Die nach einem Baukasten-System zusammengesetzte Außenleuchte hat als zentrales Bauteil einen Elektroblock (1), der mit einem rahmenförmig gestalteten Fassungstrager (1a) und an seiner Unterseite mit einer Abschlußplatte (1b) nebst Befestigungszapfen (1c) für einen Mast (7) einstückig verbunden ist. Der Elektroblock ist anschlußfertig verdrahtet und mit allen für den Betrieb der Leuchte erforderlichen elektrischen Bauteilen ausgerüstet (nicht gezeigt). Um den rahmenförmigen Fassungstrager (1a) ist ein geschlossenes, vorzugsweise rotationssymmetrisches Gehäuse (2) angeordnet, welches überwiegend aus einer zweigeteilten Wanne mit einem unteren großen Wannenteil (3) und einem oberen kleinen Wannenteil (4) gebildet ist.
