Description
This must be ensured with plate heat exchangers that the individual plates are held together in the correct position, and that must they are at a precisely defined distance from one another because the liquid layer has a certain Must have thickness. Therefore, the plates are usually supported with the help of special spacers against each other, which are usually arranged in the form of warts or strips on the plate surfaces are. In the case of sheets of thin, pressed sheet metal, the spacer thicknesses usually exist from pressed warts. However, it has proven to be difficult to clean the plates To clean the cavities or indentations formed by the warts sufficiently, because one with a The brush cannot reach into the indentations. To improve accessibility, one has tried to make the warts elongated, but this measure was not satisfactory either.
In plates of this type, the support warts were Previously on flat surfaces between the folds or on the inclined surfaces of the folds themselves »5 seen. In both cases, however, it has been shown that the indentation is on the back of the wart can only be cleaned mechanically with difficulty by brushing or in some other way. The supporting organs are now formed according to the invention in that limited parts of the bottom of a fold of the exchanger plate rather than to the full depth of the fold
Die Stützorgane der dritten Platte könnencan only be pressed in to such a depth that the position of the bottom of the folds in the adjacent one ! Mat corresponds to; as a result, these parts form the systems for the neighboring panel. In the latter are in turn corresponding parts of shallower depth are provided, but so much in the direction of the ! • 'old ones are shifted so that they rest against the fully squeezed out bottom of the folds in the next plate. The supporting organs of the third plate can
ίο wieder gerade gegenüber denjenigen der ersten Platte liegen. Die Stützorgane sind somit wechselweise verschoben, d. h. in dem einen Plattenzwischenraum liegen sie an einer bestimmten Stelle, im nächsten Zwischenraum an einer demgegenüber versetzten Stelle und im dritten Zwischenraum wieder an der gleichen Stelle wie im ersten.ίο again straight against those of the first Plate lying. The supporting organs are thus shifted alternately, d. H. in the one space between the plates are they at a certain point, in the next space at an opposite one And in the third space again in the same place as in the first.
The drawing illustrates, for example, an embodiment of the invention.

Figure 4 is a top view of part of the lower Plate in Fig. 3.
The folded heat exchanger plates 1 and 2 have substantially the same shape and form together a zigzag channel for one of the heat exchanging liquids. At that part of the plate 2, which lies in the transverse plane, are limited parts 3 of the floor 4 increased so that they rest against the folds of the! 'Latte ι and thereby support the plate; the raised parts 3 in the bottom 4 of the plate 2 can be viewed as pressed-on warts. As a result of this The fold has a smaller depth at the support point than at other points and is therefore pressed on jaded there.
AbI). 2 shows a longitudinal section through a fold at a support point. The bottom 4 of the fold of the I'latte 2 gradually rises towards the bottom of the fold in the plate 1 and forms a flat or wart 3, which is against the fold bottom of the plate 1 supports. The plate 2 is provided with a greater or lesser number of such support members. The plate 1 is in turn provided with a number of similar impressions 5, but not in the Cross-sectional plane of Fig. 1, but somewhat behind lie on this level. The press-ons 5 can be pressed against the fold bottoms of a not shown Support the third plate, which is provided with pressed-on parts in front of the parts 3. The pressed part 3 forms an indentation 6 in the base 4. The fact that the indentations of the neighboring folds are in series with one another are arranged, you get the possibility of the individual surfaces of the indentations with a brush when this is the turn of the indentations along and across the Folds is guided. The direction of movement of the brush is then in the cross-sectional plane of the Fig. Ι and at right angles to the cross-sectional plane of Al) I). 2. It is clear from Fig. 1 that you can guide the brush unhindered through the indentations 6, so that the surfaces at 3 really getting cleaned.
The indentations cause a reduction in the indentations of the underlying zigzag duct due to the enlargement of the channel cross-section the flow resistance. A number of flow paths are created in front of the press-fit lower resistance than elsewhere on the folds. These ways with less Resistance cause a so-called pre-flow, i. H. those parts of the fluid that are exposed to this Moving along the way will reach the outlet of the zigzag channel faster than the rest of the parts. this but leads to the disadvantage that the liquid parts in question are only required here as a result of the shorter flow time does not have the same temperature as the main mass of the flowing through Can accept liquid. It is possible to reduce the current too fast by reducing it the average velocity of the liquid flowing through it, but this would lead to other disadvantages, on the one hand to a reduction in the performance of the heat exchanger and on the other hand, in certain cases, that the bulk of the liquid is stronger ejhij: ^ | _ or would be cooled as it is intended and appropriate.
Fig. 3 shows how one can prevent this overfeed caused by the press-fit. Under the reverb) of the plate 2 lies a plate 7 which forms the lower wall of the zigzag channel in question; the flow cross-section of the channel is larger in front of the indentations 6 than at other points of the Canal. To compensate for this cross-sectional enlargement, the upper part 8 of the fold 9 is in the Plate 7 is widened in such a way that the zigzag channel at 10 is throttled. The extended ioo Part 11 forms a flat surface of the shape shown in fig. Since the indentations 6 in rows are arranged, the extensions 11 will also form rows with one another.
In Figs. 1 and 3, all folds with support members 6 and extensions 11 are shown, it it is of course also possible to provide only certain folds, for example every second or third, with it.
