Lärmschutzwand für hohe BeanspruchungNoise barrier for heavy use
The invention relates to a noise barrier for high loads, especially for railway lines, with wall elements which comprise a mineral sound absorption material.
Die Lärmschutzwände stellen eine Barriere für den SchallHigh noise levels are generated on traffic routes such as railway lines or motorways, which are disturbing to people and harmful to health. For this reason, noise barriers are often erected, especially in areas where the traffic routes pass close to residential areas. The noise barriers provide a barrier to the sound
In order to meet the different requirements for sound absorption, there are standards in which different minimum absorption properties are specified. In the Federal Republic of Germany, these are in particular the "additional technical regulation for noise barriers (ZTV-LSW) 88 of the Federal Ministry of Transport and the DS 800 01 03 of the German Federal Railways. Standards are also specified for the frost resistance of noise barriers. The Austrian standard OE-Norm 3303 is of particular importance here. The invention is aimed in particular at noise barriers that are classified as "highly absorbent" according to the above-mentioned sound absorption standards and that meet the above-mentioned Austrian standard with regard to frost resistance.
The increasingly frequent trains and the associated increase in noise emissions as well as stricter legal regulations are leading to ever higher requirements for sound absorption. At the same time, the mechanical loads are increasing due to the increased speed of the trains.
In order to meet these loads, the noise barriers for high loads, especially for railway lines, often consist of a multi-layer system made of reinforced concrete and lightweight concrete, which has the required mechanical properties.
Durch das Oberflächenprofil entstehen imDE-OS 36 24 880 describes a soundproofing wall made of reinforced concrete with a profiled surface to support sound absorption. The surface profile creates
Querschnitt unterschiedliche Wanddicken. Cross-section different wall thicknesses. The reinforcement of the reinforced concrete is arranged in the areas of the maximum cross-section to protect against corrosion.
Another reinforced concrete noise barrier is known from DE-GM 91 13 416. The absorption effect of this noise barrier is achieved by at least one absorber layer made of standard mineral sound absorption material. This absorber layer is attached to a plate-shaped core made of reinforced concrete. Here too, the reinforcement of the concrete consists of standard unalloyed structural steel, which is protected against the effects of the weather by the concrete.
The previously known noise protection walls for high mechanical stress cannot satisfy in every respect. A construction made of profiled reinforced concrete without an absorber layer does not meet the high requirements for sound absorption. This can be significantly improved by adding additional absorber layers, but the wall elements become very heavy and bulky if they are to fully meet the mechanical and soundproofing requirements.
The object of the present invention is to provide a noise barrier with good sound absorption capacity and high load-bearing capacity while at the same time having a relatively low weight and volume.
Im Regelfall hat das haufwerkporige BaumaterialThe object is achieved according to the invention in that at least the majority of the wall surface of the wall elements over their entire thickness consists of a porous, cement-bound mineral building material. As a rule, the porous building material has
The same composition over the entire thickness and is therefore homogeneous.
If the surface dimensions of the wall elements are not too large, they can consist exclusively of the porous cement-bound material. If the wall elements are large, a preferred embodiment is one in which the wall elements have at least one supporting part that is firmly connected to the at least one part made of the porous, cement-bound mineral building material and is supported on the vertical fastening supports to transfer the load. In this case, the part made of the porous material is referred to as the absorption part. For the sake of simplicity, this term is used below in the sense that it also includes cases in which the "absorption part" forms 100% of the wall element.
The invention achieves a high sound absorption capacity on one or both sides, while at the same time providing high mechanical strength and a relatively low thickness of the wall elements. The wall elements can be manufactured in one work process, without having to wait for drying times or assembling separately manufactured parts. This is referred to as a "single-shell" 11 construction.
For the success of the invention, both the structure of the absorption part as well as the selection of the materials used and the overall structure of the wall elements are important.
Im RahmenIn building materials science, a body made up of individual grains is called a heap.
According to the invention, the aggregate porous structure is largely determined by the aggregates used. Aggregates in this sense are granular (including broken) mineral components. This includes, for example, chippings, gravel or sand. Aggregates which have a relatively low specific weight (bulk weight preferably less than 2 t/m 3 ) due to a porous structure of the grains have proven to be particularly suitable. Crushed lava rock is particularly preferred.
Within the scope of the invention, an aggregate mixture is preferably used whose average grain size varies within a relatively wide range. Preferably, the mixture of different grain sizes is composed in such a way that a proportion of at least 3% and at most 20%, particularly preferably at least 4% and at most 10%, has a grain size of less than 2 mm. The grain size is determined in the usual way using a standard sieve.
