Description
Verfahren zur fortlaufenden Aufbereitung von Altölen Zusatz zum Patent ;38-==4 F Die in dem Hauptpatent 738 -224 geschützte Vorrichtung für die Regenerierung von Schmierölen, wöhei das kalte; mit Bleicherde und Kieselgur versetzte Altöl im Vakuum bei erhöhter Temperatur behandelt, anschließend durch ein aus hochgeglühtem mikroporösem Siliciumcarbid bestehendes Filter filtriert wird und die Kondensation der .flüchtigen Verunreinigungen des Altöles durch expandierende Druckluft oder nicht expandierende Gase erfolgt, konnte durch eine besondere Maßnahme in ihrer Wirksamkeit wesentlich gesteigert werden. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß eine größere Aktivität der dem Altöl beigegebenen Aufbereitungsstoffe erreicht wird, wenn die Berührung zwischen den Altölteilchen und den Beigaben äußerst innig ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Wirkung damit erreicht, daß bei der Vorrichtung nach- dem Hauptpatent 738:224- aus der Verbindungsleitung zwischen dem Mischbehälter und der Vorwärmkammer vor dein Ventil eine Rohrleitung abzweigt, durch die Altöl, das mit den Aufbereitungsstoffen bereits durchmengt ist, aus dem Mischbehälter abgesaugt und im Kreislauf in den Mischbehälter zurückgeführt wird.
