Seitenstützen besitzen, wie im Falle der Seitenstreben-Paare niedrigerer Bauart. Es müssen daher die Querstege zwischen den Schenkeln der höheren Seitenstreben-Paare einen größeren Höhenabstand von den den Tragrahmen bildenden Fußprofilen erhalten, als die gleichen Querstege bei den baulich niedrigeren Seitenstreben-Paaren.
