Man kann die Reaktion in der Weäise durch-
führen, idaß man die zu kondensieren,den Verbin-
d'ungen in gletichmotl:ekwlaren Mengen zu dem
N-Carbomylsul@fa,minsä,u:rechlorid unter Rühren und
Kühlung zufliießen l;äßt. Die Umseitzung erfolgt in
dien meisten Fällen sofort und unter starker Wä..rme-
entwicklung. Dias entstandene Reaktionsp@rosdu1ct
kniisball,iss-ieirt meist @sofort oder beim Erkalten. In
vielen. Fäl.liem isst es zur Milderung der Umsetzungs-
bedingun:gen vorteilhaft, das N-Carbonylsu;Jfamin-
säurecliloriid :in einem indifferenten Lösungsmittel,
.bei:spielswei,se Benzol, Chlorbenzol oder Tetra-
hyd@ronaphthalein, zu lösen und die- anderen Kom-
ponienten,gegebenenfalls gleichfalls mit einem U-
sungsmitbel verdünnt, unter Kühlung und Rühren
zufließen zu lassen.
Die neuen Verbindungen sind sehr reaktionsfähig
und weiteren mannigfachen Umsetzungen zugäng-
lich: Dazu ist es meist nicht erfardierlieh, die Ver-
bindungen in reiner Form zu isolieren. Es isst viel-
mehr @in vielen Fällen zweckmäßig, die .bei An-
rviendurng eines Lös ,ngsmittels erhaltene Lösung
oder Suspension unmittelbar weiter zu ver-
arbeiten.
Die Verfahrensprodukte - stellen neuartige und
wertvolle Zwischenprodukte zur Herstellung von
anderien Verbindungen, wie Textilhilfsmitteln,
Fäzbstoffen, Arzneimitteln, Schäd'leingsbyekämp-
fungsmittelny dar.
Beispiel i
Zu 141,5 Gewichtsteilen N-CarbGnylsulfamin-
siäureehloiriiid läßt man unter Rühren 32 Gewichts-
teile Methanol zufließen. Dabei kühlt man anfangs
stärker, ,so, daß diie Ums eetzungstemperatutr etwa
20° beträgt; während -der Zugabe der zweütenHälfte,
der angewian@diten Methanolmenbe läßt man die
Temperatur allmählich bis zum Schmelzpunkt des
gebildeten, Cmb-aanin@säuletm:ethylester-N-sutIfochlo-
riid-s ansteigen. Das Reaktion,sprod'ukt erstarrt beim
Abkühlen zu einer grobkristallinen Masse vom
Schmelzpunkt 70°. Die Substanz siedet unter
geringer Zersetzung bei etwa i i g ° bei 4 Torr.

Zu einer Lösung von 41,5 Gewichtsteilen N-Car-
bonylsulfaminsä@ech1oritd- in 500 Gewichtsteilen
Benzol läßt man unter Rühren 46 Genvichtsteile
Athanol, die man gegebenenfalls noch mit Benzol
verdünnt, zufließen, ohne dabei an eämeni engeren
Temperaturbereich gebunden zu sein. Man kühlt
das Reascbions,gemiisah von außen oder fängt die
R,eaktioniswärmte .durch Verdumpfendes Lös-ungs-
mitbels auf, ,dias man ,durch einen Rü:ckflußkühler
kondensiert in die Reaktionsmischung zur'ückfü'hrt.
Man ii:seoili,ert ,das in quantitativer Ausbeute ent-
standene Caribatmtinsäwreäthyloste-r-N-su;lfochloTi,d
(F. 5o') ,durch Verdampfen dies Lösungsmittels,
gegebenenfalls im Vakuum oder verwendet für die
Weäterverarbehuengdes Produktes unmittelbar die
erhaAltene Lösung. In gleicher Weisse wurden er-

