Description

Ventilkolben für Pumpen mit großer Kolbenfrequenz Die Erfindung stellt eine Verbesserung an Ventilkolben dar, wie sie zur Förderung flüssiger und gasförmiger Strömungsmittel bekannt sind und vielfach mit kugel- oder ringähnlichem Ventilkörper ausgestattet sind. Bei diesen Ventilkolben sind vielfach die Durchlaßöffnungen ,als Venturidüsen ausgebildet, um den Strömungswiderstand des Kolbens möglichst gering zu machen. Vor allem bei Tauchpumpen, bei denen die Kolben durch Preßluft bewegt werden, sind derart geformte Ventilkolben in Benutzung. Diese Pumpen aber arbeiten alle mit ;großen Hüben und entsprechend großem Zwischenraum zwischen Ventilkörper und Ventilsitz in der Durcblaßphase, so daß das Strömungsmittel weitgehend ungehindert vom Ventilkörper strömten kann. Bei Pumpen jedoch, :die zwecks E,rzitlung einer möglichst stoßfreien und weitgehend gleichförmigen. Bewegung des Strömungsmittels mit hoher Kolbenfrequenz von etwa 5o oder ioo Schwingungen je Sekunde und dementsprechend kleinem Kolbenhub vorn der Größenordnung von etwa i mm arbeiten, liegen die Verhältnisse wesentlich . ungünstiger.
