"Saugdüse zum pneumatischen Fördern von Schüttgut""Suction nozzle for pneumatic conveying of bulk material"
The innovation concerns a suction nozzle for pneumatic conveying of bulk material, consisting of a pipe socket dipping into the bulk material, the mouth of which via a pipe section with a Air intake opening above the bulk material level for the conveying air is connected and which has a secondary air opening above its maximum immersion depth, the cross section of which is adjustable by means of a slide.
Such a suction nozzle is known from DE-OS 25 23 155. The mouth of the suction nozzle with the one above the bulk material level lying pipe section connecting the intake air opening consists of a jacket pipe which is coaxial with the pipe socket and which delimited together with the pipe socket two annular gaps, of which the upper one is the intake opening for the conveying air and the lower one has an overflow opening through which the conveying air flows into the mouth of the pipe socket, taking the bulk material with it, form. The disadvantage here is the comparatively large space requirement and material expenditure for the coaxial arrangement the pipe socket and the jacket pipe surrounding it.
The object of the innovation is therefore to design a suction nozzle of the generic type to save space and material.
The solution to this problem is given in the characterizing part of claim 1.

Claims 2 to 5 relate to advantageous embodiments and developments.
Es zeigt:In the drawing, the suction nozzle is according to the innovation in one embodiment shown schematically simplified. It shows:
Figur 1 - einen Längsschnitt durch die in Betrieb befindliche Saugdüse undFigure 1 - a longitudinal section through the suction nozzle in operation and
Figur 2 - eine Stirnansicht und eine Seitenansicht der Saugdüse nach Figur 1.FIG. 2 - an end view and a side view of the suction nozzle according to FIG. 1.
According to FIG. 1, the suction nozzle consists of a pipe socket 1, which preferably passes obliquely through an opening in the wall of a bulk material container 10, which is configured in a suitable manner (not shown here), and whose mouth 2 dips into the bulk material S. The other end of the pipe socket 1 is connected to a delivery line of a suction conveyor system of any type. The pipe socket 1 is divided over most of its length by a partition h into a flow path I and a flow path II. Conveying air F is sucked in from an intake air opening 5, which flows via flow path I to the mouth 2 of the pipe socket and from there, taking along bulk material, via flow path II into the conveying line connected to the suction nozzle. Together with the conveying air F, secondary air N is sucked in via a secondary air opening 3 which is adjacent to the intake air opening 5 but is separated from it by a transverse web 6 between the pipe jacket and the partition 4. In order to set optimal conveying conditions or a desired loading, a common slide 7 which can be displaced parallel to the pipe axis is assigned to the two openings 3 and 5.
As illustrated in particular in FIG. 2, this slide works according to the differential principle, that is to say it gives one opening from one opening the larger the cross-section, the more it moves in the direction of a reduction in the cross-section of the other opening.
schoben wird.is pushed.
Each of the two openings 3 and 5 is an automatically working, e.g. non-return flap 8 or 9 made of a suitable elastic material. Avoid the non-return valves that bulk goods, especially powdery bulk goods, exits from openings 3 or 5, for example if the delivery line connected to the suction nozzle suddenly ventilates, that is, the negative pressure is reduced and, if necessary, an overpressure is built up briefly.
Claims (3)
angeordnet sind.j. Suction nozzle according to claim 4, characterized in that the non-return flaps (8, 9) inside the pipe socket (1)
are arranged.
