Es handelt sich um einen Flüssigseifenspender,der mit einer Wandfliese kombiniert ist,d.h.hinter der Fliese angeordnet ist.Der Flüssigseifenspender ist ähnlich wie bei der bekannten Quick-out-Sicherung von Autoradios herrausnehmbar aus der Wand.Die Fliese und der Spender bilden dabei eine Einheit und sind in dem Rahmen der in die Wand eingesetzt wird drehbar gelagert,sodaß bei Betätigung an der oberen hälfte der Fliese ein Faltenbalg zusammen gedrückt wird, welcher den nötigen Druck erzeugt um die Seife aus dem Spender zu drücken.Bei Betätigung wird der obere Teil der Fliese herreingedrückt wobei der untere Teil automatisch hervortritt, und somit die Öffnung des Spenders zur Benutzung frei ist.
