Description
Method of assembling fixed bridges from prefabricated bridge sections The invention relates to a method for assembling fixed bridges from prefabricated Bridge sections and used ropes for this purpose, which cross the terrain to be bridged are excited. In the known assembly method, these ropes are about to The bridge to be erected is tensioned and the individual parts of the bridge by means of rollers, if necessary with the interposition of pulleys, hung on the ropes and at the installation site driven, where they are put together in a cantilever, for example, until the Bridge is ready. After completion of the construction, the ropes will be dismantled.
The invention now aims to design such an assembly method so that building a bridge is much faster and easier than before. The invention accordingly consists in that all the bridge sections one after the other placed on the ropes at one point, pushed forward and attached to their tension members, for example the tension straps, are connected to each other, whereupon the pressure links, z. B. the pressure belts can be brought to the plant by lowering the ropes.
So that the resulting bridge does not sag, the Bridge sections by means of support members and the like at different heights on the Settled ropes, and @ the height of the support members is chosen so that the alignment line of the pressure members is curved upwards after the advance, wherein the curvature of the line of flight is expediently dimensioned so that it disappears or takes on an intended different shape when the pressure members are lowered by lowering the Ropes come to the facility. It is possible to use the ropes as a load-bearing Element to be used for the finished bridge. Accordingly, the rope ends with the End sections of the Bfücke connected.
For the production of wider bridges, it is expedient to proceed as follows: that the first narrow bridge unit produced laterally after its completion moved on the bridge supports and a second bridge unit of the same type in the same place as the first one is created with the first one, in particular in the area of the tension members, is connected by cross braces.
The bridge sections, using them according to the procedure described a bridge is to be built are expediently designed such that the pressure member consists of an orthotropic plate stiffened by means of longitudinal and transverse ribs, which forms part of the roadway.
The tension member can consist of a single tension belt with the long sides of the roadway, which is designed, for example, as an orthotropic plate or with two pressure belts through stiffening members, e.g. B. diagonals connected is. In general, the only tension chord is in the vertical longitudinal median plane of the bridge section provided; in some cases, especially on the long side the bridge-forming bridge sections, however, it will be appropriate to use the tension strap to be arranged vertically under the outer long side of the bridge section. The on the long sides of the bridge sections located support members for the ropes expediently attached to the pressure member.
In the drawing is an embodiment of the assembly process explained, namely shows F ig. i to 5 show the structure in a schematic representation a bridge according to the invention, while Fig. 6 the view of the long side of two Bridge sections on a larger scale and FIG. 7 a cross section through four side by side shows arranged bridge sections of a finished bridge according to the invention.
Rope supports 2 are first attached to the bridge supports i, and pulled over these two ropes 3, which are anchored at 4 in the bridge foundation. A bridge section 5 is then placed on the two by means of a crane or other Ropes set (Fig. 2) and with a winch over the ropes to the other right Bridge end pulled over. Further bridge sections will be at the same location set and pulled over to the right until their. Pull straps 6 butt against each other. Fig. 4 shows the state of construction of the bridge in which all bridge sections are placed and are connected to their tension straps. The bridge sections meet in the area of the pressure zone but not yet together, which is indicated by the wedge-shaped slots 7. The alignment line of the pressure belts is slightly curved upwards. If the ropes 3 of the anchorages 4 released, the bridge sinks in the middle until the slots 7 close and the pressure members of the bridge sections rest against one another. the Ends of the ropes 5 are now attached at 8 so that they can be used as additional support elements serve for the traffic load. As can be seen from Fig. 6, the tension belt 6 with the Bridge deck 9, which is designed as an ortllotropic plate and the pressure member the bridge forms, connected by diagonals io, that is, in an inclined plane lie. The construction of a wider bridge goes on in such a way that the completed one Bridge unit (Fig. 5) is moved laterally on the bridge support i. Under Using the same rope anchorage 4, a second bridge will now be of the same type Art built, which in turn after completion on the bridge support i is moved laterally and so on until the desired bridge width is established is. The tension straps 6 are then conveniently connected by cross struts i i. Appropriate Cross connections can also be made in the area of the pressure member with the aid of tabs 12 or connection of the longitudinal joints 24 can be established. From aesthetic or otherwise Reasons are used for the sides of the bridge bridge sections where a tension chord 16 lies below the outside 17 of the bridge section. In this Trap are the diagonals 18, which connect the tension belt 16 to the outside 17, arranged in a vertical plane, while the side i9 of the bridge section is connected to the tension chord 16 by diagonals 20, which in turn are inclined Lie level.
As can be seen from Fig. 6, the supports 21, 22, 23 are for the ropes 3 attached to the pressure chord 9 of the bridge and have different heights. Latter Measure makes it possible to manufacture the bridge so that the alignment line of the pressure belt before the slacking of the ropes 3 is arched upwards and due to the slackening in a straight line passes over, or takes on another, in particular upwardly curved shape.
