Fs gibt elektrische Schalter. bei denen um einest festen I)reltltunkt srhweitkl@are,
Ilse Kontakthebel besitzen an ihren. den I)rehltunkten

Electrical switch in which contact levers are controlled by cams. points in pan-like countersinking of the terminal connection rails rotatably mounted and guided with a tongue-like end in Z-shaped bent holders, which also serve as counter bearings for the contact compression springs. The compression springs acting on the contact levers are arranged at such a distance from the lever pivot points that the contact pressures on these are significantly greater than on the contact pressure points of the lever. The inner walls of the insulating material housing forming the switch base, on which the connection terminals are arranged, are widened outwards by shoulders at the level of the connection terminals so that niches on the outside of the base meet the shoulders on the inside, creating openings through which the connection terminals step through. On the inner walls of the insulating housing, which are parallel to the contact levers, there are projections which serve as a stop for the latching members of your spring mechanism present on the housing base. At these projections there are recesses for the fastening screws of the switch on the outside of the base. The axis of the switch is surrounded by an insulating sleeve between the control cam disk and the base plate of the switch, which is mounted on the base plate with a metal sleeve attached to its end so that it cannot rotate.

An Stelle
Ende 7 (A1>1). i und 2) in Schlitzen 8 (Abb. i und 2) geführt.
in pfannenartigen Versenken 13 (A.bb. 2) derAnschlußklemmenverbindungsschienen 14
und 15 (Abb. i) drehbar gelagert.
Fig. 2. shows the switch in a longitudinal section. In the interior of the housing i (_11r1>. 2) the contact levers 2- are arranged parallel to the base of the switch. The insulating material base i is open at the bottom and covered by the base plate 3. The contact levers are actuated by the cam of a control disk 4 which is arranged above the levers. It does not matter whether the actuation, as in Al>1>ildut> g, takes place by a rotatable switch handle 5 which is connected to the control disk 4 by the axis 6. Instead of the control disk 4, z. B. come a roller in turn, which is moved by a lever like a toggle switch. The front end of the contact levers is 7 (A1> 1). i and 2) in slots 8 (Fig. i and 2) out. The slots 8 are located opposite the Änsohlußklemmen 9, io, ii and 12 (Fig. I). The contact levers are rotatably mounted in pan-like recesses 13 (A.bb. 2) of the connecting terminal connection rails 14 and 15 (Fig. I). At the same time, Z-shaped holders 16 and 17 are attached to the base with the connecting rails 14 and 15, which are used on the one hand to guide the contact levers 2 at their tongue-like ends 18 (Fig. 2) and on the other hand as counter-pressure bearings for the compression springs i9 and 20 (Fig . 2), the latter not shown, serve. The springs i9 and 20 are located between the pivot points of the levers and the points of application of the control cams, so that the contact pressure at their pivot points is greater than at the contact points 21 (Fig. 2). The inner walls of the base on which the terminals are arranged. are widened towards the outside at the level of the connection terminals, so that paragraphs 22 and 23 (Fig. 2) are created. Recesses 24 and 25 (Fig. 2) arranged on the outside of the base meet with shoulders 22 and 23 so that openings are created in the base through which terminals 9, io, 11, i2, 14 and 15 can pass.
Due to the arrangement, the production of the insulating housing is in
the pressing possible in a simple pressing process, d. H. that it is not necessary
is to use sideshifter in the press tool.
On the other two side walls of the base, the projections 26 and 27 (Fig. I) are provided on the inside, which serve as a stop for the latching members 28 and 29 of the locking device. The recesses 30 and 31 are located at these points on the: - '# u, ße-nseite, which provide sufficient space for the heads of the fastening screws for the switch. The axis 6 of the switch is surrounded between the control cam disk 4 and the base plate 3 by an insulating sleeve 32 which is mounted in the base plate 3 with a metal bushing 33 at its end. The insulating sleeve 32 can easily be removed from the axis 6 after the base plate has been removed, which is particularly important when assembling the switch.
After the switch axis with the locking device and the control disc
is inserted into the housing i, the terminal connection rails
