted upon by the pressure medium, so the piston 12 also via the line 33, 01) - although the auxiliary valve 8 has failed, for example. On the other hand, the brake shoe 27 can be brought into engagement at any time by actuating the auxiliary valve 8 without releasing the clutch, since the line 33 is blocked by the check valve 34.
It is now possible that a third servo valve, for example to accomplish the opening and closing of a protective gittesis, and it too liier desired i, st, the control processes so with each other through corresponding Fith.ru.ng of the pressure medium to connect that the protective grille only with the above plunger can be opened.
The VVesenthehe of the invention is that one with two or more servo piston valves carry out certain control processes independently of one another can, but on the other hand through the appropriate connection of the spaces through the servo piston the actuation of the control valves in inevitable dependency controls from each other through the pressure medium, so that even if the auxiliary valve control wig a servocol) enventitsi the course of the entire control process with certainty is guaranteed.
This connection of two valves with servo pistons is shown separately in FIG. The designation of the individual parts has already been made. anticipated when explaining the servo piston valve. The additional connection 33 of the two valves according to the invention is particularly emphasized by a strong hillshade. If the space 32 of the right valve receives the full high pressure through magnetic actuation, it is propagated via the line 33 and the non-resistance check valve 34 into the space 31 of the left valve and actuates it without the magnetic auxiliary valve 8 responding. On the other hand, by operating the auxiliary valve 8 alone, the left servo valve can be made to respond without the right servo valve moving, since the high pressure of space 31 is shut off from space 32 by the non-return valve34.
