Besch re ibung Description
The invention relates to an absorber for heat exchange, in particular for the production of solar collectors, with an absorber plate and a system of liquid-flowing pipes arranged in or on this, which are held in a form-fitting manner by a fastening device running along the absorber plate.
Derartige Konstruktionen sind bekannt. Fundstelle: 0 132 809 A2, Anmeldetag 20.07.1984.Such constructions are known. Source: 0 132 809 A2, filing date 20.07.1984.
For example, extruded aluminum profiles with molded-on devices for fixing the pipes are already being used.
The starting shapes are half or fully circular cross-sections of the holding device and pipe. Pipes that deviate from the circular cross-section are also used.
Nachteil ist in allen Fällen die Rückfederung der Haltevorrichtung außerhalb des Bereiches der plastischen Ve rf &ogr; rmung .The disadvantage in all cases is the springback of the holding device outside the area of plastic deformation.
Mangelhafter Flächenkontakt, unterschiedliche Ausdehnung und unterschiedliche Potentiale zwischen den Kupfer-Rohrleitungen und der Haltevorrichtung des Alumi&eegr;ium-Absorberb leches , sind u.a.Ursache für einen ungenügenden und weiter schnell sinkenden Wä rmeübe rgang .Poor surface contact, different expansion and different potentials between the copper pipes and the holding device of the aluminum absorber sheet are among other things the cause of insufficient and rapidly decreasing heat transfer.
In the absorber presented according to the invention, the defects shown are eliminated and in particular an optimal, permanent heat transfer between the piping system and the absorber sheet is ensured.
According to the invention, the problem is solved in such a way that the fastening cross-sections deviate from the circular cross-section. This results in a larger contact area between the pipe and the absorber sheet in relation to the pipe cross-section.
The springback of the pipe in the direction of the circular initial shape ensures that the pipe is permanently pressed against the absorber sheet.
Figur 2.Based on this, a pipe (1) is inserted into the absorber sheet breakthrough, as shown in the attached drawing in Figure 1, which is pressed firmly and without gaps against the wall of the absorber by applying pressure. Figure 2.
The connection between the pipe and the absorber sheet, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, is designed in such a way that the pipe is pressed into the U-shaped fastening and is firmly and seamlessly secured in the position of use by the rolled fastening flanks.
The connection between the pipe and the absorber sheet, as shown in Figure 5, is designed in such a way that any excess material on the absorber profile on the fastening flanks (2) of the absorber sheet is compressed using suitable means so that the pipe (1) is fixed in its position of use under deformation, as shown in Figure 6, after being pressed in without gaps.
