Eine derartige Ausbildung findet man z.B. bei elektrischen Rasierapparaten. Die Gumminoppen haben durch die Anbindung an die unter der Hartkunststoffschale liegenden Gummischicht eine sehr große Haltbarkeit, die nicht erreichbar wäre, wenn man die Gumminoppen unmittelbar auf der Oberfläche auszubilden versuchte, weil das Gummimaterial sich nicht ausreichend fest mit der Kunststoffmasse des Grundteiles verbindet.An injection molding process has been known for some time, according to which rubber materials can be processed with a special modification of their molecular structure.
