- Diee Erfindung betrifft eine neue Oxazolidinverbindung.
- Eine Verbindung, die einen Oxazolidinring enthält, (nachfolgend mit "Oxazolidinverbindung" bezeichnet), wird leicht hydrolysiert und erzeugt zwei Verbindungen. Zumindest eine der erzeugten Verbindungen ist eine Verbindung, die eine Hydroxylgruppe, eine Aminogruppe oder eine Iminogruppe aufweist. Somit ist die Oxazolidinverbindung eine Verbindung, die latent ein aktives Wasserstoff enthält und daher für ein Härtmittel einer härtbaren Zusammensetzung geeignet ist.
- Oxazolidinverbindungen, die in dem Stand der Technik bekannt sind, werden im allgemeinen wie folgt dargestellt:
- Ra-[Oxazolidinring]m (A)
- worin Ra eine organische Gruppe ist und worin m eine ganze Zahl ist. Die Verbindungen weisen verschiedene Eigenschaften in Abhängigkeit von der organischen Gruppe auf, die an einem Oxazolidinring gebunden ist (vgl. japanische Kokai- Veröffentlichung (nicht geprüft) 116852/1976 und US-Patent 4,002,637)
- Diese Erfindung schafft eine neue Oxazolidinverbindung, die ein Titanatom oder ein Siliziumatom enthält. Die Oxazolidinverbindung wird durch die folgende Formel (I) dargestellt:
- worin R ein Wasserstoffatom, ein C1-10-Alkyl, eine Arylgruppe, eine Vinylgruppe, eine C1-10-halogensubstituierte Alkylgruppe oder eine C1-10-Alkoxygruppe ist, worin M ein Siliziumatom oder ein Titanatom ist, worin R¹ eine C2-5- Alkylengruppe ist, worin R² und R³ ein Wasserstoffatom, eine C1-10-Alkylgruppe oder eine Arylgruppe sind, worin R&sup4; ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methylgruppe ist und worin n eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 3 ist.
- In der obigen Formel (I) ist es bevorzugt, daß R ein C1-5- Alkyl, mehr bevorzugt Methyl oder Ethyl ist und daß M ein Siliziumatom ist. R¹, R² und R³ können linear oder verzweigt sein. R² und R³ sind vorzugsweise Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl, Phenyl und dergleichen.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Oxazolidinverbindung kann durch Reaktion einer Verbindung, dargestellt durch
- RnMX4-n (II)
- (worin R, n und M gleich sind wie oben erwähnt, und worin X ein Halogenatom wie Chlor, Brom und Jod ist), mit einer Hydroxyoxazolidinverbindung mit der Formel (III)
- (worin R¹ bis R&sup4; gleich sind wie oben erwähnt), hergestellt werden.
- Die synthetische Reaktion wird durch das folgende Reaktionsschema beschrieben:
- (worin R, n, M, X und R¹ bis R&sup4; die gleichen Bedeutungen wie oben aufweisen)
- Die Verbindung (II) ist eine halogenierte Silanverbindung oder eine halogenierte Titanverbindung. Typische Beispiele der halogenierten Silanverbindungen sind Methyltrichlorsilan, Methyldichlorsilan, Dimethyldichlorsilan, Phenyltrichlorsilan, Diphenyldichlorsilan, Tetrachlorsilan, Vinyltrichlorsilan, Chlormethyltrichlorsilan, Ethyltrichlorsilan, Dimethoxymethylchlorisilan, Diethoxydichlorsilan, Triethoxychlorsilan und dergleichen. Typische Beipsiele der halogenierten Titanverbindungen sind Tetrachlortitan und dergleichen.
- Die Hydroxyoxazolidinverbindung (III) umfaßt 2-Isopropyl-3- (2-hydroxypropyl)-5-methyloxazolidin, 2,2-Dimethyl-3-(2- hydroxypropyl)-5-methyloxazolidin, 2-Phenyl-3-(2- hydroxypropyl)-5-methyloxazolidin, 2-Isopropyl-3-(2- hydroxyethyl)oxazolidin, 2-Methyl-2-isobutyl-3-(2- hydroxyethyl)oxazolidin, 3-(2-Hydroxypropyl)-5- methyloxazolidin und dergleichen. Diese Verbindung (III) kann durch ein bekanntes Verfahren hergestellt werden, beispielsweise durch ein Verahren, worin ein Alkanolamin, dargestellt durch
- (worin R¹ und R&sup4; die gleiche Bedeutung aufweisen wie oben) mit einem Aldehyd oder Keton, dargestellt durch
- in einer konventionellen Acetalreaktionsbedingung dehydratisiert-kondensiert wird. Beispiele der Amine (IV) sind Diisopropanolamin, Diethanolamin und dergleichen. Beispiele der Aldehyde oder Ketone (V) sind Isobutylaldehyd, Benzaldehyd, Propionaldehyd, Acetaldehyd, Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methylisobutylketon, Cyclohexanon und dergleichen.
