Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Absorber für Solarkollektoren. The invention relates to an absorber for solar collectors.
It is known to equip solar collectors with absorbers. The Absorbers are preferably made of selectively coated Absorber plates formed with absorber tubes arranged thereon. The heat absorbed by the absorber plates is converted into the Liquid flowing through absorber tubes. The Absorber tubes, in one end of which the transport liquid is introduced lead with their other ends into a collector, from where the heated liquid and thus the heat gained Consumption system is passed. A collector of this type is in the German utility model DE 201 05 278 U1 described on the content of which is referred to. The usual ones Absorbers are usually characterized in that the Absorber plate made of an aluminum sheet and the absorber tubes Copper exist. The combination of materials has largely changed proven.
The invention specified in the main claim addresses the problem Reason that the different materials are difficult get connected. The conventional connections, e.g. B. soldering, are unstable at the temperatures prevailing in the collector.
According to the invention it is provided that on the absorber plate Adapter profile is arranged, in which the absorber tube is captive is used, between the absorber tube and adapter profile at least partially there is surface contact.
The advantages achieved with the invention are in particular that an adapter profile made of the same material as the absorber plate can be used and this is largely homogeneous tension-free connection, for example by a suitable one Welding process that also allows the prevailing Withstands the operating temperatures of the collector. The absorber tube can made of a different material than the collector plate or that Be adapter profile, so that for the transport of the heated liquid optimal conditions can be created.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that between There is a mechanical connection between the adapter profile and the absorber. The absorber tube, which is advantageously a has a circular cylindrical shape in the adapter profile pressed. The adapter profile has an in Profile longitudinally extending receiving chamber by a Profile floor and profile walls on both sides is limited.
The adapter profile is preferably on the profile floor opposite side opened. The opening cross section is about the size of the absorber tube. The absorber tube deforms when pressing into the adapter profile and takes the Cross-sectional shape of the receiving chamber. The kick Chamber wall and the pipe wall in contact with each other and it will trouble-free heat transfer ensured. The profile walls grasp the deformed absorber tube so that it cannot be lost in the Adapter profile is included.
The receiving chamber of the adapter profile preferably has one shape deviating from the circular cylindrical shape. For this an elliptical cross-section is suitable, on which the part to be deformed Absorber tube can adapt perfectly.
Another advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the cross section of the chamber opening is dimensioned smaller than that Chamber width. This ensures that the undeformed absorber tube inserted through the chamber opening into the adapter profile can be and within the reception chamber during the Self-deformation finds enough space to expand.
Another advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the opening angle of the chamber opening is less than 180 °. This ensures that the profile walls are deformed in the Can hold the absorber tube located in the receiving chamber.
Further advantages and advantageous embodiments of the invention are the following description, the drawing and the claims removable.
The drawing shows a particularly preferred embodiment of the Invention again.

Figs. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of the invention. The absorber and pipe system of the collector is shown in Fig. 1 without the collector housing. 1 is a supply line, through which the absorber tubes marked 2 are supplied with a carrier liquid. The absorber tubes 2 all lead into a collector 3 . The absorber tubes 2 are arranged on absorber plates 4 . The heat absorbed by the absorber plates 4 is transferred to the absorber tubes 2 and absorbed by the liquid flowing through them. According to the invention, it is provided that the absorber tubes 2 are not attached directly to the absorber plates 4 , but that an adapter profile 5 is arranged on the absorber plates 4 . The adapter profile 5 itself is made of the same material as the absorber plate 4 . An aluminum sheet and an aluminum extruded profile are preferably used here. Both parts can be connected very well and heat stable.
The adapter profile 5 is of C-shaped design. With its profile base 6, the adapter profile 5 is seated on the absorber plate 4, and is non-detachably fixed thereto by a suitable connection. Since both parts are made of the same or equivalent material, a homogeneous and thermally highly stable connection can be established between the two parts. Finger-shaped profile walls 7 , 8 rise from the profile base 6 on both sides, which together with the profile base 6 enclose a largely oval or elliptical profile chamber 9 . Opposing the profile base 6 , the adapter profile 5 has a chamber opening 11 . The finger-shaped profile walls 7 , 8 are pulled up so far that the opening angle x is less than 180 °. The absorber tube 2 has a largely circular cylindrical initial shape. The tube diameter d corresponds approximately to the inside width l of the chamber opening 11 . During assembly between the adapter profile 5 and the absorber tube 2 a pressure acting in the direction of arrow P pressing pressure is exerted on the absorber tube 2, so the absorber tube 2 dasä deformed and assumes the inner cross section of the profile chamber. 9 The absorber tube walls lie against the chamber wall of the adapter profile and an unhindered heat transfer between the two components is ensured. The chamber walls 7 , 8 encompass the deformed absorber tube 2 so that it is captured in the adapter profile 5 in a form-fitting and captive manner.
All in the claims, the description and the drawings specified features can be used both alone, as well be essential to the invention together with other features.