Die Festigkeit ist durch eine Druckbelastbarkeit von mehr als 10 N/mm2 und durchThe structure resulting from the use of such a mixture of aggregates of different grain sizes and mineral binding based on cement is characterized by a particularly advantageous combination of the contradictory properties of strength and sound absorption capacity. The specific weight of the absorption part is preferably less than 2 t/m 3 , particularly preferably less than 1.85 t/m 3 . The higher values are particularly suitable if the sound absorption properties of the absorption part are further improved by additional measures, such as the insertion of absorption strips made of rigid foam or fiber material. The strength is ensured by a compressive load capacity of more than 10 N/mm 2 and by
eine Zugspannungsfestigkeit von mehr als 1,0 N/mm^ gekennzeichnet. a tensile strength of more than 1.0 N/mm^.
For large wall elements and high strength requirements, reinforcement should preferably be provided, which extends at least through the absorption part, but preferably through the absorption part and (if present) the supporting part. Since the structure of the absorption part is porous throughout, moisture can reach the reinforcement. A corrosion-resistant material is therefore used for the reinforcement, with stainless steel being particularly suitable. Alternatively, plastic-coated steel or a fiber material, in particular based on glass fibers, can be used for the reinforcement.
With regard to the overall structure of the wall elements, it has proven advantageous within the scope of the invention to design the absorption part entirely from the porous cement-bound mineral building material, so that each wall element has only one absorption part. In relation to the surface area of the wall elements, the surface area of the absorption part should predominate, i.e. be more than 50% of the wall surface. Preferably, the surface area of the absorption part is at least 70%, particularly preferably at least 80% of the surface area of the wall elements.
In a further preferred embodiment, the wall elements have two supporting parts, the first of which runs horizontally on the lower edge and the second horizontally on the upper edge of the wall elements. The second supporting part primarily carries forces in the transverse direction to the wall surface and increases the strength of the noise barrier.
It may also be expedient for at least one surface of the at least one absorption part to be profiled. This can further improve the sound-absorbing effect of the noise barrier.
It can also be advantageous to design the noise barrier in such a way that at least two wall elements are arranged one above the other between two vertical supports. This measure facilitates the manufacture and assembly of the noise barrier.
Es zeigen:The invention is explained in more detail below using embodiments shown schematically in the figures. They show:

The noise barrier according to the invention shown in Fig. 1 1 has wall elements 2 which are arranged between vertical fastening supports 3 in the form of steel profile vertical supports 4.
The wall elements 2 each have an absorption part 5 and two supporting parts 6, 7. One supporting part 6 runs horizontally along the upper edge 8 of the wall element 2 and the other supporting part 7 runs horizontally along the lower edge 9 of the wall element 2.
As can be seen in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the majority of the wall surface 10 of the wall elements 2 is formed by the absorption part 5. This consists of a porous, cement-bound mineral building material over the entire thickness of the wall element 2 and is reinforced with a corrosion-resistant reinforcement 11 made of stainless steel. In the example shown, the building material of the absorption part 5 contains a mixture of additives. The aggregate mixture has a proportion of between 4 and 10% with a grain size of less than 2 mm. This composition creates an absorption part 5 with a preferred distribution of large and small pores. The large pores contribute primarily to good absorption capacity, i.e. to lower sound reflection and permeability of the noise barrier 1. The existing fine-pored structures have a larger proportion of building material per unit volume, which promotes good strength of the noise barrier 1.
Lediglich die Unterkante 9 des Absorptionsteils 5 weicht von dieser Form ab und ist satteldachförmig mit zwei stumpfwinkligAs can also be seen in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the absorption part 5 has a relatively small thickness D compared to the wall surface 10, which is constant over the entire cross section. The portion of the absorption part 5 on the wall surface 10 has a rectangular shape. The cross-sectional area 14 of the absorption part 5 is also essentially rectangular. Only the lower edge 9 of the absorption part 5 deviates from this shape and is gable roof-shaped with two obtuse-angled
aufeinander zulaufenden Flächen ausgebildet, um das Ablaufen von Wasser, welches in den Absorptionsteil eingedrungen ist, zu erleichtern.designed with converging surfaces to facilitate the drainage of water that has penetrated into the absorption part.
