Description
Device for shedding on looms of all kinds The invention is based on the knowledge that the sliding rope friction in the helper's eyes when Fachhilden the warp threads are very highly stressed and production-inhibiting thread breaks caused.
The invention aims, against: to create a remedy with the simplest means and to enable a better weaving of the warps. According to the invention, this is essentially achieved in that the helper's eyes are guided on arcs whose radii are according to the general formula run where b "is greater than a, and the respective centers of curvature of the helper's eye trajectories lie in the extension of the chain field level in the direction of the front compartment and ax denotes the respective length of the front compartment and b. the respective length of the rear compartment, measured in the chain field.
One leads in consistent implementation of this inventive concept even in the case of multiple arrangements, each shaft or its helping eyes are independent of the other shafts in each case on the circular paths with the radii r "that of the respective distances a, or b ″ in the chain field level are dependent.
The Kettenfadlenaushebunge.n used today, which through the shed gear are accomplished, are not satisfactory with regard to the non-slip excavation. The ones that occur in practice Lifting options are shown in Fig. i to 3 of the drawing can be seen. Depending on the direction of the excavation of the shaft, measured to the chain field level, the angle 8 according to Eq. i smaller, according to Fig. 2 be the same and according to FIG. 3 greater than 90 °.
In Fig. 4 to 6 it is then shown how the forces P acting on the warp threads are broken down into the components Sa and Sb and how one determines the additional warp thread requirement i C 2 for a certain shed height h. In these figures, A = fabric edge on the loom, B = chain run-off point on the chain tree, Co = rest position of the helper's eye in the chain field level, AB = length of the chain field, which is to be thought of lying horizontally, a = front compartment length, b = rear compartment length, a / b = Warp division ratio, h = upper shed height, a = achieved upper shed angle, also ß, 7, C = position of the helper's eye after excavation, ml, m2, m $ = additional chain thread requirement when excavating the warp thread in the __ upper shed, i C 2 = additional chain thread requirement when excavating of the chain thread in the upper compartment, i C = extension of the front compartment length a _ after the excavation, C 2 = extension of the rear compartment length b after the excavation, P = force acting in the highest helper eye position, Sa = force component acting in the deflected chain thread part of the front compartment, Sb = Force component, acting in the deflected chain thread part of the rear shed, a ', ä' = angle between the main force and the side forces analogous (ß ', ß "and, y'y").
It is evident from FIGS. 4 to 6 that the upper shear angles α, β, y which are achieved turn out to be of different sizes from one another. At the same time, however, one also recognizes that the elongations of the warp thread in the front and rear shed with homogeneous warp material never practically reach the respective additional warp thread demand determined by the construction. The main reason for this is the magnitude of the tensile forces waving at the thread branches. In practice, when a chain thread is dug out for the purpose of shedding, it will slide (slip) in the helper. The stress on the chain thread when it is lifted out is very high, as there is sliding rope friction; which wears down the chain thread and easily leads to thread breakage. The excavation direction used plays a very important role. 7 shows the influence of the cutting directions X, Y, Z on the size of the additional warp thread requirement which is necessary to achieve one and the same upper shed angle α. From Fig. 7 itself it can be clearly seen that of the previously used lifting directions of the shafts, the one denoted by x is the most favorable for the tensile stress on the thread.
Starting from the fact that the shedding according to Fig. I and 4 as the most thread-friendly was recognized, a theoretical consideration should follow, the aim of which is to establish the conditions that an ideally stretchable thread obeys must, if it, appropriately lifted by a helper's eye, slip-free is used. The chain thread obeys Hooke's law, so it shows only elastic stretches. Should a sliding chain thread in the help eye over be prevented for the entire duration of the excavation, they must be prevented in every helping eye position inclining forces on the deflected thread branches of the front and rear compartment, occasionally considered among each other, be of the same size. The absolute sizes of the through The elongation values produced by these forces will depend on the selected chain field part ratio and the front compartment length a and the rear compartment length b are directly proportional be. The percentage elongation values in the deflected suture branches of the fore and background areas will be able to grow from zero to a certain maximum value, which is conditioned by the chain field division ratio. The geometric location of all consecutive Helfenaugenstellung is then the trajectory of the Helfenau.ges you are looking for with non-slip Professional training. It goes without saying that the external force acting on the helping eye must split into two equal side forces in every helping eye position, so the requirements just made can be met.
In Fig. 8, AB = chain field length, where A and B represent the clamping points of the thread, ÄCo - a - front compartment length, CoB = b = rear compartment length, Co = rest position of the helper: uges, C, Cl, C2 = selected helper eye positions , also C ", a = angle, measured from the bisecting to the deflected thread branches for hel.fenposition Cl, ä = angle, measured from the bisector to the deflected thread branches for helper position C2, ä '= angle, measured from the bisector of the angle to the deflected thread branches for the helper position C ", u = infinitely small distance between the selected helper positions C" and C, a # e = total extension of the front compartment length a for the helper eye position Cl, where is, and p @ l` "means the percentage elongation of the thread, be = total elongation of the rear compartment length b for the helper eye position Cl, Bc = trajectory of the helper eye when the ideal warp thread is lifted without slipping.
Es lassen sich folgende Beziehungen aus Fig. 8 aufstellen a'e:b-e=a:b und AC1+C1B=a+a-e+b+b'e =a-(i+e)+b-(i+e)=(a+b)'(i+e).The following relationships can be established from FIG. 8 a'e: b-e = a: b and AC1 + C1B = a + a-e + b + b'e = a- (i + e) + b- (i + e) = (a + b) '(i + e).
In the helper's eye position C ", which is infinitely close to the helper's eye position C, u becomes infinitely small and e approximately reaches its maximum (e""""x). For this position, if the different directions of C ″ and C ″ B are taken into account by opposite signs, it can be seen from FIG. 8 and the following limit equation can be set up: -AC + CB = a + b = -a (I + emax) + b (I + emax) or a + b = -a-a'emax + b + b'emax. Here the value b falls out of the equation, and it is 2a = emax (ba) or Since now according to the definition given above so also applies where Pmax is the greatest possible elongation percentage for a certain chain field part ratio a: b.
The calculated maximum elongation value of the deflected thread branches of the The front and back thread is useful insofar as it is derived from the known Can easily determine the sizes of the front compartment length a and the rear compartment length b.
Grenzfall II : Ist a = b, so erhält r einen unendlich großen Wert. Borderline case II: If a = b, then r receives an infinitely large value. The part of an infinitely large circle, but finally considered, becomes one Straight lines.
In Fig. 9 the Helfen tracks: n are shown for the higher assumed chain field division ratios a / b. The ideally stretchable chain thread AB recorded in points A and B strictly adheres to the conditions set out earlier, which aims at a non-slip excavation of the same in the helper's eye. From this figure one can further see that the radius of the helper eye lifting path and thus also the associated e. "" Becomes larger the closer the value of the ratio a / b approaches the size i. This occurs when the helper is in the middle of the chain field and the value becomes a = b. In this case, the limit case 1I applies, the Helfenaugenbahn B5 becomes a straight line. If the rest positions of the helper eyes Cl to C5 are understood as rest positions of the helper eyes of five shafts covered with ideally stretchable chain threads and arranged one behind the other, then the circular lines B to B5 represent the ideal helper lifting paths of the individual shafts if the lifting of these chain threads in the helper does not slide in front of you. should go.