- Eine Reaktion der Verbindung (II) und der Verbindung (III) kann im allgemeinen bei einer Temperatur von weniger als 30ºC für 1 bis 5 Stunden in einem nicht-polaren Lösungsmittel in der Gegenwart einer Base, die erzeugte Salzsäure einfängt, im allgemeinen bewirkt werden. Wenn die Temperatur mehr als 30ºC ausmacht, kann sich die erhaltene Verbindung (I) zersetzen. Das nicht polare Lösungsmittel kann Kohlenwasserstoffe wie n- Hexan, n-Heptan, Benzol, Xylol, Toluol, n-Octan, n-Pentan und dergleichen umfassen. Die Base kann Pyridin, Triethylamin und dergleichen sein.
- Das Reaktionsprodukt wird durch ein bekanntes Reinigungsverfahren wie Destillation und Filtration gereinigt, unter Erhalt der erfindungsgemäßen Oxazolidinverbindung. Die Oxazolidinverbindung kann eine farblose transparente Flüssigkeit sein, aber ist nicht darauf beschränkt.
- Da die erfindungsgemäße Oxazolidinverbindung (I) ein Silizium- oder Titanatom enthält, das hydrophobe Eigenschaften verleiht, ist die Hydratisierung durch Feuchtigkeit in der Luft inhibiert und die Verbindung (I) ist mehr stabil. Die Verbindung (I), wie oben erwähnt, weist ein latentes aktives Wasserstoff auf und kann für ein Härtmitel eines Polymers nützlich sein, das eine Gruppe enthält, das mit dem aktiven Wasserstoff reaktiv ist, beispielsweise eine Carboxylgruppe, eine Siloxygruppe, eine Isocyanatgruppe und eine Acrylatgruppe. Ebenso weist die Verbindung sowohl einen Bereich, der mit einem organischen Material affinitiv ist,und einen Bereich, der mit einem anorganischen Material affinitiv ist, auf und kann daher als ein Kupplungsmittel verwendet werden.
- Diese Erfindung wird durch die folgenden Beispiele erläutert, die nicht als Beschränkung dieser Erfindung auf deren Details verstanden werden sollen.
- Ein Reaktionskessel, der mit einem Thermometer, einem Tropftrichter, einem Kondensator mit einer Wassertrennvorrichtung und einem Stickstoffeinführrohr ausgerüstet war, wurde mit 133 g Diisopropanolamin und 200 g Benzol beladen, und dazu wurden 75 g Isobutylaldehyd tropfenweise bei Raumtemperatur für 90 Minuten zugegeben. Der Inhalt wurde zum Rückfluß erhitzt und nach der Entfernung von Wasser, das während der Reaktion gebildet war, für weitere 5 Stunden reagiert. Benzol wurde unter einem verminderten Druck entfernt und dann bei 85 bis 90ºC/1mmHg destilliert, unter Erhalt von 183 g 2-Isopropyl-3-(2-hydroxypropyl)-5- methyloxazolidin.
- Als nächstes wurde ein anderer Reaktionskessel, ausgerüstet mit einem Thermometer, einem Tropftrichter, einem Rührer, einem Kondensator und einem Stickstoffeinführrohr, mit 183 g der oben erhaltenen Oxazolidinverbindung, 1000 g Hexan und 103 g Triethylamin beladen, und dazu wurden 50 g Trichlormethylsilan tropfenweise bei 0ºC für 2 Stunden in Stickstoffatmosphäre zugegeben. Dies wurde dann bei Raumtemperatur für 2 Stunden vermischt. Die resultierende Lösung wurde filtriert und kondensiert, unter Erhalt von 150 g Tris(3-(2-isopropyl-5-methyloxazolidinyl)-2- isopropoxy)methylsilan.

- Die Zielverbindung mit 135 g wurde wie in Beispiel 1 allgemein beschrieben hergestellt, mit der Ausnahme, daß 43 g Tetrachlorisilan anstelle von 50 g Trichlormethylsilan verwendet wurden.
- Farblose transparente Flüssigkeit
- Infrarotabsorptionsspektrum: 1020, 1064, 1090, 1368, 1446, 2950 (cm&supmin;¹)
- NMR Spektrum (ppm) : a; 1,25, b, 1,72, c; 4,09, d,h; 3,90, e; 0,98, f; 2,75, g; 2,42, i; 0,95
- Die Zielverbindung mit 203 g wurde wie allgemein in Beispiel 1 beschrieben hergestellt, mit der Ausnahme, daß 124 g Dichlordiphenylsilan anstelle von 50 g Trichlormethylsilan verwendet wurden.
