Die Neuerung betrifft ein Modul für Isolierzwecke von Wänden, Decken od. dgl., das aus einer Vielzahl von zu einem quaderförmigen Grundkörper zusammengehaltener Fasermatten besteht und an der Wand, Decke od. dgl. befestigbar ist.The innovation concerns a module for insulating walls, ceilings or the like, which consists of a large number of fibre mats held together to form a cuboid-shaped base body and can be attached to the wall, ceiling or the like.

Das dargestellte Modul 1 umfaßt einen Grundkörper 2 aus zwei zick-zack-förmig gefalteten Fasermatten 3. Quer zur Faltrichtung der Fasermatte 3 sind auf einer Fläche des Grundkörpers 2 die Falten übergreifend Fasermattenbahnen 4, die zu einem zweiten Körper 5 auf nicht gezeigte Weise vereinigt sind, so angeordnet, daß eine Schmalseite der Fassermattenbahnen 4 am Grundkörper 2 anliegt. Der Grundkörper 2 und der zweite Körper 5 sind mit einem fadenförmigen Verbindungsmittel 6, das wendelförmig durch diese Körper geführt ist, aneinander befestigt.
