Description

Entleervorrichtung für Kartuschen
Kartuschen, gefüllt mit hochviskosen Flüssigkeiten oder Pasten, beispielsweise Kleb- oder Dichtstoffe, werden in der Praxis meist in sogenannten Dosierpistolen mit mechanischer oder pneumatischer Betätigung verwendet.
Die Figur 1 zeigt die vorliegende Ausführung im Längsschnitt, die Figur 2 in der Vorderansicht und die Figur 3 eine Ansicht von oben.
Die Ausführung besteht aus dem Gehäuse 1, in dessen Oberteil 2 sich die Kartusche 3 mit dem Betätigungshahn ^ befindet. Bevor die Kartusche eingesetzt werden kann, muß der Kolben 5 gegen die Wirkung der vorgespannten Feder 6 durch die beiden Enden 7 und 8 des Handhebels 9 nach unten gedruckt werden. Durch eine leichte Drehung des Handhebels 9 wird dieser in der Nut 10 fixiert und der Kolben 5 in der unteren Lage gehalten. Nach dem Einsetzen der Kartusche 3 wird die Fixierung des Handhebels 9 aufgehoben und der Kolben 5 drückt auf den Kartuschenkolben 11. Durch Öffnen und Schließen des Betätigungshahnes 4 kann der Inhalt der Kartusche 3 beliebig entnommen werden.
Zur Entleerung der Kartusche ist deshalb nur ein einmaliges Vorspannen der Feder 6 erforderlich.

Claims (1)

  1. Anspruch 1
    Entleervorrichtung für Kartuschen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kartuschenkolben (ll) durch einen Kolben (5) betätigt wird, der durch eine vorgespannte Feder (6) gegen den Kartuschenkolben (ll) gedruckt wird und die Entleerung der Kartusche (3) über den Betätigungshahn erfolgt.
    Anspruch 2
    Entleervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der durch die Feder (6) vorgespannte Kolben (5) durch Einrasten des Handhebels (9) in die Nut (lo) in der unteren Lage fixiert werden kann.
