Description
TaumeeIl: Disk gears for opposed piston machines The invention relates to a swashplate operations for opposed piston machines, the cylinders of which are parallel extend to the machine shaft, with two arranged on either side of the machine center, swash plates mounted on the angular journals of the shaft. It's hot like that, wobble plate driven known, the middle part of the machine shaft located between the angular journals in the usual; To design the shape of a transmission shaft, the machine shaft but - only with their outer ends of the angular pegs - adjoining To store parts in fixed bearings. Because such a wave in their between these bearing points lying, a considerable length having part by the acting on three swash plates: forces exerted on bending. will; so learns they have relatively large changes in shape in the company, which lead to restless running.
On the other hand, the shaft of an opposed piston swash plate machine is known also near the. inner ends of the angular journals, -zu store and thereby the between the angular pin lying shaft part as a special Piece after Form a type of hollow drum with the corresponding connecting disks provided angular pin is firmly connected by means of screws. This design :has the. Purpose of being able to use the shaft as a feed channel for the cylinder charge, which, coming from a pump, are connected to an angled journal outer end caves. Shaft journal: is introduced, then through the hollow angular journal in, the hollow drum and, @ through slots in the jacket of the same to the motor pick-up flows, from which it passes through the scavenging slots into the engine working spaces. the Has an arrangement of bearings for the part of the shaft lying between the angular journals, In addition to the greater number of parts in the machine, the disadvantage is that these bearings are heavy are accessible and therefore the installation of the gearbox in the machine housing as well - very hinder and complicate the reconstruction during repairs and the like.
The invention aims to create a shaft for the transmission an opposed piston swashplate machine, which is simple. and expand and is sufficiently rigid in the company.
According to the invention, this is achieved by a combination of the two characteristics known per se: a) the shaft is only with its outer, to the outer ends the angular pin is mounted .anschlenden parts; b) 'the middle one, between The shaft part lying on the two inclined journals is held by a special, hollow drum trained, formed with the angular pin rigidly connected shaft piece.
Due to the lack of the bottom bracket, the storage of the Wellp is easy, Easily accessible and verbatim, the shaft is easy to install and remove, too the design of the inner parts of the machine housing is also simplified. the Design of the middle part of the shaft. as a hollow drum has the consequence that this Shaft part has a very large section modulus; so that the shaft deflections as a result of the forces acting on the swash plates despite the lack of internal bearings, become very small. This asked the further advantage that those in the dormant camps .bearing shaft journals only very small "angular pivoting with respect to the bearing axis experience and that therefore, with plain bearings, the edge pressures remain low or, with rolling bearings, no jamming occurs.
The connection of the hollow drum with the angular pin can be of various types Way, e.g. B. by means of a flange connection, Kerbzahuverbindungen, also by means of a Shrink connection or by welding, brazing or the like. Take place. Furthermore, the hollow drum can be designed or arranged so that it is as Counterweight against other masses connected to the shaft and arranged on one side works. Finally, the hollow drum can also be used as a runner for operation the machine required gas delivery device located in the center of the machine, z. B. a purge air or mixture pump with revolving conveyor members designed be. Such fans arranged in the center of the machine are already known per se or subject of earlier rights.

UÜbereinstimmende Teile verschiedener Abbildungen sind gleich bezeichnet.FIGS. 1 and 2 each show a longitudinal section of a swash plate machine with pistons rotating in opposite directions and with variously designed shafts; Fig. 3 and 4 show a further embodiment of the shaft in a partially sectioned side view and in cross section along line IV-IV of FIG. 3; Fig. 5 also shows a shaft, partly in side view, partly in central longitudinal section, together with a housing part; Fig. 6 shows this shaft and the machine housing accommodating it in a section along the line VI-VI of Fig. 5 (with the working cylinder cut in the plane of the flushing channels are) ; Fig. 7 shows another embodiment in the same cross section as Fig. 6. Corresponding parts of different figures are labeled the same.
