Description
BeschreibungDescription
The invention relates to a finished sole made of plastic or rubber for shoes according to the preamble of claim 1.
Ready-made soles made of rubber, PVC, TR, etc. are well known and are used on a large scale. In order to save material and weight, the soles are hollowed out on the side facing the insole, but a peripheral edge and a series of bars, ribs or slats extending lengthways and/or across the sole's longitudinal axis remain. These essentially serve to ensure a firm connection between the sole and the bottom of the shoe. It is usually desired that these bars have spring and damping properties in order to be able to elastically absorb shocks when walking, thus increasing walking comfort for the shoe wearer.
If you make the bars relatively narrow for this purpose, the insole presses into the grid, the contact surface for the foot becomes uneven and the stability suffers. It has also been suggested that the slats should be aligned at an angle rather than vertically. This improves the springing; however, when the springs are compressed, a force component is created parallel to the adhesive surface between the sole and the bottom of the shoe, which puts shear stress on the adhesive layer. Adhesive layers are not very resistant to shear forces, however.
In the majority of finished soles made of plastic such as TR or PVC and rubber, the surface of the sole facing the insole in the forefoot area remains completely smooth. This means that suspension and cushioning comfort are sacrificed in favor of a perfect connection between the sole and the bottom of the shoe.
The present invention is based on the object of specifying a finished sole of the type mentioned at the beginning, the bridges in the forefoot area of the sole are designed in such a way that a good and permanent connection to the shoe bottom is guaranteed and good spring and damping properties are achieved.
This object is achieved by a generic finished sole with the features according to the characterizing part of claim 1.
This results in the advantages that the insoles can practically no longer press into the grid of the bars, that the foot has a flat support, which avoids painful pressure points when walking, and that the bars at the same time enable the desired spring and cushioning effect. The soles are stable to the side, inwards and outwards, as the bars also hold the outer edge. At the same time, the bars stabilize the sole against twisting around the longitudinal axis due to their area moment of inertia, without hindering the elastic rolling when walking.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cross-section of the webs forms a trapezoid, with the longer trapezoid edge facing the insole. This variant results in a relatively large adhesive surface towards the bottom of the shoe, with the reduced dimensions of the webs in the area of the opposite trapezoid edge being responsible for the good suspension.
Auch diese Variante dient zur Gewährleistung einerAdvantageously, the webs are narrow, with their mutual distance being equal to or smaller than their width. This variant also serves to ensure

The sole 1 has a surrounding edge 2 with a smooth surface, which ensures a good adhesive connection between the sole 1 and the shoe bottom in the area of the lasting fold. In the heel and joint area, bars 3 can be seen, which extend essentially lengthways and crossways to the sole's longitudinal axis 6. These bars are made in the conventional way

Bars 4, 5, which extend essentially transversely to the sole's longitudinal axis 6, have small mutual distances and run parallel to one another. Thanks to this design, a relatively large adhesive surface is achieved towards the bottom of the shoe. The rolling of the sole 1 when walking is not hindered; the undesirable torsion of the sole 1 around the sole's longitudinal axis 6 is reduced by the increased area moment of inertia of the bars 4, 5. At the same time, the bars 4, 5 themselves ensure the desired spring and cushioning comfort when walking and standing.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the cross-section of the webs δ forms a trapezoid, particularly in the heavily loaded part of the sole 1, with the longer trapezoid edge 7 facing the insole. Thanks to this design, the adhesive surface towards the bottom of the shoe becomes even larger without the suspension and damping comfort as well as the torsional stability suffering as a result. These effects are particularly ensured when the webs 4, 5 are narrow and their mutual distance is equal to or smaller than their width.