Zu einer Lösung von 141,5 Ge@vichhsteiaien hT-Car-
bonyl,siu;lfamin,säurechlorid in Zoo Gewichtsteilen
Benzol läßt man unter Rühren eine Lösung von
94 Gewichtsbeilen Pthenal in ioo Gewichtsteilen
Benzol zufließen. Die Vereinigung der Komponen-
ten erfolgt sofort unter Wärmeentwicklung. Das
gebildete Carbam-insäurephenylester-N-s-wlfochlor-id
kristalli,siert aus dem erkalteten Reaktion,sgemäsch
teilweise aus ,und bisldet nach Abtrennen von der
Mutterlauge eine grobe Kristallmasse. vom
Schmelzpunkt 1o7°. Das Produkt ist löslich in
Benzol, Tetrachlorkoihlens:taff und weniger leicht
löslich ,in Benzin. In gleicher Weise wurden er-
halten
Car'b-am,insäwrie-4-chlorphenyl.es,teir - N - suafochlomid,
F. i18°, leicht lösilich in heiße,m Benzol;
Ca.rbiaminsäure-4-nitrophenylester - N - sulfochlorid,
F. 116 bi.s ii8°, schwachgelbe Kristalle aus
heißem Benzol, wenig löslich @in kaltem Benzol.
Beispiel 4.
Zu einer Lösung von 141,5 Gewichtstelen N-Car-
1)oiny lisulfaininisäuirechloiriid in 8oo Gewichtsteilen
Benzol läßt man unter Kühlung und Rühren ebne
Lösung von 93 Gewichtsteiilen Anilin in 8oo Ge-
wichtsteilen Benzol zufließen. Dabei scheiden sich
1):a,l,d 2ioGewichts-teile eines fein,k ristallinen Nieder-
schlages aus, der N-Phelnylhiarnistoiff-N'--su!lfo-
chlorid, i Mol Kristallbenzol enthaltend, darstellt.
Die Substanz schmilzt nicht völlig scharf unter
Aufschäumen und Abgabe von Benzol zweischeu
io5 und i15°. Die Substanz wird durch Wasser in
Phienyl.harnstoff, Schwefelsäure und Chlorwa:s,ser-
stoiff gespalten.
In gleicher Weise wurde erhalten: N-(4-Äthoxy-
p:henyl)-rharnstoff-N'-isulfochloiriid' in Form farbloser
Kristalle. Die, Verbindung schmilzt unscharf bei
120 -bis 13o°, löst sich wenig in Benzol und liefert
bei der Hydrolyse neben Salzsäure und Schwefel-
säure, 4-Äth,oxyphe!nyl-haTnstoff.
Beispiel s
Zu einer Lösung von 141,5 Gewichtsteilen N-Car-
honylsulfamins.äurechlorid in 3oo Gewichtsteilen
Benzol läßt man unter Rühren und. Kühlung eine
Lösung von i io Gewichtsteilen Thiopheno.l in
ioo Gewichtsteilen Benzol zufließen. Nach kurzer
Zeit .beginnt die Ausscheidung von insgesamt
22o Gewichts,tei.le:n Thiocarib!amiinsäure@-S-phenyl-
ester-N-siuIfochlarid- in Form farbloser Blättchen
vom F. io8°. Weitere etwa 25 Gewichtsteile der
Verbindung in weniger reiner Form können durch
Abd;a.tnpfen der
erhalten werden.
Beispiel 6
Zu einer Lösung von 141,5 Gew-iichtste-i@len. hT-Car-
ho.nvlsu@lfaminisäll:rech.lori-d in Zoo Ge;wi.chtsteileri
Benzol läßt man unter Rühren eine Lösung von
ioo G-Gw;iclitsteilein Cvclohexanol in ioo Ge-wiichts-
te@ilen Benzol zufließen. Zur Isolierung des ge-
bildeten Carbam!insäure-cycloliexyl!ester-\T-s!ulfo-
chlorids engt man die erhaltene Lösung zweck-
mäßig im Vakuum ein. Die erhaltenen Kristalle
schmelzen bei 83° und lösen sich leicht in Aceton
und warmem Benzol.

Zu einer Lösung vorn 141,5 Gewichtsteilen N-Car-
boinyl-suilfam.insäuirech1o,ri@d in Zoo Gewichtsteilen
Benzol läßt man unter Rühren eine- Lösung von
io8 Gewichtsteilen Benzvlal.koihol in 6oo Gewichts-
teiilen Benzol zufließen. Das entstandene Carbam.in-
säu,reib:en:zylester-N-s@w1fo,clllorid kristallisiert .beim
ETkaften der Lösung größtenteils in Form farb-
loser Nadeln vorm F. 77 .bis 78° aus.

Zu einer Lösung von 141,5 Gewichtsbeilen N-Car-
boinylsiulfam:insäurechloriid in 4oo Gewichtsteilen
Benzol läßt man unter Küh:l:ung und Rühren eine
Lösung von 99 Ge wichtsteilen Cyclohiexylamin in
Zoo Gewichtsteilen Benzol langsam zufließen. Das
Reaktionsprodukt bildet nach dem Verjagen des
Benzols -eiinen fa:ribiloisen, zähem, nicht kristallisieren-
den Sirup und ist kaum löslich in Benzol.
Beispiel 9
Zu einer Lösung von 141,5 Gewichtstölen N-Car-
bonylsu,Ifamiinisäuire-ahloiriid in 40o Gewichtsteilen
Benzol läßt man unter Rühren 124 Gewichtsteile
Benzylmeircaptan zufließen. Die! Mischung erwärmt
sich von selbist. Beim Erkalten kristallisieren etwa
200 Gewichtisteile@, deis gebildeten Thiiocarb!amin-
säuire-S-ib:enzylesite,rs in farblosen Nadelbüscheln
vorm F. 89° (unter Gasentwicklung und' bei raschem
Erhitzen) aufs.

In eine Mischung von 5,9 Gelwichtsteflen
i, 6-Hexanld:ioil wind 4oo Gewicihtsteifen Benzol läßt
man; bei 35° untrer Rührren 1.4,2 Gewichtsteile,

zufließen gelas en. Die Temperatur steigt dabei auf
72°, und es scheidet sich ein feinkristalliner Nieder-
