Die Neuerung betrifft eine Sammelverpackung zum Transport von Wickelkernen mit inneren Bohrungen, bestehend aus Fixierungsmitteln für die Gesamtheit der gestapelten Wickelkerne, wobei die Wickelkerne vertikal ubereinandergestapelt dicht nebeneinandergereiht in einer Großverpackung transportierbar sind.The innovation concerns a collective packaging for the transport of winding cores with internal holes, consisting of fixing means for the entirety of the stacked winding cores, whereby the winding cores can be transported vertically stacked on top of one another, close together, in a large packaging.
Eine Sammelverpackung der oben genannten gattungsmäßigen Art ist aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 90 00 306 der gleichen Anmelderin bekannt. Das Fixierungsmittel ist eine Säule mit einem quadratischen Fuß und einem zylindrischen Stab, welcher an seinem freien Ende eine Bohrung hat. Der Hersteller der Wickelkerne steckt diese aufeinandergestapelt auf den Zylinderstab. Dann werden die aufeinandergestapelten Wickelkerne nebeneinander gereiht in einen Großkarton eingepackt, wobei 0 der Großkarton auf einer Holzpalette transportiert wird. Zum Herausnehmen aus der Verpackung wird das Fixierungsmittel durch einen Griff an seinem Griffloch herausgezogen und die Gesamtheit der Wickelkerne wird an die Verbrauchsstationen, etwa Trenn- oder Wickelmaschinen gebracht.
