Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verdeck für Kabrio-Fahrzeuge.The invention relates to a soft top for convertible vehicles.

Der die äußere Dachhaut bildende, zumeist aus Textilmaterial bestehende Verdeckbezug ist um die vordere Verdeckstange herumgezogen und weist an der zwischen der Außenfläche und der Anschlußfläche der Verdeckstange gebildeten Kante eine Rollnaht oder einen Keder auf. Der Randbereich des Verdeckbezuges ist innen an der Verdeckstange verankert und liegt zwischen dem Querholm des Windschutzrahmens und der Anschlußfläche der Verdeckstange, an der auch eine Dichtung zur Abdichtung der Fuge zwischen dem Verdeck und dem Windschutzrahmen angebracht ist. Ein die Innenverkleidung des Verdecks bildender Himmel ist an den Innenflächen des Verdeckgestänges befestigt. Da die zur Befestigung des Verdeckbezuges dienende vordere Verdeckstange dauerhaft mit dem Zwischenstück verbunden ist, bereitet die Abdichtung der Fuge zwischen dem Verdeckbezug und dem hinteren Rand des Zwischenstücks keine fertigungstechnischen Schwierigkeiten.
