Hilfswalze direkt gesteuerte Hilfskontakte vorübergehend gegeneinander verdreht,
Manual switch with a contact roller A manual switch was known from patent specification 735 269 , which is equipped with a leading auxiliary salt for controlling a contactor for currentless switching of the main contacts. In the known solution, auxiliary contacts directly controlled by both the main roller and the auxiliary roller are temporarily rotated relative to one another, so that their interaction corresponds to the action of an on and off push button. This solution has the disadvantage that the subsequent installation of auxiliary contacts is often associated with difficulties or even impossible with the existing rollers. These difficulties are overcome according to the invention in that the control of the contactor now takes place independently of auxiliary contacts of the main roller by an attachment control switch, the push-button action of the auxiliary roller being brought about by temporarily rotating rollers within the attachment switch itself.
The contacts are designed as hub contacts. The lifting effect

Isolierbrücke i i mit.
Sodann schaltet
Isolierbrücke i i hochgehoben und der Haltestromkreis R-1-2-5-3-4-S unterbrochen,
bzw. 23 in der Aus-Stellung gehalten. In Fig. I the structural solution of the control switch is shown in '. link
shown with the current diagram of the control circuit and the main circuit,
while in Fig. 2 a modification of the control switch with rotary handle and push button
can be seen under otherwise identical conditions. As can be seen from Fig. I,
the auxiliary switch has the usual on-contact 2-3 with contact bridge 13 and
the off contact 1-2 with the contact bridge 12. Contact bridge 12 is in the rest position
closed, contact bridge 13 open in the rest position. The shooter holding contact
3-5 is closed when the contactor is in the on position. If the twist grip 8 is operated,
so the shaft 7 rotates against the guide bushing 6 with which the shaft 17 of the
Main roller is rigidly coupled by the pin 16. Since the shaft 17 of the main roller
locked or held in place by a spring mechanism 22 `, the rigidly coupled
Bush 6 initially remain in the rest position. The shaft 7, which by the pin 9 with
the socket is loosely coupled, is then forcibly placed in the socket 6
V-shaped slot lifted and hereby takes the firmly connected to the shaft 7
Insulating bridge i i with. This releases the spring 15 and presses the switching bridge
13 against contacts 2-3. Since the contactor via R-i-2-5-3-4-S is already in the switch-on position
is held, this will not have any effect. However, if pin is 9 in

lifted from contacts 1-2 and thus' the .start-up circuit R-i-2-3-4-S
and the holding circuit R-1-2-5-3-4-S are interrupted. This will make the contactor coil
23 de-energized and the contactor drops out. Further turning of the handle is only possible
when the locking of the shaft 17 of the main roller is overcome. Then become
When the contactor is switched off, the contacts of the main roller up to the next notch position
twisted. If you let go of the handle 7, the insulating bridge is created by the springs 1o-14
i i pressed down; so that initially apart from the already closed contact
2-3 also the contact 1-2 closes via bridge 12 by the spring 14. Then switches
the contactor R-1-2-3-4-S on again. If the guide pin 9 is in the lower end position
the sleeve 6 reached, has under the action of the insulating bridge i i contact bridge
13 lifted against the spring 15 and the contacts 2-3 opened again. The contactor
does not drop, however, because the coil is now connected to the off-contact 1-2
and the holding contact 3-5, i.e. via R-i-2-5-3-4-S, is closed. The switching operations
are always the same, regardless of whether the twist grip is turned to the left or right
will. A modification of the switching device referred to above is shown in Fig. 2. At
this control switch is only the off contact 1-2 in the usual way of the twist grip
Way operated, during the on-contact arbitrarily by a central in the rotary handle
arranged push button i9 takes place. The `` Virkufigweise '' is explained as follows:
If the twist grip 8 is operated, the contact bridge 12 is through the shaft 7 via the
Isolation bridge i i lifted and the holding circuit R-1-2-5-3-4-S interrupted,
so that the contactor coil is de-energized and the contactor C drops out. When you let go
of the handle 8, bridge 12 is returned to the on position by spring io or 23
pressed. This can be done in every rest position of the control switch or the main roller
Schütz now again arbitrarily by pressing the push button § i9 via R-i-2-3-4-S
be switched on. The shaft 7 is designed as a hollow shaft in this case,
in which an actuating rod 18 is embedded. Also, wave 7 is with a
Slit 20 is provided through which the plate i ia with the actuating rod
18 of the push button 19 is pinned. The one-push button is operated by the spring 14
or 23 held in the off position.
