Description
Absatzbereich angeordneten Energieaufnahmeelement. The present invention relates to a shoe substructure, especially for safety shoes according to EN 344/345 or DIN 4843, with one in the heel or heel area arranged energy absorption element.
In standard EN 344, section 4.3.6 is for safety shoes required that in the heel area an energy absorption capacity is guaranteed, which is not less than 20 J may be. Here is the value of the energy consumption by a special procedure according to section 5.10 of the above To determine norm.
The older, actually no longer relevant standard DIN 4843 requires an energy absorption capacity in section 5.1.5.2 of at least 30 J, which, however, differs from the EN 344 differentiating procedures (Section 6.17 of DIN) it is determined which is (supposedly) higher values anyway results as the corresponding procedure according to EN 344.
Through DE-OS 37 12 120, which shows the closest state of the art, a safety boot is known, the sole of which is made of plastic is injected, wherein a recess is provided in the heel of the sole, which with a Wedge is filled, which should consist of a material that is much more elastic than the sole material. The wedge is integrally connected to the sole material. With this sole is said to achieve a damping effect of 30 joules in the event of a sudden load become. The requirement for 30 joules goes back to the DIN 4843 standard. That in this The standard required energy absorption capacity of 30 joules is according to a procedure determine which results in higher values than the relevant EN 340.
Now, especially with safety shoes, safety especially against high shock loads, for example at Falling from greater heights would further increase desirable to increase energy absorption what but to very unfavorable wearing properties, especially to rapid fatigue of the foot. To that extent was previously the amount of energy absorption natural limit.
The present invention has for its object a Substructure for shoes, especially safety shoes, to create with the good, especially even improved wearing comfort the energy absorption capacity in the Heel area can be increased significantly.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the energy absorption element with at least the heel or Damping element covering the sales area to form a energy-absorbing and cushioning comfort element is.
Through this "comfort element" according to the invention, i.e. by the novel combination of an energy absorption element with a softer, elastic damping element achieved for the first time that despite a high or increased Very good comfort properties achieved can be. Because the "normal" walking actually disadvantageous because tiring energy consumption is advantageous by the highly elastic according to the invention Damping element so "compensated" that it is very for a long time hardly any signs of fatigue Feet is coming. For this reason, the energy absorption element - by appropriate hard "setting" the Material components - with a very considerable energy absorption capacity of at least 30 J, in particular even about 35 J, measured by the method according to EN 344, section 5.10. When determining the Energy consumption according to DIN 4843 would of course be a corresponding result in even higher value.
Further advantageous design features of the invention are in the subclaims and the following description contain.

Eine erfindungsgemäße Schuh-Unterkonstruktion 1 (sog. Unterbau)
umfaßt in beiden Ausführungsformen ein Energieaufnahmeelement,
welches im Fersen- bzw. Absatzbereich angeordnet
späteren Sohlen-Absatzes entspricht.A
Dieses Energieaufnahmeelement 2 ist nun erfindungsgemäß mit
einem zumindest ebenfalls den Fersen- bzw. Absatzbereich
überdeckenden Dämpfungselement 4 zu einem energieaufnehmenden
und dämpfenden Komfortelement 6 verbunden. Hierbei

This
Das Energieaufnahmeelement 2 besteht aus einem derart hart
eingestellten Material, insbesondere einem thermoplastischen
Kunststoff, wie bevorzugt SB (Styrol-Butadien-Copolymer),
daß es ein Energieaufnahmevermögen von 30 bis insbesondere
etwa 35 Joule gewährleistet - gemessen nach dem
Verfahren gemäß EN 344, Abschnitt 5.10. The
The
Obwohl somit das Energieaufnahmeelement 2 und das Dämpfungselement
4 grundsätzlich aus dem gleichen Material,
vorzugsweise SB, bestehen, werden die genannten unterschiedlichen
Materialeigenschaften durch bestimmte Auswahl
und Zusammensetzung der Materialkomponenten erreicht. So
erhöhen geringe Butadien-Anteile beispielsweise die Schlag- und
Kerbschlagzähigkeit des Polystyrols.Thus, although the
Es ist besonders vorteilhaft, wenn das Energieaufnahmeelement
2 und das Dämpfungselement 4 ausschließlich kraft-und/oder
formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind, d.h.
ohne Stoffschluß bzw. Verkleben.
sogenannten "selbsthemmenden Konusverbindungen" ausgebildet
It is particularly advantageous if the

Flächenbereich luftdurchlässig ausgebildet, was beispielsweise
In a particularly advantageous development of the invention

Energieaufnahmeelement 2 lediglich in Pfeilrichtung 26 in

Dabei entspricht
die Form der Zwischensohle 28 vorzugsweise etwa
derjenigen der späteren Schuhsohle. Erfindungsgemäß ist nun
die Zwischensohle 28 mit einem Fersenabschnitt 30 in einer
schlitz- oder nutartigen Aufnahme 32 des Komfortelementes
6, und zwar insbesondere des Energieaufnahmeelementes 2,
kraft- und/oder formschlüssig gehalten. Hierdurch braucht
der Fersenabschnitt 30 lediglich in Pfeilrichtung 34 gemäß
Fig. 7 in die Aufnahme 32 eingeschoben zu werden. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 6 to 8, the
In both embodiments, the damping
According to the invention by such a "close" connection

It should also be mentioned that the damping

The