The machine according to FIG. I contains several mounted in a housing i, arranged in a circle around the central axis of the machine; Working cylinder 2, in which pistons 3, 4 move in opposite directions. The machine is designed as a two-stroke internal combustion engine. Accordingly, one piston controls 3 scavenging channels 5, the other piston 4 outlet channels 6. The fuel is supplied through an inlet member 7 located in the middle of the cylinder. The swash plate ii is mounted on the inclined pin 13, the swash plate i2 on the inclined pin 14 of the machine shaft. Each swash plate carries a bevel gear rim 15 which engages in a stationary gear rim 16 of the same size. Furthermore, each swash plate carries a rolling track 17 which is supported against a fixed rolling track 18. The angular journals 13 and 14 extend only to one side of the rotary shaft. Shaft journals 9, io, with which the shaft are supported in fixed bearings 21 and 22, are connected to their outer ends. The shaft journal io carries a flywheel 23, from which the work done by the machine is accepted and passed on. The inner ends of the inclined pins 13 and 14 are connected to disks 25, 26 which are equidistant to the axis of rotation of the shaft. These disks are firmly connected to a tubular or drum-like member 30 located between them. To produce this connection, the intermediate piece 30 is provided with flanges 31, 32. These flanges are fixed by means of bolts 29 with the; Washers 25 and 26 screwed together. The washers 25 and 26 carry counterweights 27 and 28 arranged opposite the inclined journals. The hollow drum 30 forms a very stiff one. and yet not too heavy a connecting piece of the shaft parts connected on both sides. In the example according to FIG. 2, the inclined journals 33, 34 carrying the swash plates ii, iz are not arranged on one side of the shaft axis of rotation, but rather so that their axes intersect the shaft axis of rotation approximately in the center of the journals. The shafts used to support the shaft in the stationary bearings 21 and 22. pins i9, 2o are detachably connected to these angular pins (with serration) so that the swash plates ii, 12 can be formed in one piece and after separating the shaft pin i9, 2o from the angular pin 33, 34 pushed onto the angular pin or removed from it can be. At their inner ends, the inclined pins are connected to disks 35, 36 which have an outer circumferential surface equidistant to the axis of rotation of the shaft. These discs. are connected to one another by a cylindrical hollow drum 4o which is equidistant to the shaft rotation axis, the reinforced ends 41 of which are shrunk onto corresponding indentations in the disks 35, 36. This in turn is a. rigid connection of the two angular pins made with each other.
The shaft according to FIGS. 3 and 4, which, like the example according to FIG Shaft axis of rotation A, but is arranged eccentrically that its axis 111 is at some distance from the axis A, namely opposite to the direction in which the axes of the angular journals 13, 1q. remove from axis A. This ensures that the hollow drum 50 at least partially compensates for the one-sided. Weight of the inclined pin and the swash plates sitting on it brings about. The counterweights 27 seated on the side panes 25, 26 can accordingly be lighter than in the example according to FIG.
The example according to FIGS. 5 and 6 shows a similar configuration and arrangement of the connecting member 6o as FIG. 3 and. 4; however, with otherwise the same shaft dimensions, the diameter and width of this member 6o are greater than in the aforementioned example. Furthermore, the cavity of the hollow drum is arranged eccentrically to its outer boundary that the center of gravity S of the hollow drum is even further away from the axis of rotation A of the shaft. lies as the center 1V1 of its outer limit. As a result, the counterweight effect of the hollow drum is significantly increased, -so @ that the arrangement of further counterweights on the disks 25, 26 is unnecessary. The outer circumference of the disks 25, 26 and the coat knee of the Höhltromme16o furthest away from the shaft axis of rotation A have only a very small distance from a hollow cylinder housing part 61, which is equidistant to the shaft axis of rotation A, to avoid direct contact; so that a sickle-shaped space 62 remains between the hollow drum and this housing part, which serves as the working space of a fan. To separate the suction and pressure chambers of such a blower, slides 63, 64 movable radially to axis A are provided in guide chambers of the housing i, which, under the pressure of springs65, 66 , rest with their inner end faces on the outer circumferential surface of the hollow drum 6o . On both sides of this slide 61 suction channels 67 and pressure channels 68 are provided in the housing wall. Filters 69 are built into the inlet of the saturation ducts. The pressure channels open into a housing chamber 7i or 72, with which the flushing channels 74 of the working cylinder: 2 are directly connected. The separation of the suction and pressure chambers of the blower could also take place in any other way known in blowers with a "sickle-shaped working chamber.
Beiderseits dieser Trennwalzen 76 ist wieder je ein Saugkanal 67 mit Filter 69 und je ein Druckkanal 6ß vorgesehen, welch letztere in die Gehäusekammern 71, 72 einmünden.FIG. 7 shows an example of how a hollow drum equidistant to the shaft rotation axis according to FIG. 1 or 2 can be designed as a fan rotor. Here again a housing wall 61 equidistant to the axis A of the machine shaft is provided, which surrounds the hollow drum 40 at some distance so that an annular cylindrical working space 73 remains between the inner surface of this wall and the outer surface of the hollow drum 40. This space is closed at its front ends by end walls which are fixed on the housing and as close as possible to: the outer surface of the hollow drum. On the outer surface of the hollow drum, within this working space, projections 75 extending in the direction of the axis are arranged at uniform angular intervals, which extend as close as possible to the inner surface of the wall 62. Furthermore, roller-like members 76, which have indentations 77, are mounted in the housing. These members in turn cause the separation of the suction and pressure chambers, while their indentations serve for the passage of the projections 75, which serve as delivery pistons, from the pressure chamber to the suction chamber. On both sides of these separating rollers 76 there is again a suction channel 67 with a filter 69 and a pressure channel 6β each, the latter opening into the housing chambers 71, 72.
