PALETTE
Dia Neuerung bezieht sich auf eine mehrteilige Palette, die im was3&eegr; ti ichen aus zwei bis drei Kufen und mehreren Querstreben bzw. Länjsplanken besteht.
Es sind ein- und me h r t e i I i g a Palette &eegr; b e k a &eegr; &eegr; t . Si e dienen zu Transport- und 3tape I zwecken.
Einteilige Paletten bestehen ü b e r w i e y 3 &eegr; d aus a i &eegr; em Kunstst&ogr;ffsprttzgußtei I. Sie sind wege.) der hohen Werkzeugkosten teuer und bei Beschädigung praktisch nicht zu reparieren. Die Böden der Kufen sind dabei nicht glatt ausgebi Idet. Meist sind statt Kufen aus Kosteng runden nur kalottenförrnige oder flache Ständer vorgesehen, die oftmals !"Beschädigungen am Transportgut beim Übereinanderstapeln hervorrufen. Ein Transport auf Ro I I e &eegr; g ä &eegr; g e &eegr; ist mit solcherart ausgebildeten Paletten überhaupt nicht mag lieh.
Mehrteilige Paletten dagegen bestehen üblicherweise aus Ho I &zgr; kufen mit aufgenagelten Quer streben.
3e s &ogr; &eegr; d e r s nachteilig ist dabei, daß diese Paletten hygienisch nicht einwandfrei und daher für den Transport von Lebensmitteln oder dgl. ungeeignet sind.
Hier soll die Neuerung Abhilfe schaffen.
Die Neuerung, wie sie in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet ist, löst die Aufgabe, eine Palette zu besitzen, die die

Nachteile dar bisherigen Pa Ie11unkonstruktionen mit S i c h e r he i t vermaidet und eine Palette schafft, die sowohl kostengünstig herzustellen ist, als auch hygienischen Anfor derugnen genügt, Transportgut nicht verletzt und auf Ro I I engä&eegr; yen transportierbar ist.
Die mit der Neuerung erzielten Vorteile liegen insbesondere darin, daß die !(uns t 3 tof f te i I e glatt ausgebildet sind, keinerlei Ecken und Nischen besitzen und somit den hygienischen Anforderungen für den Lebensini 11 e I t r anspor t genügen. Ein weiterer Vo r t e i I ist darin zu sehen, daß durch die glatte Ausbildung der Kufen ein Transport auf RoI I engangen mag I ich ist und eine Verletzung von Transportgut beim Überei&eegr;anderstape I &eegr; ausgeschlossen ist.
Die Neuerung ist nachstehend anhand mehrerer, in den Ab b i Id u &eegr; ge&eegr; dargestellte &eegr; Au sführunysvari ante &eegr; e i &eegr; e 3 Beispieles näher erläutert.

Die ii eu e r ungsyeinäß vorgeschlagene Palette besteht, w i .3 in F i g. 1 dargestellt, im we sen ti ich 311 aus drei Kufen 1,2,3 und Quer streben 4 und/oder den Planken 5,3, c:i i e auch einteilig als Platte oder, wie in c i g. 2 dargestellt aus mehreren Latten 7,3,9,10 ausgebildet sein können. Die Kufen 1,2,3 sind als unten glatte Höh I kör &rgr;or ausgebt Id e t.
Für die Ku f e &eegr; 1,2,3 ist rn it Vorteil Kunststoff als Werkstoff eingesetzt, .vobei diese Te i I e vorzugsweise im Ku &eegr; s t s tof f spr i t zgußver f ah r en , ggf. im sogenannten Gas Linendruckverfahran, hergestellt werden. Für die Querstre- '&ogr;&agr;·\ 4 und die Latten 7,3,9,10 dagegen kann ggf. auch Holz eingesetzt werden, falls die Palette nicht für den Leben sin i t te I t r an spo r t vorgesehen ist.
Die Verbindung der Querstreben 4, evtl. auch zusammen mit den Pia &eegr; ke &eegr; (5,6), mit d e &eegr; Kufe &eegr; 1,2,3, erfolgt entweder durch Klemmung in den Schlitzen 3 oder durch zusätzliche Verbindungsbolzen, Schrauben etc. 11. 3e i Quer streben 4 aus Kunststoff kann auch eine Verschreißung mit Vorteil eingesetzt werden, .voduren allerdings eine Demontage nicht mehr möglich ist.

