Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spritzdüse, mittels welcher ein bei höheren Temperaturen erweichter Kunststoff, wie Polyamid, unter Druck verspritzt wird. Die bekannten Düsen enthalten ein Ventil, insbesondere in Form eines Nadelventils, welches, mit einem Kolben verbunden, bei Betriebsdruck des Splritzgutes durch die Beaufschlagung der vorderen Kolbenfläche geöffnet und bei abnehmendem Druck durch die Wirkung einer Feder geschlossen wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist der als Nadelventil ausgebildete Ventilschaft mit einer Zahnstange versehen, in die ein Ritzel eingreift, welches mit einem außerhalb des- Düsenkörpers befindlicben und durch eine Feder gespannten oder einem Gewicht belasteten Schwenkhebel verbunden ist. Die Öffnung des Ventils kann entweder durch Handbetätigung des Hebels erfolgen oder aber auto,matisch in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung des der Spritzguff'ördenmg dienenden Kolbens gesteuert werden. Eine besonders einfache Steuerung des Ventils ergibt sich, wenn der mit ihm verbundene Schaft in an sich bekannter Weise als Kolben ausgebildet wird, dessen Vorderfläche beim Eetriebsdruck durch das Spritzgut in die Offen-Stellung gedrückt wird. Allen Lösungen gemeinsam ist der Vorzug, daß die Verschlußb,ewegung des Ventils durch Mittel erfolgt, welche den hohen Temperaturen des erweichten Spritzgutes nicht ausgesetzt sind. Mit diesem ist ein Hebel 6 starr verbunden, durch dessen Drehung im einen oder anderen Sinne die Öffnung oder Schließung des Ventils kraftschlüssig erfolgt. Der Schaft 4 steht kolbenartig unter dem Druck des durch den Ringkanal zuströmenden Spritzgutes, das bei betriebsmäßigem Druck den Schaft zurückzudrücken bestrebt ist. Die Belastung des Hebels 6 mit einem Gewicht oder einer Feder ist so bemessen, daß sie bei betriebs'mäßigem Druck des Spritzgutes überwunden und das Ventil geöffnet wird. In Figs.
