Description

Ein- und Ausziehvorrichtung für Rohrverbindungen Zum Zusammenfahnen von Rohrverbindunge@n mit Rollgummidichtungen wird ein bestimmter Kraftaufwand benötigt. Bei kleinen lichten Weiten der Muffenrohre genügt hierzu die menschliche Arbeitskraft; bei größeren lichten Weiten sind infolge des größeren Gewichtes der Rohre und des größeren Rollwiderstandes der Rundgummidichtung besondere Vorrichtungen notwendig, um die Rohrverbindung zusammenzufahren. Bisher wurde im Graben mit einem Querholz ein_ fViderlager geschaffen und das letztere Muffenrohr mittels einer Winde so weit gedrückt, bis die Muffenverbindung geschlossen war, oder man zog mit Seilen, die um das Rohr geschlungen waren, die Rohrverbindung zusammen. Die erste Einrichtung läßt sich nur, bei günstigen Grabenverhältnissen und festem Boden veniirklichen. Die zweite Arbeitsweise ist bei tiefen oder ausgeschalten Rohrgräben nicht möglich, da der Schrägzug zu stark ist oder die Ausschalungen im Wege sind. Weiter war schon vorgesehen, um Muffe und Rohrende Rohrschellen zu legen t id diese Rohrschellen mit Schraubenspindeln zusammenzufahren, um die Muffenverbindung zu schließen. Auch dies erwies sich als sehr umständlich, so daß es nur in Notfällen angewandt wurde. Endlich hat man die Rohre bereits dadurch zusammengezogen, daß man zwischen eine das Ende des bereits gelegten Rohres umfassende Zange mit Scharnier und einen am Ende des einzuziehenden Rohres festgehaltenen Haken eine Kette einhängte, die durch einen an dem Haken angebrachten doppelarmigen Hebel angezogenwerden konnte. Der für einen Hub des Hebels erzielte Weg des einzuziehenden Rohres war nur gering und wurde durch die Federung der Zange und die Nachgiebigkeit der Kettenglieder noch weiter ungünstig beeinflußt, so daß das Arbeiten mit dieser einseitig - angebrachten behelfsmäßigen Vorrichtung umständlich und unbefriedigend war.Pulling in and pulling out device for pipe connections To pull together pipe connections with rubber seals, a certain amount of force is required.
