Description

Dichtungspistole
Dia nachstehend beschriebene Dichtungspistale dient zum Auspressen van Dichtungsmassen aus Kartuschen. Das Gerät lüird dann eingesetzt, wenn handbetätigte Pistolen wegen des zu hohen Kraftaufwandes nicht verwendet werden sollen, andererseits aber kain elektrischer Strom für das Betreiben eines Kompressors vorhanden ist,
Beschreibung:
Am LuftanschluB (9) einer Druckluftpistole ist ein Reduzierventil^) angebracht. An der hinteren Öffnung des Reduzierventils(G) befindet sich ein unter Federdruck stehende, schraubbare V/erschlußkappe(7), die der Druckeinstellung dient„ Die vordere Öffnung des Reduzier» :;ntils(S) ist mit einem Außengewinde versehen, auf das ein rohrförmiger HahlkärperCO aufgeschraubt ist, welcher für die Aufnahme der Kohlensäurepatrone bestimmt ist.
Funktion:
Nachdem die mit Dichtungsmasse gefüllte Kartusche in den Pistolenzylinder geschoben worden ist, wird die Uarschlußkappe(7) ganz nach hinten gedreht, der Hohlkörper^)·) abgeschraubt und die Kohlen-Päurepatrone(5) in letzteren eingelegt. Danach wird der Hohlkörper^) fest auf das Reduzierventil(G) aufgeschraubt« Der Verschluß der Kohlensäurepatrone wird dadnjiDch durchstoßen, das Kohlen-Säuregas kann in das Reduzierventil(G) und von dort über das Dreiwegeventil (3) - das durch Hebel(2) betätigt wird - in den PistolenzylinderC1) fließen.

Claims (1)

  1. Schutzanspruch:
    Dichtungspistale dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im LuftanschlußC9) einer Druckluftpistgle ein Reduzierventil(6) angebracht ist, an dessen hinterer Öffnung sish eine den Druck regulierende Verschlußkappe(7) befindet und an dessen vorderer Öffnung ein abschraubbarer Hohlkörper(4) angebracht ist, der zur Aufnahme der Kahlen-Säurepatrane(5) dient.