- Farblose transparente Flüssigkeit
- Infrarot-Absorptionsspektrum: 700, 718, 740, 1014, 1066, 1122, 1368, 1452, 2970 (cm&supmin;¹).
- NMR-Spektrum (ppm) : a; 1,25, b; 1,72, c; 4,09, d,h; 3,90, e; 0,98, f; 2,75, g; 2,42, i; 0,95, j; 7,23, 7,60
- Die Zielverbindung mit 145 g wurde wie allgemein in Beispiel 1 beschrieben hergestellt, mit der Ausnahme, daß 64 g Dichlordimethylsilan anstelle von 50 g Trichlormethylsilan verwendet wurden.
- Farblose transparente Flüssigkeit
- Infrarot-Absorptionsspektrum: 794, 832, 886, 1012, 1068, 1096, 1258, 1368, 1446, 2940 (cm&supmin;¹).
- NMR-Spektrum (ppm) : a; 1,25, b; 1,72, c; 4,09, d,h; 3,90, e; 0,98, f; 2,75, g; 2,42, i; 0,95, j; 0,15
- Ein Reaktionskessel, ausgerüstet mit einem Thermometer, einem Tropftrichter, einem Rührer, einem Kondensator mit einer Wassertrennvorrichtung und einem Stickstoffeinführrohr wurde mit 105 g Diethanolamin und 100 g Benzol beladen, und dazu wurden 75 g Isobutylaldehyd tropfenweise bei Raumtemperatur für 90 Minuten zugegeben. Der Inhalt wurde zum Rückfluß erhitzt und nach Entfernung von während der Reaktion gebildetem Wasser für weitere 5 Stunden reagiert. Benzol wurde unter einem verminderten Druck entfernt und dann bei 75 bis 79ºC /1mm Hg destilliert, unter Erhalt von 158 g 2- Isopropyl-3-hydroxyethyloxazolidin.
- Als nächstes wurde ein anderer Reaktionskessel, ausgerüstet mit einem Thermometer, einem Tropftrichter, einem Rührer, einem Kondensator und einem Stickstoffeinführrorhr, mit 158 g der oben erhaltenen Oxazolidinverbindung, 1000 g Hexan und 103 g Triethylamin beladen, und dazu wurden 50 g Dichlordimethylsilan tropfenweise für 2 Stunden bei -10ºC in Stickstoffatomosphäre zugegeben. Dies wurde dann bei Raumtemperatur für 2 Stunden vermischt. Die resultierende Lösung wurde filtriert und kondensiert, unter Erhalt von 148 g Bis(2-(2-isopropyloxazolidinyl)ethoxy)dimethylsilan.

- Infrarot-Absorptionsspektrum: 798, 856, 1072, 1096, 1258, 1470, 2960 (cm&supmin;¹).
- NMR-Spektrum (ppm) : a; 1,25 b; 1,72, c; 4,09, d; 3,93, e; 2,65, f; 3,22, g; 2,42, h;3,90, i; 0,15
- Ein Reaktionskessel, ausgerüstet mit einem Thermometer, einem Rührer und einem Kondensator mit einer Wassertrennvorrichtung, wurde mit 133 g Diisopropanolamin, 100 g Benzol, 120 g Methylisobutylketon und p- Toluolsulfonsäure beladen. Der Inhalt wurde zum Rückfluß erhitzt und für weitere 5 Stunden unter Entfernung von Wasser reagiert. Benzol wurde unter einem vermindertem Druck entfernt und dann wurde bei 75 bis 79ºC / 1 mmHg destilliert, unter Erhalt von 152 g 2-Methyl-2-isobutyl-3-(2- hydroxypropyl)-5-methyloxazolidin.
- Als nächstes wurde ein anderer Reaktionskessel, der mit einem Thermometer, einem Tropftrichter, einem Rührer, einem Kondensator und einem Stickstoffeinführrohr ausgerüstet war, mit 152 g der oben erhaltenen Oxazolidinverbindung, 700 g Hexan und 73 g Triethylamin beladen, und dazu wurden 46 g Dichlordimethylsilan tropfenweise für 2 Stunden bei -10ºC in Stickstoffatmosphäre zugegeben. Dies wurde dann für 2 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur vermischt. Die resultierende Lösung wurde filtriert und kondensiert, unter Erhalt von 132 g Bis(3-(2- methyl-2-isobutyl-5-methyloxazolidinyl)-2- isopropoxy)dimethylsilan

- Ein Reaktionskessel, ausgerüstet mit einem Thermometer, einem Tropftrichter, einem Rührer und einem Kondensator mit einer Wassertrennvorrichtung, wurde mit 133 g Diisopropanolamin und 100 g Benzol beladen, und dazu wurden 107 g Benzaldehyd tropfenweise bei Raumtemperatur für eine Stunde zugegeben. Der Inhalt wurde zum Rückfluß erhitzt und nach Entfernung von während der Reaktion erzeugtem Wasser für weitere 5 Stunden reagiert. Benzol wurde unter einem vermindertem Druck entfernt, und dann wurde bei 125 bis 127 ºC/1 mmHg destilliert, unter Erhalt von 214 g 2-Phenyl-3-(2- hydroxypropyl)-5-methyloxazolidin.
