Description
Process for the production of lightweight panels and lightweight blocks non-stop. Raw materials pressed into bales or loose, such as heather, peat litter, wood wool, sawdust, birch or fir veins, straw, reeds, hard grass or other suitable materials are continuously fed into the funnel a by one or thrown several 1Wlenzerreißmaschinen b, which throw the 1Zohstoffe on doubly arranged, adjustable comb elevators e, f with upright mandrel g, which grasp these raw materials and carry them between them; peat is processed before it is fed to the elevators in grinders c and sluices d. The purpose of the double-chamber elevators is to collect the raw materials in a uniform thickness. The width of the elevators and the height of the raw materials carried, i.e. the space between the two comb elevators, depends on the amount of slabs or blocks to be produced. The raw materials are fed from the comb elevators through one or more impregnation licks h of about ro m length in the bottom with a sloping path on both sides. Containers for liquid impregnation agents or mixing cylinders i for dry powder impregnation agents are arranged above or next to the impregnation basins; these are sucked in from silos through suction pipes k and injected from compressed air hoods l of the cylinders through nozzles into the cylinders, which have previously been automatically filled with cold water. As soon as the cylinders are filled with the required amount of water and powder, a built-in stirrer stirs the powder mass and the cylinders are also automatically emptied into the impregnation basin. The raw materials are impregnated against rotting and burning, but only silicification of the raw materials is required when producing panels or blocks that are bound with plaster of paris, cement, foam concrete or lagnesite. The double-chamber elevator pours the now impregnated or silicified raw materials into another basin with a sloping track on one side. Above or next to this basin, mixing cylinders are also arranged as required, as described above, in which any desired hardening binding agent known per se can be mixed. In the case of cement-bound or foam concrete slabs or blocks to which sand should also be added, it is advisable to use concrete mixers instead of the cylinders as required.
In the binder tank, the raw materials are agitated or Similar device mixed with the binding agent, from a second double-chamber elevator taken and fed into a belt press, which the strand to DIN format width compresses. Exiting the press, the strand runs through one to dry Hot air duct ra, at the end of which it must have reached the hardness in order to get through Sawing o a suitable type on adjustable shafts p into the required panel or to be sawn into block thicknesses. The sawn strand is now from a forward and backward running slide plate d added; mounted on this circular cross saws r as required, which saw off the lengths of the slabs or blocks.
In the drawing, the length of the hot air duct z. B. 9o m assumed. This length corresponds to z. B. for plasterboard at a line speed of 3 m in 1 minute of a running time of "/: hour in which the desired hardness of the Strand is achieved. Foam concrete, zeinent and magnesite bonded panels or Block stones will likely require a longer drying time; in this In this case, the machine system must rest after the channel has been filled until the strand is hard has been achieved, or a mechanical reversing device must be incorporated into an additional Channel. The machine system described above is of the usual type Manufacturing method of building panels in molds using hydraulic or screw presses or other manufacturing method, because in the usual way in At the same time, never such quantities of building boards can be produced. To that extent means the production \ -oit building panels or blocks, z. B. made of foam concrete, by the above-described 'machine system an innovation and an important one of the building materials.
