Verfahren zum Ankuppeln und Abkuppeln einer Arbeitsmaschine, beispielsweise
eines mit hoher Drehzahl umlaufenden Gebläses
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum
Ankuppeln und Abkuppeln einer Arbeits-
maschine, z. B. eines mit hoher Drehzahl um-
laufenden Gebläses, das mit seinem Antrieb
durch eine regelbare Flüssigkeitskupplung,
verbunden ist. deren eine Kuliplun#"sliälfte
vermittels einer besonderen Kupplunz von
ihrer Welle abkuppelbar ist.
l'ei Antrieben von Gebläsen oder sonstigen
Arbeitsmaschinen, welche finit kolier Drehzahl
innlatifen und finit ihrem Antrieb durch eine
rc@cll@are Flüssigkeitckuppluiig, verllunden
sind, er-ibt sich der Nachteil, tlaß auch bei
eiitleurter oder in sonstiger Weise leerhaufen-
der Kupplung infollge des noch vorhandenen

übertragen wird. So haben z. l,. Versuche an
einem Auflade-ehläce für eine Brennkraf:-
maschine gezeigt. dall bei einer Antriellsdreii-

stande ist, den Läufer des Auflade-ebläses

Flüssigkeitskupplung, beispielsweise durch
Hutleeren. die %e)n ihrer Welle vermittels eileer
l,csoii(lereii Kupplung abkuppelbare Kupp-
lungshälfte der Flüssigkeitskupplung von
ihrer Welle abgekuppelt.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausfiihrungs-
heispiele von Vorrichtungen zur Ausi.ibung
des Verfahrens gcrnäß der Erfindung darge-
,tellt. hei denen in der ?rllh. t die besondere
Kupplung auf der Antriebsseite und in efer
Abh. -2 auf der Gel)läseseite der Fliissigkeits-
lupl)lung angeordnet ist.

Schalthebel lt zu betätigende Klauenkupplung

I)ie Kupplungshälfte mit den Klauen kt in
durch die Welle a t finit der inneren Kulq)-
lungshälfte fr der Flüssigkeitskupplung F
verbunden. welche z. B. zwei in entgegen-
gesetztem Sinn umlaufende Flüssigkeitskreis-
läufe enthält. Die äußere Kupplungshälfte f=
der Flüssigkeitskupplung ist in Äbb. i an die
Geblä sewelle al. in Abb. 2 an die Antriebs-
welle .l angeschlossen, wobei in letzterer
AusfiIhrungsform die Gebläsewelle to= die
Klauen lz, finit der -'#',yiicliroiiisieruiigsvorricli-
tung s_., trägt.
Die Flüssigkeitskupplung F ist entleerbar
ausgebildet. Bei gefüllter Kupplung fließt die
Flüssigkeit in ständigem Durchfluß durch die
Kupplung. Sie wird z. B. (Abh. i) durch die
Einlaßleitung fit mit dein Absperrhahn a durch
die hohle Antriebswelle A in die hohle
Zwischenwelle .w, und von dort durch Ouer-
bohrungen in die Arbeitsräume der Flüssig-
keitskul)1)lun@@ geleitet. Durch eine oder
mehrere eile Oftnungen U i-, der äußeren
hul)1)lungshülfte f., der Flüssigkeitskupplung,,
kann die Flüs#i<gheit unter der Wirktum-, (fier

Bei der Anordnung nach Abb. 2 ist der
Schaltworgaiig an :ich derselbe. indem eben-
falls zunächst die besondere Kupplung 1I ein-
,schaltet und hierauf die Fliissigkeitskupp-
lung F gefüllt wird. Die @\'irhun gsweise
unterscheidet :ich jedoch insofern von der-
Jenigen nach Abb. i, als hier die Flüssigkeits-
kupplung reit der Antrichswelle ständig mit-
