Description
Die bekannte formschlüssige Schaufelfußbefestigung nach Laval stellt keine absolut starre form- und kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Schaufelfuß und Laufradkörper dar. Infolge thermischer und mechanischer Verformungen im Betrieb kann ein Lösen dieser Verbindung eintreten auch dann, wenn bei der Montage eine gewisse Kraftschlüssigkeit durch strammes Einpassen der Schaufeln erreicht wurde. Es ändert sich damit auch die der Schwingungsrechnung zugrunde liegende freie Schaufellänge i, und somit auch die errechnete Schwingungszahl der Schaufel bzw. des Schaufelpaketes.The well-known form-fitting blade root fastening according to Laval provides no absolutely rigid positive and non-positive connection between the blade root and Impeller body. Hierdurch wird eine form- und kraftschlüssige Schaufelfußbefestigung erreicht, die auch höchsten Anforderungen gerecht wird. Der Keil bzw.