- Als nächstes wurde ein anderer Reaktionskessel, ausgerüstet mit einem Thermometer, einem Tropftrichter, einem Rührer, einem Kondensator und einem Stickstoffeinführrohr, mit 214 g der oben erhaltenen Oxazolidinverbindung, 1000 g Hexan und 90 g Triethylamin beladen, und dazu wurden 50 g Trichlormethylsilan tropfenweise bei 0ºC für 2 Stunden in Stickstoffatmosphäre zugegeben. Es wurde dann zwei Stunden lang bei Raumtemperatur vermischt. Die resultierende Lösung wurde filtriert und kondensiert, unter Erhalt von 167 g Tris (3-(2-phenyl-5-methyloxazolidinyl)-2- isopropoxy)methylsilan.

Claims (17)
1. Oxazolidinverbindung, dargestellt durch die folgende
Formel (I))
worin R ein Wasserstoffatom,, ein C1-10-Alkyl, eine
Arylgruppe, eine Vinylgruppe, eine C1-10-halogensubstituierte
Alkylgruppe oder eine C1-10-Alkoxygruppe ist, worin M ein
Siliziumatom oder ein Titanatom ist, worin R¹ eine C2-5-
Alkylengruppe ist, worin R² und R³ jeweils ein
Wasserstoffatom, eine C1-10-Alkylgruppe oder eine Arylgruppe
sind, worin R&sup4; ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methylgruppe ist
und worin n eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 3 ist.
2. Oxazolidinverbindung nach Anspruch 1, worin R Methyl
oder Ethyl ist.
3. Oxazolidinverbindung nach Anspurch 1, worin M ein
Siliziumatom ist.
4. Oxazolidinverbindung nach Anspruch 1, worin R² und R³
Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl bzw. Phenyl sind.
5. Tris(3-(2-isopropyl-5-methyloxazolidinyl)-2-
isopropoxy)methylsilan.
6. Tetrakis(3-(2-iscpropyl-5-methyloxazolidinyl)-2-
isopropoxy)silan.
7. Bis(3-(2-isopropyl-5-methyloxazolidinyl)-2-
isopropoxy)diphenylsilan.
8. Bis(3-(2-isopropyl-5-methyloxazolidinyl-5-
methyloxazolidinyl)-2-isopropoxy)methylsilan.
9. Bis(2-(2-isopropyloxazolidinyl)ethoxy)-dimethylsilan.
10. Bis(3-(2-methyl-2-isobutyl-5-methyloxazolidinyl)-2-
isopropoxy)dimethylsilan.
11. Tris(3-(2-phenyl-5-methyloxazolidinyl)-2-
isopropoxy)methylsilan.
12. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Oxazolidinverbindung nach
Anspruch 1, umfassend die Reaktion einer Verbindung,
dargestellt durch
RnMX4-n (II)
(worin R, n und M gleich sind wie oben erwähnt, und worin X
ein Halogenatom ist) mit einer Hydroxyoxazolidinverbindung
(III) mit der Formel
(worin R¹ bis R&sup4; gleich sind wie oben erwähnt)
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, worin die Verbindung (II)
eine halogenierte Silanverbindung oder eine halogenierte
Titanverbindung ist.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, worin die
Hydroxyoxazolidinverbindung (III) 2-Isopropyl-3-(2-
hydroxypropyl)-5-methyloxazolidin, 2,2-Dimethyl-3-(2-
hydroxypropyl)-5-methyloxazolidin, 2-Phenyl-3-(2-
hydroxypropyl)-5-methyloxazolidin, 2-Isopropyl-3-(2-
hydroxyethyl)oxazolidin, 2-Methyl-2-isobutyl-3-(2-
hydroxyethyl)oxazolidin oder 3-(2-Hydroxypropyl)-5-
methyloxazolidin umfaßt.
15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, worin die Reaktion bei einer
Temperatur von weniger als 30ºC durchgeführt wird.
16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wori die Reaktion in einem
nicht polaren Lösungsmittel durchgeführt wird.
17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, worin die Reaktion in der
Gegenwart einer Base zum Einfangen von Salzsäure durchgeführt
wird.
