Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man sehr tiefgebende, farbstarke, wetterfeste und lichtechte Färbung in einem Arbeitsgang erzielt durch Tränkung, Anstrich oder Spritzauftrag mit einer wäßrigen Lösung von Brenzkatechin und Kaliumferricyanid. Die Lösung dieser beiden Stoffe ist nicht gefärbt, erst in Berührung mit den alkalischen Bestandteilen von Beton oder Putz, solange diese, noch nicht völlig abgebunden haben und daher noch freien Kalkenthalten, wird der Farbstoff gebildet und durch chemische Bildung von Calciumkomplexen fixiert.Process for coloring concrete or plaster surfaces The usual painting methods, who work with film-forming substances fail where there is strong abrasion, z.
