- 3 Beschreibung - 3 Description
Die Neuerung betrifft eine Wasserablaufeinrichtung gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The innovation relates to a water drainage device according to the preamble of claim 1.
Eine solche Wasserablaufeinrichtung ist bereits durch DE-GM 81 07 539 bekannt geworden. Gegenstand dieses Gebrauchsmusters ist eine Tülle, die - wie sich in der praktischen Erprobung gezeigt hat - nicht die Aufgabenstellung erfüllt. Die Tülle soll nämlich zwei unterschiedliche Räume entwässern, und zwar einmal einen ersten Raum, z. B. eine Rinne des Schiebedaches, der über einen Wasserablaufschlauch mit der Tülle verbunden ist, und einen zweiten Raum, z. B. eine Karosserieblechmulde, der durch radial verlaufende Kanäle in den Abflußtrichter mündet. Es hat sich nun gezeigt, daß der sich in dem Wasserablaufschlauch aufbauende Staudruck im Abflußtrichter nicht ausreicht, den Haarspalt zu öffnen und das Wasser abfließen zu lassen. Dadurch dringt das angestaute Wasser durch die radialen Kanäle in den zweiten Raum ein. Anstatt nun diesen zweiten Raum zu entwässern, läuft dieser mit zusätzlichem Wasser aus dem ersten Raum voll. Die Neuerung soll diesen Mangel abstellen.Such a water drainage device has already become known through DE-GM 81 07 539. It has now been shown that the back pressure building up in the drainage funnel in the water drainage hose is not sufficient to open the hairline gap and allow the water to drain away. As a result, the accumulated water penetrates through the radial channels into the second space. Instead of draining this second space, it fills up with additional water from the first space. The innovation is intended to remedy this deficiency.
Die Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Anspruch 2 zeigt eine weitere Lösungsmöglichkeit zu der in den Ansprüchen 3 und 4 vorteilhafte Ausbildungen gezeigt sind. In Figur 1 ist mit 1 das zu einer Mulde geformte Blech an der tiefsten Stelle eines Karosseriehohlraumes bezeichnet. Die allgemein mit 10 bezeichnete Wasserablauftülle besitzt eine umlaufende Ringnut 2, mit der sie von oben nach unten in das Karosserieblech 1 eingeknüpft ist. Die Ringnut 2 ist nach oben von einem sich innen gegen die Blechwand 1 abstützenden Ringkragen 3 und nach unten von einer sich außen an die Blechwand anlegenden umlaufenden Ringschulter 4 begrenzt. An die Ringschulter 4 sind zwei Lippen 5 angeformt, die einen Abflußtrichter 6 einschließen und in einen Haarspalt 7 münden, der einen einseitig wirkenden Lippenverschluß bildet. Einseitig deshalb, weil sich der Haarspalt 7 nur unter dem Druck des im Abflußtrichter angesammelten Wassers öffnet und dieses abfließen läßt, während er gegen von außen eindringendes Wasser einen zuverlässigen Verschluß bildet. An den Ringkragen ist ein rohrförmiger Anschlußstutzen 8 angeformt als Anschluß für einen Wasserablaufschlauch 9, der in axialer Richtung an einer innen an die Tülle angeformten Ringschulter 11 anstößt. Kanäle 12' und Ausnehmungen 13 sollten vorteilhafter Weise zueinander fluchten, damit das Wasser ohne Umweg abfließen kann. Hierzu wird die Tülle 10 in der Mulde mittels Zentriereinrichtungen 15 in Ausbuchtungen 14 fixiert, wie dies insbesondere Figur 5 zeigt.Figure 4 shows a design in which radially extending channels 12' are led to the bottom of the annular groove 2.