The lower support part 7 is attached to the lower edge 9 of the wall element 2 in alignment with the absorption part 5. The upper support part is also attached in alignment to the upper edge 8 of the absorption part 5. The upper support part 6 has a semicircular cross-section at its upper end edge 15. The reinforcement 11 of the wall element 2 is bent in a U-shape with legs 17 running approximately parallel to the surface 10. The surface area of the reinforcement 11 is selected so that it extends into the absorption part and the at least one support part. It thus serves as a common reinforcement 11 of the absorption part 5 and (in the case shown) both support parts 6,7. The building material for the support parts 6,7 is a conventional reinforced concrete composition.
I
I
The manufacture of the wall elements 2 begins with the insertion of the reinforcement 11 into a vertically standing formwork. The lower supporting part 7 is then cast, onto which the porous cement-bound mineral building material of the absorption part 5 is poured while still wet. The upper supporting part 6 is also attached to the absorption part 5 using the "wet-on-wet method". The supporting parts 6, 7 and the absorption part 5 are firmly connected to one another by the common reinforcement 11 and the "wet-on-wet method". After the wall element 2 has set, the formwork can be removed and used to manufacture the next wall element 2. With this method, the wall elements 2 can be manufactured economically as prefabricated parts.
Alternatively, at least the lower supporting part 7 can be manufactured separately as a prefabricated part and cast with the supporting part 5. This facilitates a special shaping of the supporting part 7, such as the gable roof-shaped design of the upper boundary surface.
The steel profile vertical beams 4, each of which is founded on a base 20 embedded in the ground, are double-T beams. The profile of the steel profile vertical beams 4 is aligned in such a way that the legs 21, 22 of the steel profile vertical beams 4 are arranged parallel to the wall surface 10, as can be seen in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. In Fig. 5 it can be seen that a bracket plate 23 is welded between the legs 21, 22 of the steel profile vertical beams 4 perpendicular to the legs 21, 22 as a horizontal support 24. The vertical forces acting on the wall elements 2 are transferred via the bracket plates. For this purpose, the lower support part 7 has two slots 26, 27 on each end face that are parallel and symmetrical to the longitudinal axis 25 of the wall elements 2. The distance and the depth of the slots 26,27 are each selected such that the tongue 28 formed by the slots 26,27 rests on the bracket plate 23.
Die Breite der Nut 32 und der Abstand der Schlitze 26,27 des unteren Tragteils 7 ist so gewählt, daß zwar zwischen den Wandelementen 2 und den Strahlprofil-Vertikalträgern 4 ein Spiel vorhanden ist, welches so bemessen ist, daß dieFig. 5 further shows that the absorption part 5 has a groove 32 on each of the front faces, which is symmetrical to the longitudinal axis 25 of the wall elements 2, the walls 33, 34 of which surround the steel profile vertical support 4. The depth of the groove 32, as well as the depth of the slots 26, 27, is slightly less than half the length of the legs 21, 22. The width of the groove 32 and the distance between the slots 26, 27 of the lower support part 7 is selected such that there is a clearance between the wall elements 2 and the beam profile vertical supports 4, which is dimensioned such that the
Wall elements 2 can be easily assembled, but on the other hand a sufficiently firm fit is achieved. The upper support part 6 is provided with the same slots 26, 27 as the lower support part 7 and serves primarily to transfer loads from transverse forces. The upper support part 6 thus increases the rigidity of the wall elements 2 in the transverse direction, i.e. perpendicular to the wall surface 10.
As can be seen in Figures 1, 3 and 4, this construction means that the noise barrier 1 has only small joints between the wall elements 2.
To erect the noise barrier 1, the steel profile vertical supports 4 must first be secured to the subsurface with the bases 20 in such a way that the bracket plates 23 are approximately at ground level. The distance between the webs 35 of two consecutive steel profile vertical supports 4 is slightly greater than the length of a wall element 2. The wall elements 2 are then pushed downwards from above, with the tongues 28 of the lower support parts 7 between the legs 21, 22, between two steel profile vertical supports 4, until the lower support parts 7 are seated on the bracket plates 23.
Here, the wall thickness D of the noise barrier 1 is kept thinner, whereby the slot 26 and the groove 32 are open on one side. Since in this construction the leg 21 is not surrounded by the wall elements 2, an absorption strip 36 is attached to two consecutive wall elements 2 on the back in the area of the steel profile vertical supports 4 along the steel profile vertical supports 4. The material of the absorption strip 36 is also a porous, cement-bound mineral building material which is
The absorption strip 36 reduces the sound permeability of the noise barrier 1 in the area of the steel profile vertical supports 4.