Die in den ~ig. 3 u. 4 d a r g e s t e I I te Au 3 f ü h r u &eegr; g s &ngr; a r i a &eegr; t e besteht ebenfalls aus drei unten glatten Kufen 12,13,14 mit innerer Profilierung °t die der Versteifung des Hohlkörpers für größere Lasten dient, wobei die Kufen 12,13,14 sowohl einseitig offen (12), als auch zweiteilig als geschlossene Hohlkörper (13,14 ) ausgebildet sein können. Die Verbindung der beiden Teile 13a und 13b zu ei &eegr; em g e s c hI &ogr; s s e &eegr; e &eegr; Hohlkörper geschieht beispielsweise mittels Verschweißen.

Die Latten oder Planken 17 weisen, ,vie aus Fi y. 6 ersieht I ich, in ihrer Unterseite entsprechende Killen 17a auf, in die die Befestigungselemente 14a,15a,16a der Kufen 14,15,13 geschoben und ggf. mittels einer nicht dargestellten Raste verriegelt sind.
Fig. 7 zeigt eine fertig montierte Palette mit glatten Flächen, die für den Transport von Lebensmitteln und dgl. geeignet ist. Die als HohIk ö r &rgr; e r a u s g e b i Ide t e &eegr; Kufen 14,15,16 können selbstverständlich zweiteilig ausgabiIdet sein und im Inneren eine Profi I ierung P, wie in Fig. 4 dargestellt, au fwe i sen.
Weitere Ausführungsvarianten der '~ i g. 1,3,5 sind in den Abbildungen 8 und 9 dargestellt. Dabei sind die Querst r e b e &eegr; 2 3 g ein. Fig. 3 durch Schlitze in den Kufen 20,21,22 gesteckt, während die Kufen 24,25,26 gem. Fig. 9 umlaufende Länder 24a,25a,26a für die Querstraben 27 aufwe i sen.

Claims (10)

1. Mehrteilige Palette mit mindestens zwei Kufen aus Kunststoff und Querstreben aus Kunststoff, Holz oder anderen geeigneten Materialien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufen (1,2,3) als über eine Seitenlange das Palettenkörpers sich erstreckende, unten glatte, mit Ausschnitten A versehene Kunststoffhöh I kör per ausgebildet und mit Befestigungsmitteln (7) für die Quer streben (4,17) ausgerüstet sind.
2. Palette nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (17) einerseits als zylindrische, nebeneinander auf der Oberseite der Kufen (14,15,15) angeordnete Erhebungen (14a,15a,16a) und andererseits als entsprechend geformte Aussparungen (17a) in den Qu e r s t r e b e &eegr; (17,18,19) vorgesehe&eegr; sind.
3. Palette nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Befestigungsmittel (14a,16a) mit Rastmitteln ausgerüstet sind.
4. Palette nach Anspruch 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß deren äußere Kufen (14 und 16) mit einer Abschlußleistü (14b,13b), die mindestens bis zur Oberkante der Querstrebe &eegr; (17,13,19) reicht, versehen sind.

6. Palette nach Anspruch 1 und ei &eegr; en der folgenden dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (7) als Bolzen, Schrauben oder dgl. ausgebildet sind.
7. Palette nach Anspruch 1 und einen der folgenden dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufen (13) Aussparungen au fwe i sen.
8. Palette nach Anspruch 1 und einen der folgenden dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufen (24,25,25) umlaufende Ränder (24a,25a,26a) besitzen.
9. Palette nach Anspruch 1 und einen der folgenden dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenraum der Kufen (12,13,14) (P) profiliert ist.
10. i-'alette nach Anspruch 1 und einen der folgenden dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Teile der Kufen (13,14) miteinander verschweißt sind.
